After checking in, I had to wait while all the bankers chit chatted. Jasmattia never smiled once during our interaction and couldn’t even get me a signature guarantee for an item I needed (to be fair the assistant manager didn’t even try to accommodate). Even though I currently have a business checking account, they made me jump through a ridiculous amount of hoops just to open a savings account. I never did. These people are fake.

On all my accounts Rafael Silva the Assistant Store Manager has helped me each time and I must say he is excellent. I honestly will stay at this bank as long as he’s there he’s always efficient and always have a positive attitude. He’s always willing to help and solve any issues I may have and educate me on things that I may not know or understand. Thank you so much Rafael Silva your excellent customer will go very far.

Wednesday Google gave the wrong closing time walk in at 4 50 women behind register told me I had to leave after just walking in the door they are closed asked of they could help me for 2 mins and she said no and told me to leave a second time the service if you can call That was vary rude ill tack my business someplace els

Deeply offensive that they have “unexpectedly human” on their window and they’re anything but. “America’s Most Convenient Bank” also couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ve dealt with quite a few banks and they are certainly the worst. Stay away from this company.

Went open an account with my son. There was one customer in the bank. The manager said I had to come back 3 hora later or go to a different branch because they were too busy to open accounts. Never going back

Just moved to the area, and had to go through the drive through for service (due to COVID). There were two cars in front of us; and the wait was 50 minutes. Ridiculous, so much for most convenient bank.

ATM broken. Don't answer the phone when you call. Who needs service like this? Not me.
