Cashier number five - a terrible customer service! Middle age lady with brown hair, yes,you are! such unprofessional! not paying attention to customers, constantly talking to someone while serving- unrelated to my purchase or to the store conversation! scanned my items wrong..so I had to come back! And not even replying to my question about the car park, just pushing the receipt into my face! was it hard to say that the number is on the receipt? why did I have to ask twice?! second time I visited and been served by this person! I definitely Won't visit this store again! Who wants to get 'No customer service' while spending more than £200 in one transaction?! I was treated like if she was doing me a favour serving me! Please change the job if you don't like it!

Worst customer service ever. There was 7 or 8 people waiting in the queue to be served and only one person serving. However, there is one guy stood at the serving till playing about putting tags on stock. It clearly didn’t occur to him that the customer might be more important. I asked if he was serving, ‘ no, I’m not’ he said. I said ‘ is there anybody that can because there are people waiting here. ‘ He looked at me with contempt and carried on playing with the tags. This is a reoccurring experience here. They seem to consider serving customers as an inconvenience. I’ll be going somewhere else. BTW this does not happen in other tk maxx stores. It is the manager that spreads this attitude to their staff. I have experienced it from her too.

Staff member with blonde hair/glasses. Very rude, clearly a a jobsworth asking for ID for a pair of eyelashes. I’m 26 and could clearly tell I’m older than 16 and I was already wearing eyelashes. Had an attitude and needs some basic customer service skills. Another staff member was rude, I went to the till with a pair of heels and someone had put the wrong sticker price on the sole which she refused to sell them with an attitude. Not my fault if someone else had put the wrong sticker on. Lost my custom and won’t be shopping here again.

Rude staff, served by a lady who didn't acknowledge us and continued to have her discussion with the other staff member behind the till, she didn't offer us a bag or even thank us nor did she bother to give us eye contact, she didn't bother to say goodbye once we had paid either. Rudest transaction ever. I only gave one star because that's the lowest rating I am offered otherwise I would have given a zero. Operater number 0479 needs retraining on customer skills or put on shop floor and avoid dealing with paying customers

TKMaxx isn't as great as it used to be. Average clothes, overpriced none of them designer, or very few in weird sizes. The bags are very expensive now, almost the same as of you bought from the source when it was current season. The one good thing is the jewellery, cute silver jewellery at a great price, good quality too. Shoes used to be great. There was a time I'd buy a pair every time I went in, but haven't seen anything nice for ages. Staff are friendly and the store is clean, but there are better places to shop.

I appreciate hand sanitizer needs to be used when entering shops but at T K Maxx in Sutton Coldfield they use the same stuff that they clean the shelves and store with and it's in the same cleaning dispenser. I hesitated and the guy on the door sprayed my hands with the cleaning product which stung and was sticky yuk....Shelves upstairs were half empty too.

The shop is great but when I went to the till to pay for my items I had to wait about 10 mins before I got served due to people taking goods back what they had brought on line I don't like waiting the best of times . Special when they hadn't brought the items from that shop . There were only 2 girl's on the tills and they were doing ther best

I called the store looking for a specific bag. They were really helpful and quickly found it for me (after I had visited 3 other stores!). The gentleman I spoke to and the lady on the shop floor were great and kept it aside for me. I went in and fortunately was served by the same lady who found the bag. Thank you!

Always long queues to pay, never more than two cashiers on no matter how long the queue. If someone is doing an exchange you can wait for ages. Twice recently I have taken an item to the cash desk but on seeing the queue and only one cashier have returned the item to the rail and left without purchasing.

TK Max was great. They were following government guidelines. I bought several items and the price was fantastic. I enjoyed browsing through the clothes and other items. You can get a very good bargain and well known names. The shop is big and spacious. And the staff were well mannered.

Always only one or two members of staff on the till even with really long queues. The staff just walk around ignoring the queues of over 20 people at the checkout! Unbelievable. One young guy on today and he called for assistance and nobody came to help him. Terrible customer service.

Very clean and spacious shop, staff are friendly and helpful, quite a big store, variety of household bits and clothes, baby clothes and bags and underwear. Some of the things are good deals some are a bit pricey. Staff were a bit slow on the till with a queue building up

Cant cancel the orders once they are placed. Their delivery lead time becomes longer and longer. You cant find any information how to cancel the orders on the site. Just called the customer service and they said you could not cancel!!! Such service not even worse a star!

Nice store. Deceptive in size. Good layout. Clean and tidy.. pleasant and helpful staff. Returned some items on Sunday received refund on Tuesday. Parking available (if you can get a spot) disabled parking available. Free 3 hour parking available within store.

Nice shop, always popping in to buy one stuff but ending up with bag full of bargains. Staff always helpful, it's not that busy like in Birmingham City centre. In the shop there's a machine you type in your reg number so you don't have to pay for a car park.

The worst management you could have in any store. If you ask the plates you are buying to be wrapped in a presentable, suitable box as it is a present, forget it. The assistants are left with second hand paper all different colour picked from the rubbish.

We all love TK Max, specially if your as tall as me. The choice of clothing & footwear, high end Brands at affordable prices speaks volumes. Staff could be a bit more helpful & approachable but I guess they're too busy to notice a customer

A regular spot in my shopping circuit... You have to dig a lot to find something suitable but if you can put away the cheap made in China items and avoid the crowds, it is a staple for your closet. Beauty products are its best feature.

There was a time and Tk max was the place to be for beautiful products at bargain prices... But since the covid , things have changed.. now adays it is not uncommon to find sale items at Tk ,more expansive than the high Street brands.

Omg, looked like a war zoon, and the what was left swing in on the racks was absolutely rubbish. Just put me right off. Sorry had to be said. Condense stock, take racks off, so at least it looks like it's loved. Oh dear !!!!!!!!! More

Really good quality goods, brought 2 x dog coats and chewy bones and really good very happy, never a problem for tk will always shop here for quality, staff very friendly, shop clean and tidy and well set out

You use to be able to get some real quality bargains once upon a time but of late some of the clothes on the hangers look like they've been around the warehouse floor, but it's always worth a visit

Love this place! Great selection of items, designer brands at cheaper prices, friendly staff. Amazing selection in stuff for babies and children. They had some lovely rocking chairs for kids.

The staff here have been very helpful, especially Melissa, who I would say is a star member of staff. I needed to locate a product and she really went out of her way to help me. Thank you!!

O. k., But ques for the tills can sometimes be too long at any time of the year, with only very minimal staff on tills. This particular aspect of their retailing requires improvement.

The layout could be better. Also some items of menswear are on the ground floor then you have to go upstairs for underwear. Keep it all together on one floor would be better

Cheap consignment clothing. Large parking lot and two floors (men's upstairs). Good for finding designer clothing at affordable prices, but stock is never guaranteed.

Store was nice and clean, well spaced out and a nice selection of clothes. I needed shoes for my daughter but unfortunately the range wasn't as varied as I'd hoped.

Some nice items but there was a huge queue and a member of staff spent ages chatting to a friend and carried on despite the people waiting literally next to her!!

Same as other tk maxx stores. Good quality clothes and accessories for the most part and there are hidden gems in the store. You just have to find them.

Couldn't find what I wanted, but sometimes you do find some treasure amongst the trash, then again, one person's rubbish is another person's treasure.

I went in hoping to snatch a bargain, there was not much in my size XL or my waiste size 38 , I would expect them to be pretty standard sizes

Lives up to its name of big brands at small prices. We managed to get some great deals including Levi's for £16 in the clearance section
