The staff at the branch are fine, TD itself as a whole is going down hill as far as serving the customer. Their fees are getting ridiculous. That comfortable green chair now has a thorn in it! Update: I did contact customer support, and the out come was favorable. They reinstated my original agreement. Having been a loyal customer to the entire family of TD products for more than 25 years, it was the right thing to do, and I'm satisfied. Again, all employees were professional and polite.

Used to be a very good bank for business and personal transactions, with very good customer service. That hasn't been the case for a while. The paperwork has gone up while the number and quality of staff (over 1/3 of whom appear to change every two or three months) has gone down considerably and opening hours, which used to be TD's big advantage, have been reduced to the same level as the Pointe-Claire branches of other major banks.

Used to be a great place, but THREE weeks in a row they have opened 30 or more minutes late. As I usually pass in the morning before work to take advantage of their early hours, they have failed. I have bills to pay, and have no choice but to pass first thing in the morning, and 3 Thursdays they have opened late causing stress and headaches. I am done with this bank.

After a few less than 5-star visits over the years; Mary-Jo Maiorino and the present staff have earned an honest and well-merited 5 Star rating. Much help was given, along with proper information and courteous service; all in an immediate one-stop and expedited manner. Many have much to learn from Ms. Maiorino; impressive to deal with a Professional. Thanks, much.

Pros: A) Nice location since it’s in a plaza. B) They have the newer ATM machines that I like. C) Car Park is big and have a lot of space. Cons: A) They need to address climate change and make everything about the building Green and environmental. Other than that it’s a typical branch. Same T.D.

Absolutely Awful. Extremely limited and terrible service. TD has never been great Bank. Other banks offer far superior customer service. They need to make serious changes for their clients and changes need to start at the top.
