Be advised: the pricing they give you for lockout service is misleading, bordering on false. I told them I'd locked myself out by turning the doorknob lock behind me. They told me it was a $15 trip fee and $35 minimum depending on the complexity of the lock. It wasn't until they'd arrived that they informed me the $35 was only for if you had broken your key in the lock. I was charged over $100 total for a simple doorknob lock, which he worked on for about 4 seconds. It took longer for him to run my card than to unlock the door. When we called to ask the manager why the cost was so high, first a customer service rep and then the manager hung up on us two calls in a row.
