I have been taking my mum to TLC Physio for the past several weeks and we are both very happy with the service. Marc is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cares about your health and does all he can to help you feel better. He has an excellent set up and we feel he gives his best to each visit. He has a very calm personality and reassures you that you are ok. He also takes his time to send out exercise plans and writes letters to support any additional services my mum needs. I heartily endorse my physiotherapist - "Marc" Tu Le, who is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and professional. The treatment and rehab exercise programme that he provided me with regard to the rehabilitation of my shoulder was priceless and went beyond my expectations. The outcome is otherworldly. TLC physio Bonnyrigg was recommending by my sister-in-law , I attended the clinic and was receive with excellent service and kind reception . Best physiotherapy in Bonnyrigg since 2019. Marc is a great physiotherapist, encouraging his patients to improve through remedial massage and exercises along the way giving the best advice! Khanh is also a great therapist! Giving and advice and educating patients about their injuries, the benefits of each exercise and treatment. Reception team is always doing their best to welcome patients and organising their time for their sessions. Highly reccomend! Especially for locals!

Great team and very professional. I had severe back pain from over working and sports. After seeing Marc, he was able to relieve my pain. Marc was very caring and gave helpful tips to improve my pain and prevent it from coming back in the future. I felt very well looked after and was always greeted with a caring smile. I have been attending this clinic for about a year now due to a wear and tear in my shoulder, and the best decision I made. The team at TLC Physio not only help with the pain but also a few other issues I had with my spine. The team not only take out the time to understand their patient/client but ensure every visit we are well looked after. Definitely recommend this clinic!

The receptionist never picks up the phone. It rings and goes to voicemail. They make double bookings and sometimes the wait is up to 60 minutes although a booking was already made. They also have another clinic setup in Canley Heights, I would watch out for this dodgy Vietnamese run Physio. What kind of business are you running?

Been coming to TLC Canley heights and Bonnyrigg for over 3 years now. I've been to many physiotherapists but Marc/Tu at TLC are very knowledgeable and is one of the best in Sydney. Marc not only treat my neck/shoulders pain but he also taught me exercises and stretches needed to strenghten my body. I highly recommend Marc at TLC

I called and booked an appointment with the receptionist who was very lovely and when I came into the practice the attitude continued. They made the process seamless from booking to appointment and I will definitely be going back and referring any family or friends.
