Came into this branch to get a new card because of fraud activity, I asked the teller if I needed to set up my online banking while I was there or if there was anything else I needed to do to which he replied no you just have to put it in the machine for your 1st purchase and enter your pin and it will work. Fast forward to 5 minutes later and the card not working and me not having time to go back to this branch and now not only have I not been able to access my funds receive transfers or pay my rent. Now I have to go back sometime probably NEXT WEEK when I have time to get this problem fixed when it should have been dealt with the 1st time. I'm sure not to return to this branch and find a more competent location. If I go back and they still can't fix the issue I will make sure to go even further out of my way to find a more competent branch. Edit: I've gone back to have the first issue resolved, only to be told I have GO BACK TO THE BRANCH FOR THEM TO FIX ANOTHER THING ON MY ACCOUNT after spending an HOUR on the phone with them AFTER visiting the branch so they could fix a different issue. WTH IS GOING ON?! Is everyone new? I'm ready to close my account. This branch is whack and apparently everyone employed at this location has no idea of how to do their job. After looking at other reviews, it's clear that this location is just horrendous when it comes to customer service. Also for me to go out my way to Google review a bank? It must be bad.
Worst banking I ever deal with. Very un professional staff and need to be train more. I have a business account and already got an access card already. And my partner came in to get her business access card. Instead of giving her a access card under her name they just automatically cancel my card and create a new card for me and give my card to her instead of giving her access card under name. Is very simple order and they scew it up. This isn't the first time they scew up. I will save the other complaint for another day to give them another 1 star review. The manager there is pretty dumb too for trying to protect they employees even if they are wrong. Over all no one should waste their valuable time visiting this branch. You just gonna be disappointed and upset walking out.
Got some misinformation regarding my credit card, teller informed me that they would be ordering me a new credit card and gave the option to have it picked up at this branch along with a email or cell notification. Two and a half weeks roles by no word so I went in to ask if my card has arrived the answer given was no. Then today I gave TD's Credit Card Centre a call and they informed me that I had gotten misinformation and you can't request a new credit card unless contacting them directly I understand this is a new branch and is still getting there bearings together however I'm still going to give them a chance in the future then hopefully update my review with a better rating.
I went there at 3:45 to cash my CRA cheque. They took 15 minutes to make sure that they could cash it, only to tell me at 3:59 that they were closed and I would have to wait until another day. It was the manager who said this. He said it was for safety reasons, but there were still people in line behind me. So yeah, not coming to this location ever again. I actually just don't think TD has good customer service in general so I guess I'm not too surprised.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this time I really want to. This branch is the worst one I had business with. They have me with a part time staff but he is not on top of the case, no follow ups when issue happened, and the branch manager doesn’t know anything and can’t help with the customer. If you have options, try not to go with this branch.
Before this branch was built the atm that was here was always messed up. I came here and deposited money into the atm, it gave me an error. Bank told me they don't see any errors via the atm even though I had a receipt and took a picture of what the atm said. Literally Lost money putting money into an atm! No solution. Horrible
I had an appointment to add a beneficiary to my investments with Isaac at 2:00 p.m., he ended up as a no show. I wasted 1hr of work time to be there on time, in addition there was no competent person there to help in such a simple matter.
I am grateful that we have a bank in the Junction now, but it would be nice if someone picked up the phone during banking hours. I've been trying to call for over half an hour to ask a simple question!
Worst bank to deal with.. customer service agents are clueless and you sit there waiting for hours to talk to them. BMO or CIBC is thousand times better!
Looked at me like I had three heads and told me to call the helpline. All I wanted to do was activate a card for an existing account. Not Helpful.

Made a quick stop here to do some banking at ATM. Seemed clean. ----- Used the ATM to do some banking. Inside was relatively clean.
Lines usually long rarely open and have had points were tellers have told me If i needed to take out cash I had to use machines.
Very Professional staff, great security on accounts. Recommended for long term banking.
