Worst service ever at this store. Try ordering anything off the noodle menu and the inexperienced employees, especially the Chinese female worker in her forties to fifties wearing glasses, will have no clue what she is selling. She is extremely rude as she will gossip in front of you in Chinese to her co-workers at the noodle stand. Very unprofessional. I have made a complaint to the manager thinking this worker will be reprimanded but it doesn't appear she will be. The extremely careless employees obviously didn’t care enough to learn anything and the management hires anyone with a pulse willing to work for minimum wage! Horrible display of customer service!!! Especially the couple of Chinese women who work at the noodle/dim sum stand in the store, they are incredibly rude and unprofessional!

Bad experience with the lady who was working at the cake bakery at around 4pm--5pm on the September 25th of 2023, she had a dongbei（东北）dialect. We were initially interested in a cake, but got turned down by the fact that the cake is butter cake. When we asked the lady if it was butter cake, she simply lied to us saying that it's not butter cake and that the label was wrong when it was in fact a butter cake. Leading us to buying a cake that we don't like. On top of it all, she appeared to be extremely rude.

I am very disappointed with the quality control of your products, particularly the produce. Please refer to the attached picture; this is the lettuce stem you sold me. In response to this, I will take two actions: 1) I will inspect your produce thoroughly in the store using all necessary methods, including peeling, ripping off, or cutting, and 2) I will consider shopping at your competitors' stores when the same items are available there.

We ordered a 17inch cake (the largest cake the bakery offers) for a birthday party. And they had the audacity to write in both simplified and traditional Chinese on our birthday cake. It was such an embarrassment being the host of the party to have ordered a cake with incorrect grammar. And the funny thing is, the paper that I wrote down and gave to the bakery department was all written in Traditional chinese.

Has a lot of variety of different imported foods. The prices are a bit steep. But it's good in a pinch if you need to go to an Asian grocery store. They have hot fresh food. Sushi and other cold foods. They also have a nice range of Asian beauty products that you can't get at other stores. The staff here is nice and friendly. The bathrooms aren't as cleaned regularly, so id skip using that.

We like T&T allot. There is a huge variety of Asian and Western products. Some things are pricier (reason why not 5 stars), other products are very hard to find elsewhere. The produce is usually fresh and a greater variety. We enjoy the bakery, cooked foods, the different snacks and staff are friendly - Specially the ladies on the till.

The service was pretty good. Great selection on the items they have. Probably one of the best places to find Asian groceries and food. They have precooked food as well. Good location, good value for money as well. They have really awesome deals at times as well, so if you watch out you might get a great deal or two while your visit!

More elegant TNT then the Pacific TNT. Fairly big lots of good selection on Asian groceries. They make fresh sashimi and sushi here and they also have a kitchen such as lunch and dinner. The bakery is very good here to do big fresh bread and dessert very good the produce is hit-and-miss but it is usually fresh.

Great T&T supermarket to shop with. Product is organized and store feels clean and bright. The price is item sometimes different between stores and you need to compared it. Lots of parking and with decent restaurants near by this location is good for shopping and dinning all together.

Weirdest T&T as it was more prepackaged and food court things than fresh produce. The fresh produce area is tiny! Didn't even have Asian eggplant and the upo and bitter melon selection was really sad and overpriced. I'm rarely up here but I guess I'll go to the one in Pacific Mall.

Excellent store! I am not able to speak Chinese, but all of the signs and most of the workers were bilingual, so I was very grateful for that! Good pricing, excellent location to shop. Lots of unique items I had never seen before, making it a great experience for all.

In addition to food, a variety of Asian items are available, including stationery and cosmetics. Prices are a little high, but food is reasonably priced. The rice is very tasty. The bus stop is nearby and there is a large parking lot for easy access.

Chinese oriented grocery store. A lot of Chinese products. Good variety of fruits and vegetables. Fish and meat are in abundant and they have an area for bakery and fresh food that you can take away. Prices are extremely high for few products.

Great selection of overseas products. Can spend hours walking around. One of the stores that have frozen duck in stock. Highly recommending to shop here at least once, if you want to see different products from your regular grocery store.

It's not very friendly to English speakers. I asked for some blue crab last week. Mr. Ben gave me 2 lbs carp. No matter what the question was, He would answer 'I don't know, can I help you.' I like T&T, but I prefer other newer stores.

Excellent place for Asian cooking products including various cuts of fresh meat, live seafood, fresh vegetables in one word everything you need for Chinese cooking. Great service, reasonable prices. Bring your own grocery bags!

They have many different types of fish and all spices you can think. The only thing was that the line was so long and the place was full. There was no hand sanitizer or masks. You better go prepared. It was too busy for me.

Love there Fresh Fruit Cakes. Have tried 4-5 times and never got disappointed. Delicious with fresh fruits and soft base. Cream is also not too sugary. Price is bit on the higher side though for the size but must try once.

Very big and unique Asian supermarket. I was impressed with amount of imported brands you can find here. It's also next to a few Chinese restaurants... in case you want to skip shopping and go straight into eating :)

Five stars for every cashier being open on Chinese New Year Eve. The store was PACKED but I didn't wait for the cashier at all. Vegetables were stocked. The only thing I wish they had more of is SE Asian items.

Pretty good selections available. Hot and cold food available on the go outside of grocery items. Clean. I always pick up a pack of yummy marinated duck wings when there.

I tried out their online shopping and pick up option and it was perfect. All the items I ordered were there; friendly staff and quick service.

The takeout food is very expensive. Charges by weight and by the time you pick few items, the price had gone too high. Just ok.
