The transparency of this bank and its employees is bad….I asked for help to switch from the variable rate to the fixed rate at the beginning of June and I was advised against making me wait…well the rate went up…at that point I made a request formal and obviously the rate proposed to me was slightly higher (so far so good)…after a few days I asked to proceed with the exchange and I have not received replies to my emails (one a day for three days)…when I write yet another email asking explanations saying that I would go to the branch I receive a phone call and surprise the rate is even higher….no one had told me that the “booked deal” so called by the employee was only valid for one day….terrible bank. Upon renewal, I am no longer your customer!

After nearly 10 years of banking with TD, the clerk told me she would need to hold a cheque that I received for my "safety" for 5 days. She told me that I could go to another bank and have the cheque certified however she was not knowledgeable on the cost to have a cheque certified. The manager came over to close my account and offered me absolutely no reason to stay with TD even though I had been with them for so long. So glad to finally be changing to a different bank that will value customer loyalty.

The worst ban I have deal with. I think you would get a better service at a airport Tim Hortons than this bank. I honestly believe this branch manager should be fired due to his lack of trust in all human beings that walks into his bank. Last time I checked your supposed to help people, not judge people. He basically told my fiancé that other people have taken advantage of his branch with fraudulent activities so he thinks we would be doing the same. Shame on you

We are happy with TD, but this branch is to be avoided. We would advise driving further down 17th ave. for better service. I feel sorry for the clerks that expect to get training or support from the manager. When I last visited this branch to manager just sat at her desk texting on her phone, when the clerk asked for help she didn't even put down her phone. We have given up and now drive past this branch and go elsewhere.

Changing my 5 star review form a single good experience to 1 star for 3 terrible experiences. Firstly had a chat with a financial advisor who hardly mislead me (from the opinion of the other branch advisor) Then twice was trying to book a new appointment however they’ve told me they’ll give me a call prior to discuss if they can help over the phone to save the time. No a single call back Very disappointed

They can’t unblock my card in any way. They called for the first hour and interrupted the call when they picked up the phone, no one called back. The second time they already talked and they told me that they would call back about this, no one called back. The third time they called for an hour, as a result they said to dial later. Disgusting service

agoWent into TD today to open an account as I needed to have this for a mortgage. Pritish was AWESOME! He helped me set up my accounts. He took the time to ensure that the accounts we were opening would be best suited for my needs. He throughly explained the benifits and downfalls of each one. I'm very happy I switched

I had the worse banking experience at this TD branch with Kate Yoo the financial advisor. The information provided by her was misleading and inaccurate. Her mistake ended up costing me and my family. All i got from her and her superior was

Lovely experience at this branch today. Min Yang was so welcoming, he carefully explained all the technicalities of opening an account. He was quick, efficient and calm while completing the process. I would definitely recommend this branch!

It doesn't matter what branch you go to, there is no one that actually knows what they are talking about. They need to call some expert from somewhere else. Things that use to be able to get done in minutes now take days.

Generally I don't have many issues with TD, unfortunately, this particular branch almost single-handedly drove me to switch banks. On 2 occasions they have bungled simple, yet important transactions for me.

This is a great location for fast, friendly and helpful service. You walk in to be greeted with smiles and it's a nice feeling. Joon is one of the managers who offers a pleasant, friendly and comfortable

Had an appointment with adviser name  Z Khodadadidehkordi at 2 pm. When I arrived she was talking with other customer. Waited 15 minutes and no respond or service what so ever.
