I've been a customer with this bank when it was Lloyd's tsb as I was with Santander customer but when my card got copied and Santander wouldn't refund me the money back that was taken I decided to go with Lloyd's tsb as my mum told me they are a good bank and will look after you when I first got my card I was happy and glad I choose Tsb but over the years they started to change from being a good bank to a unfriendly one like the time I.went to apply for a loan in person and they refused me and yet applied online and got approved within 3 days and paid it all.back I recently wanted to apply for a credit card as I thought I get one for a rainy day when I got there they told me.subject to status and yet I work and always pay my Bill's on time and yet they reject me I am feeling annoyed with the fact I been a loyal customer and they treating me like rubbish I applied for a card at another place and got.given one with 2 mins of.applying so if you want a good bank try some where else

Disgusting behaviour,went to solve an issue,not solved and not being tried even."I know one of them is going Antalia turkey next week for a holiday,it's all incuded in her holiday pack",this is what they are busy with,my money is there so I should have some respect as a customer. Another one did not even tried to listen and giving attitude. The asian lady saying that that everyday they receive customers like me.if you don't like the community the just leave,there are other banks around. Disgusting. Its true they have changed the branch and put 2 lazy ,ill-mannered. I need to edit because I found out that I am not the only one. Thus thing need to be sorted

Walking in to Bethnal Green TSB is like walking in to a funeral, the staff looked miserable, tired and underpaid! Both of the counters were free, I went in to put cash and a cheque , the girls in the counter refused to serve and directed me to the machine, there were people using the machine, after a while it broke down. So I had to come back to the counter again, it took 40sec to complete the process. Altogether I spent 15mins waiting, going back and forth, I think the management is incompetent and needs training in customer service. Very upset and tried not to lose my cool :)

That's how lazy the staff are. Everytime you go in the bank looking at the staff it seems like someone has passed away.

Customer service is extremely poor. The Asian lady at the desk was very rude to the poor old gentleman in front of me. Her name is Sonia. She needs to know she’s working in a bank getting paid to offer customer service and not funeral service. She need to learn some manners. Very disrespectful and miserable. If the manager doesn’t look into this I shall be writing to head office.

This used to be friendly, helpful local branch but now, with the new deco there’s these miserable stuck up cows that work there and one of them is called Sonia. She’s always on her phone looking bored. I can’t believe these women are there to give customer service. The manager needs to pull his weights. All they do is direct people to the machines so they can put their feet up.

Sonia was very rude in helping me get a proof of balance. She didn't give me a chance to explain what I needed and immediately said no. When she asked her colleagues they said it was possible and had to help her. She has been working for TSB for over 12years but was too inexperienced to help with a basic proof of balance statement. Poor service!

While I find the customer service on the general TSB hotline quite useless (and sometimes even rude), I must say that the staff in this Bethnal Green branch always helped me very quickly. They are all super friendly and I have been treated excellently. I love it that they call you back in case they couldn't answer your call previously.

Yesterday I deposited money into my Business account, I counted money twice in front of camera the money was correct, when cashier SONIA counted money and after that she mixed my money in the Till money, after that she said £50 is short, she steel my £50 pounds, rubbish Customer service and she is a Thief,

3 people seat speaking about they party's over the weekend whit out work I have request statements and they want to charge me 5£. We no need personal in branch if they don't work at all. Branches on TSB are only for decorating the streets. I understand why they have only 1 star.

Met the most lovely lady there today who sorted out my cash out. Super friendly & chatty, absolute asset to the company. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was there at 9am. I never leave a review, but her positive kindness made my stressful morning easy. 10 stars

My experience at my local branch , which is Tsb bank ,Bethnal Green branch always wonderful, especially senior staff, Shahanara Begum. She is very friendly ,cooperative and supportive . I strongly recommend this branch for daily banking purposes .

Always bombarding my dad with extra services he doesn't require. They never take no for an answer and force you into a meeting. If my dad says no to content insurance, it means no! Not please invite me into a meeting to discuss it further.
