I have been looking for authentic Mexican since I moved back from the USA (I lived there for 12 years). The food at Taco Bill is very authentic - the salsa was amazing, I can not really comment on my fajita because I was so hungry when it arrived I just ate and did not taste. And that is why I am giving it a 2 star. My main took 55 minutes to arrive - way to long. Yes they were very busy but there are ways to solve this problem. 1 - More Staff. You know how busy you are going to be because almost all your customers book. Your staff were run off their feet with the food and the drink orders. 2 - Stop delivery during busy times. If your kitchen can not handle the food orders from the people in your restaurant then they can not handle delivery. I saw driver after driver taking food orders while I waited for mine. 3 - Smaller Groups. If your kitchen is busy with the main orders for one table every other customer has to wait for their entrees. 4 - Warning. When you know your staff are slammed and someone walks in to eat in, warn them it is an hour wait. Let your customer decide if they want to waste an hour scrolling through their phone while waiting to eat.

We order fajita beef and one prawns After 15 minutes he bring the one with beef and I wait another 15 minutes the prawns not coming yet my friend finish meal and I’m still waiting and when I ask about my meal he said we order one he said sorry and said we will do it now I wait another 10 minutes then come and said 5 minutes will be ready I said don’t worry about it I do t want any more and I went to pay he want to charge me for all I said No he said what I’m going to do with it I said not my business I said you write the order on your note book he look and he find the two order he said miscommunication then he said take for free I said no thank you then he said he will throw it i felt sorry for him to throw the food I said happy to pay half price and eat in after 5 minutes he bring the meal it’s actually half meal 8 small pieces of prawns 3 pieces of capsicum and two pieces of green wasn’t at all good services and by the way he forget the rice for the other meal and he said he will bring but again he didn’t was very good service before and now I don’t know what wrong I’m end up with pay and happy with meal and service never step again

The last thing a customer wants is being lied to. We requested to move from our right-next-to-the-door table to the one recently vacated by another customer (mind you we have two kids and that seat wasn’t ideal to start with) but were first told it was okay and then after speaking to the ‘manager’, we were told it was reserved for their ‘regular customers’. When the so called regular customers came, I asked if they had made reservations, THEY HAD NOT! According to the wait staff Alisha, Mark, the manager went to the restaurant next door so I didn’t get the honour of discussing this with Mark. So future customers, when you book, make sure to request for seats way inside, otherwise you’ll be managing the door throughout your dinner. My family won’t be booking to eat there in future to our disappointing evening. Alisha, next time get your facts right.

The quality of this place has significantly declined! Back when Mark owned this business, everything ran smoothly. The food was excellent, the staff were competent, and Mark's dedication to his business was evident. I decided to give this place a try since it's under new ownership, but I was utterly shocked and disgusted. Throughout the evening, every table was complaining, and no one was satisfied or impressed with the service or the food. It's not the staff's fault; they seemed inexperienced. Where was the manager on duty? I won't be coming back here, and regrettably, I'll be informing my family and friends about this terrible experience as well.

So disappointed. A “function” upstairs meant the almost empty restaurant had an hour wait for food. But no one warned us until we were already half an hour in with no food. If you have a booking get more staff and be prepared or close the walk in restaurant. Three separate take away bookings were also trying to cancel but it was too late. Then it’s sloppily thrown together. The enchilada is literally 4 small cubes of meat in a sea of melted cheese. We were aiming for a nostalgic trip. Instead we were cold, hungry and confused. It’s not the waitresses fault, poor things. But not cool.

Thoroughly enjoyed our Fiesta. We weren’t expecting the portions to be so generous. Our only suggestion to guarantee cleaned up plates would be to shrink the size of the servings. One large nacho supremos would have sufficed followed by one plate with Stuffed Jalapeño and Popcorn Prawns to share, and then one Fajita has main. Finishing up with Mexi Pudding. Definitely going back again.

Always good for a giant fishbowl cocktail and silly hat to fight over with friends! Food can at times take some time and it I believe slightly overpriced for the quality of Mexican cuisine. People dine here because of the name and proximity yo public transport to local after dark hot spots. Good for moderately sized groups as large groups run the risk of not being seated comfortably or all at one table. Large bookings also require a deposit to be put down which I don't believe is necessary, especially if there is issues with the booking as you run the risk of not being fully reimbursed your deposit

Had dinner last and it was not fit for human , farjtis just had no taste the chicken looked like it was boiled ,it had no cap on the dish,the chicken taco was just like have soup, waited one and half hours for this s—-,and those poor girls run of there feet and two staff in the kitchen, if you order menu log your order was in &out quick,the poeple behind with a young family were waiting more than hour for there entrees, and most of all we where sick as dogs all nite, will never go back

First and last time I go there, my boyfriend and I waited an hour for our food to arrive when the family who came after us got their food before us and had left and then our food came. I had to ask several times where our food was, I'm guessing they forgot about our food. When we went to go pay there was no apology or customer service, I asked her why it took 1 hour for 4 tacos and an enchilada the waitress simply replied with "I don't know it was busy" when it was us and a family of 4 only in the restaurant. Food was bland too. Very disappointed won't be coming again.

