Horrible service. Even if you make an appointment they don't honor it. I initially went multiple times before they actually worked on my vehicle. The only reason I agreed for them to work on my vehicle is because a friend referred them. They installed the part incorrectly and they wouldn't fix it or reimburse me my $$. tried calling multiple times to the point where the owner was screening my calls. BEWARE of this garage!!! I opened a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they did not respond to any of their contact attempts. I took my vehicle to another garage and it was taken care of within 30 min. Stay away from these guys!!!

I recently repaired the brake system of a Nissan 3.5 Altima car at T and K Auto Service at 41 Cleopatra Drive. My thumbs-up! I am very happy with what Siva did for my car. Siva is a very trustworthy and resourceful person. He knows what he is doing and what he needs to do to fix problems. I did not know Siva before. I feel that his price is low, but his job done is first-class. Thanks Siva for investing extra parts and more labor than what I paid to trouble-shoot, test, tune and fix the problems of my car. I would be more than willing to recommend Siva to my friends and my colleagues.

They are are best workshop in all over ottawa I have my hyundai accent 2011 which was not starting even with jump start so I towed my car to Mr shiv garage as he explained the problem to me and no waiting time he repaired my car in 2 days and changed my tyres and oil change in very good price even the punjabi girl on the reception keeps me updated about my car the best service in all over ottawa and fastest even with good price so if u are stuck call this garage ...... Edit after 2 years: I still go to this place. Garage owner is very nice and fair to the customers and he's getting tons of business in recent times. Word of mouth flies. Only obstacle is that he doesn't fix/service car electronics that much. My friend goes to them and he said good stuff which is why I went there. From my perspective, they only lack in electronics. Otherwise, regular mechanical service is very good. They are low on manpower, so depending on what time you go there may determine your experience.

I did waited almost 2 weeks to fix small electric issue. Every time I call they give small hope as it will fix sooner and after some time get the call about some new issue. I had to use my car for long drive to important meeting over the weekend and hoping to fix it by Friday. I had to literally reschedule my meeting twice because of it. Finally I took my car back without the issue being fixed. Car kind of sat there 2 weeks and wasted my time.

Car broke down on the highway I towed it to the nearest place which was here ! I was worried at first not knowing but they ended up being very honest with a very good price. I ended up needing a new transmission after they discovered more damage then just a broken axle and they didn't charge me for the part or labour and they even took care of my car hassle free when I asked if they could scrap it. Made my stressfully week alot less stressful

I dont know why is Bhushh B is talking about price. I found the price is cheaper than other mechanics. Every time i goes there i got friendly and faster service and cheaper than other garage. I know him more than 10years never had any issue after the any service done. Other garage rip you off and asked you to change this that to make money but he will give you advice and try to save you money. I like the service and money it is worth it.

We were from Boston, and got stranded in Ottawa when our water pump broke in our BMW X5. Siva was great. It was on a saturday and no dealership can work on my car but Siva got the parts same day and did the job same day. Everything worked greatly. We owe him a lot for getting us back to Boston with new water pump installed all in a day. Highly recommend him for reliable and dependable work.

We had a problem with a bearing after long lasting trip, we were out of time and T and K auto service saved our lives! They ordered needed detail and fixed our car on the next day!
