It's true what they say in these posts. Dude is rude AF. I found it pretty shocking at first in a 'how does this help your business exactly?" kind of way, but now I find it hilarious. Maybe it's because he's breathing in that Waste Water plant air all the time... I go only because he has (had?) a decent selection of cigars at reasonable prices.

I saw the reviews about this place and was expecting to see this rude/aggressive guy behind the counter but no. The guy was helpful and professional. Guess I didn't ask any stupid questions haha
