Russell caballero is the great advisor in canada’s biggest no 2nd bank TD. So, TD gave him a room just to say their customers that if you go with a new loan it will go up and up. I know it is a possibility that if someone credit score is bad it will go up but if the customer said my score is good my income is increasing in past 3 years. He again said the interest will go up. He has zero knowledge according to me. Even tho he called TD customer service no to confirm some queries. How great .. the people on customer service behind the call know more than him.. let the customer service people to be in branch. Take these kind of zero knowledge people out of branch and put them on other work. Thanks for your service my friend.. this review is not personal but this is for you service.

My husband and I opened an account here and met Pardeep Natt. She was extremely helpful and kind, and my husband and I walked out of there happy with the service she provided. We had booked an appointment online, and didn't have to wait long once we arrived. We felt incredibly comfortable communicating our needs to her, and felt heard. Only concern I had was being able to overhear discussions of others beside her cubicle which made me feel uncomfortable about others hearing us. Staff there should be provided offices so that personal information can be communicated without other customers overhearing. I don't blame Pardeep Natt as this was out of her control. She will be my go-to advisor moving forward with this branch, one of the best customer experiences in a long time.

My experience with this branch is horrible. I signed a mortgage with my ex and Rep did not disclose any information about my ex being the only person who can renew the mortgage without me being present. The best part is she worked at the bank at the time and she and her co worker set it up intentionally so that I wouldn’t know and now I can’t do anything about it. I was cheated out of my house and my money. Now trying to find a solution, everyone’s hands are tied. No one is being held accountable nor am I able to get any help. I guess I’m just going to have this mortgage for the next 20 years. And she can just keep renewing without my consent. Bravo to the staff at garden city. Liars and cheaters. DO NOT DEAL WITH TD. Thank you for ruining my life!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been calling this branch for the last 2 hours today and also called NUMEROUS times yesterday between 830am -330pm and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I have left MULTIPLE messages yesterday and today. No one is answering OR calling back. Im trying to send legal documentantion for a customer whom banks with them. its quite frustrating when no one returns your call or answers ! Not professional at all.

Paul W ( sorry don't know his last name ) was the nicest and most helpful individual I have encounter in a long time when I was there this afternoon Feb 7/23.. I do not have a TD account but he worked hard to find the answer to my " dilemma " .Many Thanks for restoring my faith in people ..

I came here with an appointment reach 20 min before my appointment and they hold me to wait at least another 40 mins after my appointment time.Seriously they don’t care about your time. I mostly deal with TD bank but first time i was disappointed with their services.

Understaffed for tellers. Regularly close doors to tellers 20 to 30mins before close time with or with out a lineup. For a location that is in a mall and a bank that advertises open late for customers. This sure make the company as a whole pretty terrible.

The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude and would not honour agreements made the previous week with my account. Unfortunately this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with TD
