My experience was anything but pleasant. I had thought I called a locksmith but the guy walked into my house and noticed everything that was wrong (according to him) and that he could do better. He really just sounded pathetic and desperate to me. Then he really put me off when he insisted that I pay him cash immediately, even offering to take me (around 8pm at night) to an atm to withdraw money. Really? he's a stranger to me and he thinks Ill take my bank card and drive with him to an atm? at this point I was extremely annoyed with him and I just wanted him out of my house. His behaviour was not only unacceptable but it was very unprofessional and had I known that he worked in this manner, I wouldn't have requested his services. I've dealt with another locksmith before whom I paid via eft 2 days later, he had no issues. I regret not calling him this time, he was not only professional and friendly but he paid attention to that which he came to do, not everything that was not his concern. His prices were much more reasonable too. I sure wont be using TNT locksmith again.

My remote just needed to be reprogrammed which was clearly stated over the phone, the “locksmith” arrived and did the exact same thing I had already googled and tried, THE EXACT SAME THIING! Like really! I feel so insulted, would I really go through the trouble of calling someone if I didn’t already try everything? & after doing what he googled & failed (like I did, that’s why I called) I was expected to pay a ridiculous “after hours” call out fee that would’ve cost more than the googled job?!?!?!?!? DON’T BE A VICTIM!!!

Thank You Thys for speedy efficient service. We had an emergency around 8pm on a week night and he was at our place within 15 minutes of my call. Door unlocked and keys provided and even fitted a new stronger lock. All done quick quick. Thanks for good advice. Will definitely use you again.

I phoned the first time during an emergency. Person answered, heard my situation, said its not a problem, then dropped the call. I phoned back like a thousand times, and the person just kept ending the call. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
