I ordered 2 taco Supremes paid,drove off only to find after a couple of bites my tacos had no sour cream on them...which I paid for. The same gentleman that waited on me was still in drive through when I returned...he apologized for the error and said we will take care of you ma'am. Patiently waiting for my order...some red head,very unprofessional woman approached drive thru window interrogating me...saying...you didn't know it didn't have sour cream after 1st bite? I want to point out that it was with great attitude and rudeness. I responded...no I thought the sour cream was further down the taco. The bottom_ line is... I was inconvenienced by having to return there because my order was wrong but the customer gets the 3rd degree. This type of ghetto behaviour is ridiculous!!!!! The red head was rude and should not deal with customers. I was so frustrated that I asked for a refund instead of my corrected tacos. Who wants to eat from someone or establishment with rude customer service. Red head then asked me for my receipt which I didn't get unless it was in the bag. I told her,don't play with me,I paid with my card,there's the guy that waited on me and give me back my money. She rudely gave it to me and I left. In leaving I told her I was gonna tell the bell but I have no receipt;so I went online to rate my service. This could all have been avoided if only red head had good customer service skills. I pray she is not the manager of that store and if she is...Lord help y'all RATINGS!!!!! In closing its sad that the gentleman's efforts to fix the problem was demolished by ignorance from the red head...hats off to him for trying to keep up y'all RATINGS by attempting to do the right thing.

This is a KFC/Taco Bell...and as a yum brand shareholder...this location sucks so bad. At the prime time dinner hour 5:30 pm to 7 pm... I find on several different visits they will have no chicken ready or have no pot pies ready and I have to sit in the parking lot 20-30 min or try to go somewhere else. This has happened on multiple visits and I feel just poor management and monitoring of product levels. Even one day went at opening, 11am.... they have no chicken prepared only taco bell available...which I can't eat. I had to go ahead to work without any lunch for the day, as I had no time to go elsewhere, with wait time I'd experienced here,,,,to only drive away empty handed. Many times i get to work and dont even have a spork or fork to eat with. As a shareholder and consumer this location constantly disappoints me ....as I'm sure it does others.

So happens I go through the drive-through around 2 o’clock 2:01 to be exact I order my food and some nasty attitude black woman she was so rude and impolite. she was a manager not to mention & my food was just all ov the place very messy n sloppy what’s so crazy was I ordered a 5 layered cheese burrito n she had the nerve to ask ME does it come with beans and cheese as if she didn’t even know then when I get to the window the guy literally threw my food at me like ima a freaking football player making the wining touchdown for the Super Bowl ! I felt very disrespected rushed n just very unsatisfied. I opened my burrito to find nothing but a huge blob of cheese n rice no beans like I’m Korean or something I like beans muddy suckahsss

Staff was rude across the board, came off racist in my opinion as me and my boyfriend were treated very different in every aspect of our experience and saw first hand others being welcomed with smiling friendly faces and any accommodating differences for others were met with no problem not asking for an extra empty bowl I was going to be charged $5 because of inventory <— that was apparently the assistant manager that I was speaking with at the counter that had informed me of that…yet the person behind me got a free drink and extra silverware napkins and two bowls for free with no issue…

I've never written a review in my life about a restaurant because I know how badly they are treated but what happened tonight is unacceptable. I pull into the drive though and there's people in front of me and behind me. I wait my turn and they ask me what I want. I say I want a beefy melt burrito and they tell me they are closed for the next 30 minutes. They don't give me a reason why. Why did you ask me what I wanted then?! The two cars in front and behind me were served normally. I say the people behind me were served because I saw them in the line to get their food when I turned around. Did I seriously just get denied service for no reason?!

This spot is conveniently located in Indianapolis midtown just south of Fall Creek. The store offers all of your normal Taco Bell and KFC fair. You can also order ahead and pick up through the drive-thru or stop inside. In my experience patronizing this location over the last 7 years, you will often find that menu items are sold out or not available, which can be frustrating. I also strongly encourage you to take the extra 2 minutes and check your order before pulling away or walking out. In my last analysis, every 2 of 5 orders was missing something or needed to be corrected in some way.

