I enrolled to do a diploma in children’s services back in 2014 but had to quit half way because of the poor service & help I was expecting..had an interview with the trainer about my intellectual disability & that she was going to arrange for another person to help me but never did then she was laughing underneath her breath in her own language every time I spoke in class which I thought was rude When I started my placement she couldn’t see me until the third week of July which the centre director wasn’t happy with and they never rang to see how I was going..on top of that the management didn’t realise I’d left the course! Very unreliable

I am truly disappointed to see that TBM Morwell has been closed down today. TBM in Morwell have been very supportive to the clientele that has walked through the door regardless of a persons background. Courteous and friendly in every aspect. Their desire was to see everyone succeed regardless of abilities. How could this happen. This RTO is vital to our area. Thank you Linda, Stephanie and Alicia for all your support and help.
