I visited the store today and saw the store manager being extremely rude to one of her employees. She yelled at him and threatened to fire him if he didn’t answer what she was asking. The employee answered several times, but she insisted on getting the right answer. Two customers got very upset about the incident and started asking the store manager to be more respectful toward the employee. She even yelled at the customers, and asked them if they were parents or what to defend him. They replied, they didn’t have to be family to stop that unfair treatment. The customers said the employee was a worker not a slave and she had no right to treat him badly. I really like shopping at this store, but I truly believe this lady’s behavior damages TJ Maxx high reputation.

Like any department store it’s always hit or miss when visiting the store. You’ll either find that one great find or go home with the entire store. The staff is pleasant which is the most important and the store is kept organized and clean. The only issue I find is in the jewelry department. They can get bombarded if there are one too many customers waiting and their customer is looking at a piece or multiple pieces for 15 odd minutes. When new help comes in they have no idea who’s next so will go for anyone or look at the customer who “looks” like they’re going to buy. Otherwise, I enjoy coming here. It’s low key and perfect for ‘retail therapy’.

Super long lines with only 4 cashier's available . Cashier was kind of polite. There were little to no plus size clothing in the store . No size 3x and everything fit on one side of the rack. The plus sizes clothing that they offered were hideous compared to their competitors. I believe this is a going trend now for tjmaxx when it comes to plus size clothing. To offer as little if any plus size clothing that is hideous to look at or wear. The stuff is so ugly and outdated my grandma wouldn't be caught dead in it. Of course their juniors selection was interesting at best. Definitely a huge disappointment.

No wait to get in. Went during the weekday. Late afternoon. Store was not crowded. They are utilizing the courtyard entrance to access the store. The doors in the parking area are exit only. Inside was not crowded. Distance reminders on the floor and signage posted. Sanitizer at entrance and exit doors. Good selection of items had some good sales. The clearance sections had some good markdowns. Check out areas were wiped down after each customer. Store is limiting shoppers to 68 people inside for now

I visited this location on 03/01/2023 and my cashier was extremely nice and extra helpful! Her name was Stephanie! I've been to this location before and was ok. This particular day I really noticed how helpful Stephanie was trying to be and I really appreciated that. I come from a retail background and I actually used to work for Tj Maxx a few years ago! So to feel that warmth from her and that I actually mattered as a customer was a great feeling. Thank you so much Stephanie!

Bought an earpod and one was missing which disappointed my nephew who is traveling back in a few hours. I rushed to this Tj maxx WITH the receipt of over $850 of shopping and i CAN NOT believe that the guy in the store refused to exchange it. They messed up by HAVING 1 piece missing and I HAVE TO SUFFER. Now have to buy a new one because i can't disappoint the boy. Thank you for the racist treatment Tazin C. This is unacceptable

It was a MESS!! The line was ridiculously long, there was merchandise everywhere, and it was just all around an unpleasant experience. The line didn't seem like it was moving at a normal pace and I understood that there were so many people online because the place was pretty packed. We decided to go to another store because even if we had found what we were looking for, we would have been stuck online for a while.

I don't care what anyone says, if you need a decent looking watch on a budget you head to TJ Maxx. The selection is ways surprisingly good and the prices are even better. I always get compliments on the watches I get here, and I spend a fraction of what my friends do on their luxury time pieces. Don't over look this place if you're in need of a good stateme t accessory and are on a budget!

I'm a pretty big fan of T.J. Maxx. They are always a little chaotic inside but that's to be expected. I was talking to someone at work about how I needed luggage and she suggested that I come here. She was right on. I got a really nice swiss army rolling luggage (5 years ago!) that I still use today. And, I got it for about 40% of the cost of another store.

I had to give them a 1star. They really didnt have much selection for being in high class community. They didnt have any good selection on make up. They didn't have much of nothing in the make up section. I've been to other stores and I could find lots of palettes and etc. They also didn't have a clearance section by the make up section. Very bad!

Great selections in the men's runway department, good home department, great brands at amazingly low prices in the beauty section, and the women's runway department has everything from Gucci to Versace at much lower prices. The only downside to this location: the awful parking structure of the Beverly Connection (they don't validate).