The guy who gave me my meal couldn't answer my question about which sauce was the medium one. I asked if he could check with someone else but he refused, and just threw some sauce in my bag. It turns out he also gave me the wrong bag. As I was returning it to the counter to ask for the right food, I arrived just in time to hear him tell all of his work colleagues and other customers what a smart ass I was. The worst part is that the guy I assume was the shift manager was right there, and didn't seem to do anything to correct this angry out of control employee. What a horrible place, terrible service. I'll never stop there again!

On Feb 2, 2019 we visited this Taco Bell at 11:15am. They got one of our drinks wrong, so we asked them to replace it. Because the worker didn’t think he was wrong, he decided to spite us by filling up half of the Mountain Dew with Sierra Mist. However, we saw him do it and asked if there was a reason why he did that. Caught, he just turned around to replace it. Sarcastically, he finally responded, “Does this suffice?” I didn’t catch his name, but hopefully that’s enough details for his to be held responsible. With the amount of malice, I wouldn’t be surprised if he jeopardized our food in other ways.

3rd time visiting. 3rd time with regret. 1st- order wrong 2nd- "late start" I'd need to wait 30 Mins. 3. Not offering taco bell, just KfC side. No original recipe, then when I check the order it's wrong. I ask it to be fixed, they inform me they do not have what I checked with them about before ordering. I ask for refund and the guy at window sings the about the money he's counting to make sure I know he doesn't care at all. No apology, in fact I got the impression I inconvenienced them. When eating crappie food as we all do... at least demand the tiniest bit of customer service.. don't go here

Worst location I've ever been to and I've been here a few times over the past two years. Every time I regret ever going back. I went to the drive through about 45 minutes ago and ordered two burritos neither of which were made correctly and the first one wasn't even what I ordered. The man at the window gave me no sauces and told me I couldn't add a side of sour cream he gave me no receipt and seemed very anxious to get out of there. I'm done considering this place when I figure after a few months they must of have gotten things together only to be disappointed.

I WISH I could give them a ZERO. The workers are EXTREMELY RUDE, and the male manager is WORSE than his staff. They make a mistake on your meal, they make you wait 10 minutes or more just to come back to the drive thru window, then when you explain to the manager he closes the window in your face and he and the employee both walk away. He's UNFIT to manage and she should be terminated as an employee. This was my THIRD and LAST unpleasant interaction with the staff of this KFC/Taco Bell. No matter what you say to corporate, they keep these social misfits there.

There was supposedly a 30-min wait for beef, so I had to pay extra for chicken. I ordered sides of avocado ranch, not sure what they gave me but it definitely is not that.. and they barely put any in there. I ordered chips and cheese... and they literally put a droplet. I had to ask them to fill it up, and it for some unknown reason took like 3 mins to do so. I thought they put my receipt in the bag, but seemingly didn't get one at all. I've been trying to call to complain for 10 mins but it just rings. The Indiana Ave location is WAY better.

I ordered a steak power bowl and a nacho fry. I pulled through window after I paid for my order....the young lady handed me a bag...when I looked in my bad the fries had spilled out the fry box.... We went to this Taco bell after spending the day at the children's museum. We ordered in the drive thru and got our bag. The order was read back correctly 2 #7s, soft tacos, No lettuce, 2 extra soft tacos also no lettuce. We recieved ONE quesidilla with NO CHEESE at all. 3 soft tacos covered in lettuce. Unfortunately we were already on the interstate heading back to Illinois We called over and over with no answer. I'm aware we should have checked but 2 hungry ans tired kids and we didn't think about. They read it back so confidently.

I went to this location on 08/21/2019 @ 8.30 pm and made to go. All my dinner items Chicken chalupa's, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, Spicy Tostada, Spicy Potato taco were cold, stale and condiments were not at all fresh. The cheddar cheese was tasting bad. The potatoes were smelling like they were fried before 24 hrs. I request the Manager of this location that for god sake please don't do this to your customers. Me and My wife we felt very uneasy after eating it. Guys don't do this to anyone else. GOD BLESS YOU. KARMA will take care of rest.

