Fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were amazing, communication was clear and the time frames for drop off/ Delivery were spot on. I booked some help to unload my taxi box into my new place and Rafi and his colleague from Vince’s team were on time and had the job finished quickly and asked where I would like everything to go. Vince called before and after the job to communicate about the times and to check that I was happy with everything. Special mention to Andy as well for being prompt on the emails and answering some extra questions that I had. For once I had a pleasant moving experience instead of a stressful one! Would definitely use taxi box again.

The sign up to Taxibox was a last minute decision because a friend has bailed out on taking ownership of my stuff when I move back to Singapore. 48hrs till my flight out, was manage to get Tbox to bring a cargo container and some helper to shift everything in. Quick and easy. Fast forward 3 years + 3 years of covid, I only manage to get back to Sydney to clear my stuff. Surprisingly, everything of mine are intact. No mold, a bit of dust and that’s it. All in almost the way we left it. Arranging to clear and move stuff is actually quick fast and easy. Would recommend for using their service.

Nathan came to deliver my Taxibox’s and it was a difficult delivery as there were two street access’s and he made delivers one box to each entrance!! He was a loved person and so very helpful! He came again to pick up my full Taxibox’s.. same great customer service!! With a smile And I was very glad to see Nathan again when me furnature was ready to be brought back to my new home!! Once again a bit difficult but Nathan solved the problem and my job of unpacking was made so easy !! THANK YOU NATHAN ‍♀️ I would absolutely recommend this service to my friends and family!

Before ordering I called the customer service to discuss potential access issues. The customer representative was very patient and attentive. While on the phone we discussed various options while using google street view. The representative then also checked with his team whether our decided approach is doable. Upon confirmation I ordered the box. The company followed up with SMS confirmation of ETA the day before and on the day with update ETA time window. 30min befor ETA a live tracker is provided. Very professional and structured process. Well done

I booked and got confirmed that I could go to the Erskenville storage, when I got there they told me that my box wasn’t there and that it had been moved to Greenacre (without informing me). I called customer service and they didn’t really care and just said sorry.. Very frustrating as I don’t have a car and had to book an Uber (ending up using over 100$ in transport) because I didn’t have time to use another 2 hours in travelling. Could have been easily avoided if they had told me that they had moved it. Would not recommend to anyone!

Booked time to exits my taxi box. However, my box wasnt there and no staff. entrance was closed. i was there at 12pm on saturday which is within their trading hour. I tried to call them, no one picked up the phone calls. waste my time and money for booked Van i was use for moving stuff. Update: Lauren from Taxibox contacted us over the weekend and had let us know that there was an error from their end and they were happy to provide us a full refund for the total amount we spent for the van hire for that day.

I was with Taxibox for an extended period before my circumstances changed and decided to move into local storage facility where I could access my stuff on a weekly basis at varying hours. The pricing was very competitive. The driver who delivered my taxiboxes was extremely helpful and I was impressed by his customer service. If I ever find I need to store in the future and Taxibox facilities suit my requirements...I will not hesitate contacting Taxibox again.

TAXIBOX provides an excellent service, far superior to traditional fixed-location storage! It's affordable, super easy and convenient, with great customer service. The delivery staff were always on time and very accommodating, and managed the tight spaces with the forklift with ease. Great alternative that means no moving vans, no extra packing and unpacking and the fact that they do interstate shipping is a useful bonus. Highly recommend!

Very easy ordering service. Great website for booking an pick up. The Taxiboxes were weather proof and ideal for our purpose of storing personal items during a renovation. We kept the boxes on site which gave easy access to our items. The delivery and pick up process was excellent and we were kept well informed of timings through Taxibox's app Highly recommended

Excellent service with friendly staff thought abt what you may need in whole process BUT, very disappointing in putting signs for this warehouse. I was driving in between buddings at the address for over 15 mins to locate the warehouse yesterday and frustrated once saw not a single signage at the entrance for customers coming for access!

Just got my taxi boxed delivered and the service was amazing. The guy who delivered it was super helpful and a whiz on the forklift. I had some questions so I called customer service twice and they were super helpful and very friendly and zero wait times on the phone. Would recommend!

I had possessions stored with Taxibox for more than a year. All interactions were friendly and helpful and they offered good advice. What was really noticeable was clothes and materials had no musty, damp smell. Everything was in good order. Highly recommend

Great service every time I needed. Overall really good experience, would definitely recommend. My only comment would be that the facility is around a 1hr drive if you live in Sydney center.