The quality of the food is fantastic and I was a regular up until tonight. My last two take-away orders were both missing multiple items. Last week I ignored it but this week I called the restaurant to mention that all three sides (guacamole, sour cream, salsa) were missing from my nachos order that I had paid for. The service staff checked with the chef, but instead of offering an apology, tried to insist that he had packed it, which he definitely had not. I will no longer be recommending this place due to the dishonesty of the chef, and I won't be returning.

Waited half an hour for one of the meals. Waitress said she would check. 30 more mins I ask second waitress she tells me there's no chicken left. Should have been told that already. Table next to us had a bug in their drink. Burrito was microwaved and pita bread was hard from microwave. This place was recommended by a friend so I was really disappointed with the evening. Went to taco bill Keilor last week and it was fantastic.

Ordered a Enchilada Grande with pulled beef. Normally the beef has been pulled apart into smaller pieces together with finely chopped onion etc.. Unfortunately this time the meat was Golfball size chunks and onion into quarter bits. I couldn't eat it. A mouth full of meat with each bite ruined the normally delicious meal and hope this is not the new norm. Maybe a new chef wanting to his own spin on a long standing recipe.

We had a family birthday celebration in the upstairs private room. From the moment of the first enquiry staff couldn’t have been more helpful and accomodating. Food was great, portion sizes generous and marguaritas very good! They put on extra staff to make sure we were looked after without compromising the experience for the usual Saturday diners. Highly recommend!

This place was good, but something has gone horribly wrong with service and standards. Waited 90 mins for my fajitas to be given to the wrong table, which i found by overhearing, with no apology. All the food and drinks were served slowly with zero interest. I've been going to Taco Bills for over 30 years and this was the worst experience so far. Clearly service is an issue post covid, but franchise owners, please check on your staff and standards here.

Love Mexican food, but I have to say this experience was a bit of a let down. We occasionally come to Mexican, but this place was definitely not my favourite. The portion sizes are very decent, but kind of tasteless. Spoken to the owner, and the staff are very friendly. Overall not a bad place, just the food let it down a bit. Everyone is complaining about the service, but we were served immediately despite the full restaurant.

Always drove past there but never stopped, one night stopped in for dinner with family. What a great experience! Food and drinks were amazing, staff were friendly and prompt, a awesome night all round. I am also a gluten intolerant and found no issue eating here! The staff were excellent in assisting me with my allergies. I suggest this restaurant to ANYONE! 5 star guys!!!

The Manager , she was fantastic and the staff were too. I have never been to a restaurant where the service was amazing and there were alot of us.Thank you to all the staff who helped make my sister inlaws birthday one she'll remember on Saturday 18th of December. Food was awesome and omg those fish bowls are amazing. Thank you all for the amazing service you gave us.

The food was served cold and returned and set ed again cold ,serving sizes have changed hardly any meat in the fajitas we normally go to another taco bills and the quality there is outstanding .. waitress were apologetic and friendly

Walked in last night to place an order.. waited 5 mins with absolutely no acknowledgement.. I knocked on tables and so forth to try an draw attention but alas to no avail. When the words of the music playing was rap about some chick sitting on some guys private parts to put it nicely...I just decided to walk out. No go again!!

I went to Taco bill with my boyfriend Saturday night for our anniversary dinner and had the best time. The food was great, we scored half price margaritas until 7:30 & the service was excellent. I want to give a shout out to Noel because his hospitality is awesome and you can see he really cares if you have a good experience

The staff were so friendly despite the fact that it was a very busy night & they were doing their best to keep up. The food was great as always & the coconut margarita was delicious

They don't care about the online food whether it takes 15 min or 20 mins. They get paid according to hr but delivery person gets paid according to the number of deliveries they make. They just waste delivery person's time. They just care about their customers. Wanted to give less than a star, but no option

Used to order from here alot and it was fantastic, last 2 times it was extremely disappointing, fish tacos where soggy, bland and fell apart when touched, charged $5 for meat on the "nachos" and there was a tiny bit buried at the bottom, used to love this place, but I won't be eating there again.

Used to be good. Arrived after making a booking to hear they didn't have our booking. We sat outside and waited 20minutes for them to bring menus (after being told they would), ended up leaving. Theres not enough staff working to cover the amount of customers - manager needs to put more staff on.

Waited 45m to have a waiter ask to take our order and we were the only group in the restaurant. when we asked to have our order taken we were told someone will take it soon. While waiting another group showed up and their order was taken before our table and their food came out well before ours.

We love, love, love this restaurant. If you like good Mexican inspired food, like we do- then go and treat yourself.

Went by there today and place was closed. Please update your operating hours and I will change my rating. Update: I tried once again on 23rd Sep and called after 5 but no answer. Visiting here for a couple months and sure would like some Mexican Food.

Went here for my sons birthday. All the food looked and tasted like it was cooked in advance and reheated when ordered. The fries even tasted like cardboard. It use to be very nice, I wont be going back.

As far as taco bill restaurants go this one was exceptional. The owner was amazing with letting us sample different types of chilli sauces and even the sangria was up to scratch with nice brandy undertones.

This restaurant is always busy. I decided to try and was overall happy with my 1st Mexican food experience. The service was excellent, prompt food and delicious Nachos. There cheese is the best.

Great service and food. Everything was fresh, hot and super yummy. Lucky we booked otherwise we wouldn't have got a seat. Highly recomend