Ordered 10 items and only received 4 how is that possible!!!??? That is just LAZY!!! $28 for a cinnamon twist, Cheesy roll up, soggy crunchy taco and a burnt up dry crunch wrap!!!! Taco bell is my favorite.... must just be this location 3months later! My son asked if we could please stop so with hesitation I did and it was the absolute worst! I don't know how food gets so messed up when all that has to be done is read the screen. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

This is a dual KFC and Taco Bell restaurant (ie, it's BOTH, simultaneously.) The KFC portion is more interesting in atmosphere, especially with big B&W photos on the wall of the legendary "Colonel Sanders." I prefer the low prices on the Taco Bell Cravings menu (like $1 for a 420 calorie cheesy bean & rice burrito, that doesn't even seem that unhealthy for fast food.)

This place is the worst one I've ever seen I used to be a general manager of hey Taco Bell and I would fire my whole staff they treat you I got treated like I did in there the never acknowledge your in the building you walk in the door nobody treat you for 2 minutes then nobody in comes to help you for another five I've walked out three times in a row now. I went back there for the first time today everybody was on point friendly and nice love it thanks guys appreciate it I was actually in a hurry to and they did good job!

Worst Taco Bell ever.. I work on Meridian and won't be coming back to this location. Missed multiple items.. Lost $15 just in food items alone (Weren't in the bag). My friend and I ate what we had. Floors are EXTREMELY dirty. My daughter and I ate in today and my feet stuck to the floor, and after awhile little ants were crawling on them! Glancing at the floor, there's no way these are being cleaned every day which I'm sure is against some kind of regulation. Was offered no napkins or sauces when I picked up my order at the counter and you have to shout to get noticed for service. Food was alright tho.. Lol

This placed used to be alright, but I have a serious concern about how they handle their food. Their nachos and taco shells have all gone bad and they keep using them. I went two or three times over the course of a month, just to be sure it wasn't an isolated incident. I got food poisoning. Twice. The KFC half is usually alright, but since it's the same apathetic employees, I will not be returning here.

Will never again go to this restaurant, this place has bad customer service & quality of items as well as terrible effort and care in services , a poor attitude from staff, even more so in evenings, I recommend no one wast money or eat at this location kfc/taco bell for any reason . Save your family and self the aggravation.

Look, I get it, people want to close up, but after walking for a half mile with my kids from our Airbnb, we arrived at the doors of the restaurant at 8:51 pm, and the lobby was supposed to be open till 9pm. The restaurant is open till 10pm, so it’s not like the kitchen was closed. Maybe they already shut down the lobby register. But they turned us away. It didn’t feel good.

I hardly ever right a review but this is by far one of the worst restaurants. They constantly get your orders wring with purposely putting in cheaper ingredients (beef when you order steak). They also put very little ingredients in there crunch wraps. Mine was practically bread with nacho cheese. My advice to you is go to another location and pretend this one doesn't exist.

Extremely upset. I ordered no dairy. They still put it on there, took it back in and instead of just making another one, they scraped it off and left sour cream residue on my food. Not happy. Very lazy and will never return

The woman at the drive-through window was pretty rude. As I was asking for sauce she looked at me turned around and shut the window while I was still talking. She also gave me Mountain Dew when I asked for Sierra Mist. I’m hoping the food is good at least. Spent 26 minutes of my half-hour lunch in line at this place. When I finally could eat my tacos, they were ice cold and soggy as if they’d just come from a refrigerator. Absolutely pathetic service - Maybe if the employees were paid more they would perform better but in the case of this place, I think not.

I recently revisited the after school the staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming as if it were a four star restaurant they've got it right at this location food was hot and quick with a smile if you like good service and friendly faces this is the place to go for those quick bites to eat …

I guess if your working for Taco Bell, you havw no pride in your career, she will go far in life I am sure..

