I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is unorganised and the staff are not educated in their role. I spoke to advisor Melvin George whom I had to basically chase down and beg to do his job. I was applying for a student LOC in June 2023 for a foreign program that began Sept 2023. First he stated that I could get this under my name on my own, which I stated to him was nearly impossible as I would no longer have a steady income - which he should know as he is a so-called "banking advisor". Anyways, fast forward he convinced me that it was fine if I did it alone. I sent him all necessary docs and didn't hear from him for 2 weeks. Called, emailed, called the branch, etc. No response. He comes back saying I now need a cosigner. Already knew that. Fine, got a cosigner. Gets all the documents the day he asked for a cosigner and still takes him a good week to get back to me. Using both our incomes, he decides to ask for a ridiculous amount of money and it gets declined. Now i'm not angry about this as its not his fault we are not making enough. BUT why would you as a banking advisor go and ask for a stupid, unrealistic number and expect it to go through? Not only did the process take ridiculously long, mine and my cosigner's credit was hit for absolutely no reason. Educate your people and any one going to this branch - BE AWARE! Waste of time and energy. Do your research and go to a better bank. Will be closing all accounts with TD following this!
Terrible customer service at this location. The tellers aren't knowledgeable about bank processes. The financial representatives aren't knowledgeable about businesses operating in different countries. I strongly suggest that you don't make this your home branch. TD is a great bank, but this location is by far the worst. I have visited this branch a few times and they always disappoint me with their low level of service. It's not worth it to make a horrible drive down hurontario to get here, just to receive horrible service.
Update - Too much back and forth with my card. I am still unable to get clear answer Opened an account with this branch and the staff were courteous and helpful. The location of the branch is very accessible and it was walking distance from my hotel which also was helpful to me. The waiting area is nice and the two ATM ensured that the withdrawal transactions were quick and efficient. Hopefully I will continue to get the same service as now and I will continue with TD.
Went to TD today on Saturday November 18, 2023. Teller at the far right corner was not helpful at all when I was trying to cash a same cheque that I’ve cashed many times at TD! She went to the manager to get authorization even the manager wasn’t helpful. All other TD branches are always helpful and kind. Only TD branch to give me a problem with this. Wouldn’t recommend this location.
I went here just to get a new debit card I was refused a new card by the teller. I was told by management my drivers license wasn’t a valid piece of ID and I would need my birth certificate for a new DEBIT CARD?! To add on, I had to correct the teller twice as they thought I was ask for a credit card replacement.
Amazing Experience - every time we come into the branch we are greeted by friendly staff. This branch is not in my area but I have no problem driving to this location to ensure my business needs are met. Staff and management are very knowledgeable. Keep up the good work! Customer service is very rare.
Poor customer service. Teller couldn’t help with any banking needs. After leaving a branch called regular call centre and customer service rep was able to take care of all my needs. Definitely better staff training required at this branch.
Worst Banking experience. We have never seen a manager so rude and racist like Ms.Ana. We will never bank with TD again. TD bank should take these reviews seriously, otherwise there is no use of our sharing.
Hi, There staff is very friendly and professional at the same time, I like the way they provide the needed services, its easy to business with a bank when there staff is professional and to the point.
Very rude unhelpful teller,she was more concerned with her make up than in helping me didnt even greet properly when the interaction finished,worst experiences ar this place!!!
