We, Harmony Academy children and I, are blessed to have such mighty firefighters at Symons Valley Fire Station No. 40. We have been visited there for the past years to recognize and appreciate their all incredible work for our community and city. Braden and his team have provided us not only a tour of the station, but also learning opportunities of fire safety, call for help, preventing fires, rescuing people, and responding to emergencies. Since we met them, whenever a fire truck passes by, we keep looking at the number 40, thinking of their sacrifice and braveness. When we hear sirens, we pray for someone’s safety as well as our firefighters’. We cannot express enough how grateful we are because of their protection for us that takes every risk and danger. They are real superheroes who exist!