I went in with no expectations as I know discount stores are a hit or miss. It was cluttered with lots of stuff. They are better stocked than other TJ Maxxes I have been to and more designer items. If you dont mind lazy and negligent employees and comfortable with digging for items yourself, this is one of the TJ Maxx stores.

Owned by some company as Marshall's and HomeGoods. Live the qyaluty on clothes. High end at affordable down to earth priced. I purchased a Diane von Furstenberg coat which reails for over over $1,200.00 got only $200.00!! Mow tell me if that's not a bargain! Have fun but take your time.

Full of rude old people! Nice spot for a quick stop and shop. If you’re looking to spend a little less $$$$ than shopping at the Beverly Center stop by at the Beverly Connection. Super cute location near 3rds amazing restaurants and spas, and also not too far from the grove.

T.J. Maxx is my treasure chest and go-to store for many items. It is also the best retail therapy for me! If I don't buy anything ( highly unlikely) I still feel great afterwards. The low prices, value and daily stock additions in most departments makes shopping so much fun.

I love TJ Maxx it's one of my favorite stores however the escalator didn't work for my handicapped wife to come from the second floor to the first the lifts for wheelchairs didn't work to get in TJ Maxx & the men selections probably the worst I've ever seen in a TJ Max

T.J.Maxx is extremely Hit or Miss, mostly mess, but when I do hit, I find the shirts I wear at a fraction of the cost of the designer stores that I normally buy them at. For that reason I've been a regular customer for many years and will continue to come back

It took 30 minute for the... Promo card wich it did not work. So it was for nothing. I bought some gym gloves and home i found the security seel was still on. Poor mens clothing and no shoes at all. Pretty big prices for the quality and the concept of TJ Maxx

Love this one in particular they always have outfits from Carter's in the baby section cool deals on baby wipes and dispers. In the women's department they have designers clothes for a decent price and I always find good hygiene products here as well

Best selection of any TJ Maxx in the US! The employees were friendly even though it was super busy and I'm sure they were stressed. Parking in the garage is a bit tight, but I only paid $2 on a Saturday. Skip Rodeo Drive and shop here instead!

You have to pay parking to look around TJ Maxx? I called them, and they said they don’t know anything about paying for parking, and they don’t validate. I don’t think people who shop at TJ Maxx want to pay $5 for parking, when they don’t

In this heightened racial climate, I'm a lot more sensitive to profiling in retail establishments. This was not the case! I felt welcomed and my cashier was the perfect last impression. Kudos to the staff at TJ Maxx at Beverly Connection!

Went there recently with a friend Oscars weekend. The selection was poor and picked through. We spent about 5 mins inside. The security guard thought it would be funny to set off the alarm as my friend and I walked out. We turned around

Courteous staff, clean store with good layout. Found what we were looking for but, we lost our parking ticket yikes! This location is in a multistore complex parking lot. Hefty parking for price for lost tickets so hold on to them.

In regards to my purchase at David Yurman I have to say I really liked Gary. He was helpful and not pushy. I went in with the intention of buying one ring but ended up leaving with two and a necklace. All my doing of course.

Men's selection a little sparce but well laid out and some good finds. Dressing room was easy to access and no wait. A standard entry but reflects the location well and parking is super affordable in the garage connected.

Store is unfortunately messy and unorganized. The store at Santa Monica is a lot more organized and seems to be much more spacious (store is 2 floors at Santa Monica). Not my favorite and wouldn't be my go to.

TJ Maxx Beverly Connection offers outstanding savings and value in a neighborhood friendly, convenient location. I like it specifically for their skin care and bath section, for body-wash and such products.

We received a diferents charge for lot of money in our credit card and we never stay un this shop. Was several charges not only one. We think that they have an important securitty problem.

Huge atore with lots of brands and clothes. Found myself a nice watch and earrings for my wife. The shop has its own parking lot outside. Highly recommended!

This tj maxx isnt very well stocked. There are other locations with more but maybe its because of the size that there isnt much in comparison.

Best place to shop for all kinds of gifts . associates are friendly and extremely helpful. Go the extra mile for us . would come visit again

clothes for women and children are not that much...sport shoeses are good for all family..many nice things for cooking and kitchen