The guy that worked the window name eric with dreads was horrible and treated us really poorly . Hands down the worst worker I've ever encountered. All of my tacos was smashed and in pieces, my nacho fries was cold. I wobt be going back there anytime soon

The few times I've visited this restaurant the staff were incredibly kind, but unfortunately, the food I was served was extremely stale and inedible. I would have brought it back but was on my commute home and was unable to return until the next day.

2 stars for effort. I have got at this particular one on Meridian st and 22nd st downtown and each the chalupas and quesadillas were stale. I mean i have never had bitter chicken. I don't know what type of grilled chicken tastes stale and bitter.

If you don't mind a guy smoking a J in the parking lot then there is no better place to help your munchies fix. Drive through can be a little slow so go in if you can. Nicer inside than any McDonalds I've been to and staff are friendly actually

Went to kfc/taco bell. Order four $5 boxes and a kids meal. I know its quick and easy, but there is always a small issue whenever i go. Lukewarm food, no drink carrier, small portions. At least this time the chicken was hot and seemed fresh.

They've screwed up our order a time or two and I suggest checking the soda before you leave the drive thru window to make sure it's right. Other than that and it being a pain to pull out of the parking lot this Taco Bell/KFC is fine.

If you're going to close the lobby for walk in customers, the considerate thing to do would be clearly defining said closure and affected time frames online so that people without cars aren't walking from blocks and blocks away.

I ordered that new chicken wraps, but instead got a crunch wrap, and a taco compete NOT what I ordered not sure how they confused this one I was the only car in drive thru…

One of the worst Taco Bell’s in the state. Gives the rest a bad name. Employees treat you like you are the biggest inconvenience to their day. Homicide there a few weeks ago. Stain on the whole neighborhood.

Spotty service. Also if you mess up your order, they will not let you correct it at the window. The drive through exit is one way meaning that you have to drive all the way around a large block to get back.

It really is a crowd of young people tht have no manners.I was trying to order and the cashier just handed me a piece of paper and a pen..... I have been here plenty of times with the same thing going on.

Just visited here at 11:23pm on a Monday night, place states they’re supposed to be open until midnight. Man was inside but sat in drive thru for at least 5 minutes and no response. Very disappointing.

The lady was very rude to us and gave us our food not wrapped and messy we threw it away

Ordered a cheese quesadilla and it maybe had a sprinkle of cheese ONLY on it. No sauce and barely any cheese at all. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and every time they’ve messed something up.

This Taco Bell misses the mark all too often. The order was not accurate. The "beef" was Messy and watery for having so little. No napkins. No sauces. They need to take more pride in their work

Shittiest Taco Bell I have ever been to in the United States. None of the tables was clean. This outlet serves KFC menu as well. I don't trust the hygiene of this place. Please avoid this place

Poor quality and never get the order right the first time. Had to go back and get the right order. Needs to keep doors open for those who don't have cars and can't go through the drive thru.

Every time I went there, my order was wrong and the food was very old, they even serve stale taco shells. I couldn't even eat, I had to throw the food away, I wasted my hard earned money.

They close at ten....but, don't bother...after 8:45 all you're getting is some tired, old KFC chicken...they won't make you anything that requires preparation. No Taco Bell items at all.

Jokes on you! I hate hot food!! Waiting for it to cool down sucks!

Horrible customer service with really bad attitude from the manager for simple requests like a couple more fire sauce packets. They also got my order wrong and didn’t fix it.

Absolutely terrible . Never open inside . It’s ridiculous. Drive thru is super slow and food is wrong or cold half the time. Do NOT go here. Take your business else where

Your lobby is closed and COVID been over with for years. Get it together that is just flat out lazy to keep your lobby closed off and only the drive through open.

Something was seriously wrong with the tortilla chips in the Nachos Bell Grande. We didn't eat it. Customer service was great from the smiling boy at the counter!

Closing an hour before closing time regularly. Food is never cut right or prepared correctly. I tried to give them multiple chances, but this place is the worst.

I visit this Taco Bell/KFC 2 or 3 times a week. They are always fast and friendly. They do their best to provide accurate service and the store is always clean.

I prefer this location over the Indiana Ave location. The orders are faster and more accurate. Plus, the drive-up staff is friendlier and there are KFC options.
