So much fun! My daughter and I wandered into the gallery and had a great chat with the very engaging and wonderful Pascale who told us about a class the next day using alcohol based paints. Upon arrival Pascale showed us some basic principles and helped us get more comfortable with the unique medium and then gently guided us to create our own masterpiece with just the right level of involvement. Three hours zipped by and we could have easily stayed for another three. As someone who appreciates art but is not artsy I really enjoyed the almost organic process and have proudly displayed two of my paintings in my house. They make me smile every time I see them and the experience has prompted me to explore other opportunities to create. Pascale was so lovely and patient and encouraging. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and rewarding experience. Thank you!

I had booked for the “ Introduction to water colour class “ with Pascale and had wanted to do a portrait with a scenery background as a gift for my girlfriend. Since it was my first exposure to any form of formal watercolour training, I was keen for Pascale to guide me through it. She very kindly agreed to do the picture which I suggested for the class. The class was well structured and interesting. Pascale focussed on the basics and the foundation of water colours. I hardly realised the 5 hours fly by. At the end of the class , I was able to apply the principles that she taught during the class and do my portrait. I an extremely happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend the class to anyone who is interested in water colours.

Dear Pascale, for years I felt drawn to learn watercolor painting and this year I finally decided to get Google’s help to find a teacher. I could not have been luckier in having found you! You and your teaching style make my and my mum’s Saturdays such a hoot. From our first half day course you made us fall so in love with watercolour - and now onto our second 5-week course, the progress we have seen over time (from not even knowing how to hold a brush to the beautiful artworks we now create) it’s amazing what is possible in such a short time. It’s has been such a wonderful, fun, meditative, connecting experience. Full of laughter and joy. I cannot recommend you and your classes highly enough. Thank you. The practice continues. ❤️

I had the pleasure of having a piece of my art represented by The Space Gallery. What a beautiful bunch of people to deal with. Every email every question was answered promptly and they were reassuring and kind. The exposure that my work received definitely boosted my traffic to my web site and Instagram. My work did sell however the traffic and exposure was well worth the effort in sending my work interstate. Well done The Space Gallery.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. I had issues with getting a print delivered to Melbourne and made an enquiry, and Pascale went above and beyond in assisitng me and arranging delivery ASAP. Pascale was an absolute delight to work with, the print arrived within two days of postage, and I’m incredibly happy with the print I received. I could not recommend The SPACE gallery more highly.

As a young and emerging artist, working with THE SPACE gallery was incredible. They offered unending patience and support as I figured out the process of displaying in a gallery show and I am very grateful for the opportunities that showcase provided. Overall, it was a wholly positive experience and I am definitely looking forward to displaying with them again in the future!

I loved my Watercolour session for beginners with Pascale. We learnt several watercolour methods in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Pascale’s knowledge in painting techniques is very broad and she was able to share her insights in a very comprehensive manner. I would highly recommend her course at The Space gallery. Pascale is a joy to work with. She helped us bring our vision to life with her charismatic energy. During each phase of development she gave us an opportunity to add feedback. She had us in mind at all stages. Ultimately we have 3 pieces of stunning art work in our living room that we will admire for the rest of our lives. Highly recommend!

I did the Alcohol Ink art workshop with Pascale - and it was really great. She was great in guiding the learning, but without directing too much. She gave silent spaces in between, but provided great tips where they were necessary. Highly recommended.

The SPACE Gallery is a lovely intimate space with well chosen and beautiful artwork on display. The owner is a wonderful character too! It doesn't hurt that the gallery is located in the Cannery which has excellent food and beverage options.

great luminous and inspiring gallery, affordable beautiful and elegant paintings, colourful, modern, and subtle. I personally bought a couple. Also did few workshops - so refreshing to have some creative time. I really like that space!

Pascale is a great teacher, she's very knowledgeable and is very enthusiastic, which makes her classes really fun. Highly recommended!!

Space gallery is such a surprise, for along with being a great hanging space for a marvelous range of art; I like it that Space offers art workshops - especially for the kids!
