I am a rescuer. I rescue stray animals and one day there was an emergency case i got a stray dog to him but the vet showed least interest and kept me waiting for 30mins and he was addressing a german shepherd which came for vaccination. Trust me the the stray dog was fighting for its life and this fellows priority was to vaccinate a dog which can wait. He dint even allow me inside his hosp because it was a stray dog was bit dirty. I was just holding onto my nerves though i was very frustrated with his behaviour. Sadly the dog died due to his negligence. This vet is very unprofessional and commercial with zero compassion. He doesn’t have a heart for animals. He is a vet because he wants to make money that’s it. Don’t prefer this cruel person who is just money minded and has zero respect to animals. Shame on you doctor. I don’t even feel like calling you a doctor. You don’t deserve to be one. You killed a life with your negligence. This incident happened 6 months ago. I just found his feedback page and gave my feedback now.

The vet here is really experienced. He knows what he is doing. I have a healthy beagle, thanks to the vet. One of the caveat that concerns me the most is the pricing. Here the treatment and meds are quite pricey. Also I would suggest not to buy pet essentials from here as online the similar products would cost you less or you could buy during one of those amazon big billion days. Please make sure to check the expiry date, if at all you buy any pet food from here. I bought an expired dog food worth 2000 rupees from the clinic on the vet's suggestion . I don't think the doctor did that on purpose but its better to be careful as there is a no - return policy in this clinic. Apart from all that, I have never been disappointed with his treatment and his behavior towards my pet. Keep up the good work sir.

I recommend not to visit here , he is money minded , i took my dog were he is weak physically and doctor said my pet is suffering from kidney failure and liver failure .i was literally shock ,and he gave some injections which made my pet more worse . And one day he said take your pet to Banjara hills clinic because he has connections with them to make money ,such a cheap mentality of a doctor. This place is only of vaccine for that also he makes some reasons to make more money . I took my dog to another clinic were doctor has 25 years of experience he is treating my dog and he is recovering well. Please think before you visit here..

Most vets don't want to take care of cats, so when my cat was attacked by a dog, I was really helpless, after 2 days she was not eating anything and unable to drink water due to her injury, we called the doctor at pet care and he said they do treat cats, we took her to him and it's been less than a week and she's doing absolutely ok. He literally brought from back from the brink of death and we're very grateful. Very relieved to have this doctor nearby, especially for cats. Efficient and very quick service

I brought a street puppy who had some leg injury, he was suffering with that pain i took that dog to this clinic. doctor gave an injection and also a tonic to this pet, after that I was worried about the charges, the doctor just took a very genuine amount ☺️.. i always take my pet to his clinic even though he doesn't recognise me .. he is very friendly and good to us.. suggestions feel free to talk about the cost that you can afford( according to my opinion)..

This veterinarian has scanned my lab and told pyometra and infection near the gall bladder.but did not prescribe any antibiotics.it was bleeding from mouth.he told to take treatment from the vet nearby.he is interesting in selling his appetiser but did not prescribe any medicine.he just injected the same needle into my pet from the previously used saline.I will never refer him.please discourage such kind of vets who has no empathy.

Dr Rao is highly experienced Veterinary Doctor who is always ready to resolve pet problems. I have been taking my pet cat to him to cure Injuries, vaccination etc and he handles the pet with great ease. He gives correct advice and medicines. He is available both in morning and evening hours, that's a big advantage for pet owners who can visit him as per their convenience. I definitely recommend his services to all pet owners.

We have been taking our 15yr old dog to Dr. Rama Rao for the past 5yrs and I have only good words for him and his clinic. He has also recently performed hysterectomy on our dog at the age of 13 and she's still going strong. The clinic is very clean and well maintained. You can get all pet accessories and food at the clinic itself. I recommend all pet lovers to consult him for any health issues for your pets.

I have been taking my 4 dogs to the vet Dr. Rama Rao. He is an excellent vet. He knows wat he has to do n how we should move fwd in the treatment. Goes in a systematic way he listens to us patiently. U can always vouch for his services. Best one n always available in times of need. Thank u so much for your valuable service.

Dr. Rama Rao is extremely devoted, professional, listens patiently and gives the best advice and required treatment. He gave our dog a second life and was available on call every time we needed him. His assistant, Shiva is also very professional and accommodated us after business hours.

Very very commercial and business minded. I tried going to him two times with the same result. He just looks for opportunities to make money. He will give an antibiotic injection instead of oral even in the mildest of conditions. ( Not to mention he administered the wrong antibiotic).

Please don't visit this hospital this doctor is uneducated. When I took my hamster to this doctor he gave harmful medicine which was not even named please don't visit this doctor is not a doctor please if u have hamster he will kill your hamster I suggest go to shepherd doctor

Well qualified doctor. He prescribed antibiotics and vitamin supplements for my pet. I thought he is a bit expensive Vet, especially that he sells medicines and Dog Food on MRP where at least on dog food it's easy to get a 15 percent discount anywhere

Worst Pet clinic ... I had ever visited... My pet died due to his medications... he says let me try and situation is out of control... Worst case you will face... Dont recommend to anyone.. Or dont visit and he doesn't have communication skil

Response level is not as good as it should be. Especially if you have earlier visited a different pet clinic then your pet would not get the attention it needed. You have a pet store here, so will be recommended for some shopping.

I bought a stray puppy home. It met with an accident. We took him to this hospital but it was closed. Dr. Rama Rao told us to come at his clinic in yaparal. He treated my puppyvery well.Now, he is fine. Thank you Doctor.
