Where do I start, we arrived on a Saturday night at approximately 6pm, there were 12 of us, 5 adults 7 children, we ordered a round of drinks, after 6 of the children received their drinks 1 of them had to wait until all the other kids had finished and we had to go and ask where it was, they finally came to take our meal order, every meal came out separately, half of them came out while the rest of the table waited, we had to go up again to find out what was going on, we finally got the last meal at 8pm, during the coarse of the evening they served food in chipped bowls, not to mention dirty greasy side plates that were supposed to be clean, I asked for water and after waiting 20 min I went to the bar and asked again, I waited and took it back to the table myself, we cleared our own glasses from the table because they had not cleared one thing from our table and it was getting pretty crowded, the food itself was very bland compared to most taco bills I've had else where, and finally the bathrooms were filthy, I'm not even sure when the basin was cleaned last, and a big pile of liquid on the floor just waiting for some one to slip on, very disappointing 13th birthday celebration for my nephew.

Utterly disappointed. A night out with the girls ended with tears. A fishbowl that tasted like literal fish, that was meant to be a glamorous blue curaçao and lemon paradise. As for the food, the burrito bowl had too much bowl and not enough burrito. If you have no tastebuds I couldn’t recommend the place enough, the whole bowl was cold and had no taste whatsoever. Even the corn tasted like soggy bread, NO CAP. The enchilada; oh my goodness. The plate was as hot as Margot Robbie and Chris Hemsworth COMBINED. Obviously shoved in the oven with little to no care, presentation was nice! Loved the soggy rice with a sloppy piece of tomato on the top, as well as the guacamole disaster splattered on the enchilada itself; which was as hard as cardboard and tasted like it! $100 for one large drink and 3 meals, enough said. Thank you Taco Bill for a night of diarrhoea, particularly loved the ice cold chicken.

Visited again after a month or so to see how the service has been progressing. Noticed a few more families there tonight enjoying themselves. Our waitress was a bit more engaging and friendly. I specifically asked for a margarita with salt just to be sure I got served a proper one. Tried the Carne con chillie Colorado dish. It was alright but I think the burritos or fajitas would have been a better choice. I do appreciate the chips and salsa, which are served up before you order, that is very authentic to what Mexican restaurants do. I'm just a little sad that there are still no signs of the traditional Mexican rice drink (Horchata). I can hope that it might be added to the menu some time soon. Horchata, with it's sweet - cinnamon and sugar flavour is am amazing, refreshing beverage that would be a big hit. Oh well. ¡Qué Lastima!

We attended last night as a group for a birthday, I was apprehensive as I dont like spicy food. Well!!!! I ordered mild ans seems the spices were the least of my worries. I had a seafood burrito that all i could taste was flour that obviously hadnt been cooked out when making the so called cream sauce. Service was extremely poor and 1 meal had been forgotten. When pointed out we were then informed they had run out of seafood so the member of our group opted for a chicken burrito, this took quite some time to come out and when it did he tried but couldnt eat it. He said it was chewy/ tough and just tasted wrong. Within 30 mins of us getting home he was violently ill, vomiting non stop for a great length of time and many other times during the night. FOOD POISIONING!!!!

Such poor quality of food. Hardly any flavor in anything more than that it was so obvious that it was mostly microwaved. Cheese on take away nachos & chilli fries just congealed everything into a stuck mess in the take away box. If it was grilled or melted and put ontop professionally that doesn't happen. IF YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL CHEFS YOU SHOULD KNOW YOU DONT USE A MICROWAVE TO MAKE SURE FOOD IS "HOT"! YOU COOK TO ORDER & STRAIGHT INTO TAKE AWAY BOX AND ITS HOT, JUST THE SAME AS THE BEST RESTAURANTS IN SUNBURY DOING ONLY TAKE AWAY. DONT MAKE EXCSES FOR LAZINESS. I know it's take away time with covid but that shouldn't take away from fresh cooked service not forzen & microwaved. You must do better & life the quality big time.

This is a regular spot for our group of Mum's to have dinner and a drink. Having been again this week, I was super impressed with Zoe, who looked after us very well. She is so friendly and genuine, and will help with any questions you have about the menu or the drinks. I loved my pineapple slushie that she informed me was blended pineapple, not just a syrup. That was my fruit food group ticked off for the day! Lol.

This is really bad food. In fact one dish we had was over-cooked and the meat was dried up and hard, I mean rock-hard. Itt was disgusting. A couple of the other dishes were ok, but generally it was pretty awful. I can't remember the last time we had a meal this bad. The staff were very sweet and helpful. I would avoid this place - there are plenty of better options nearby. We will definitely never return.

Fish bowl was totally amazing, perfect size if you want to share or even just on your own. Food is excellent, authentic Mexican food. Nachos are delish or if your looking for a little spice try the Jalapeño poppers. Tacos & enchiladas are delicious as always. 5/5 stars for me. Thank you for the delish food and drinks :)

What a time we eat here at least on e a fortnight the menu is diverse and the salsa is so fresh, always great service and the waitstaff are so polite and happy 10/10 recommend take away and delivery too the seperate all the different components of the nachos so they don’t go soggy in transit

Sheesh. Where to start. From the moment I stepped foot into this place I was home. Felt like I was back in Cancun slammin’ frosty cold Coronas and flaming hot habaneros. Man. What an experience. Unfortunately not a good experience. A beef taco became a chicken taco. Fries turned into Frijoles! Meals came a few minutes apart so there was that awkward waiting Scenario. The restaurant was cold. On the plus side the girl waiting tables was nice, and the food was edible if not very Mexican. Bottom line, save your dollars.

Food was great.. Service was prompt... Drinks were good... Just get the theme up to scratch and you're on the home straight....expected some red and white chequered table cloths at minimum and maybe a ukelele on the wall to go along with the sombreros and some tobasco on the table but all in all it was good. cheers

don't get me wrong the food taste good, but the dishes have CLEARLY been preprepared then microwaved, that is why the plates come out so "hot". like if i wanted a microwaved meal i would've just hit up the coles frozen food isles, not the type of culinary experience one would expect when dining out though =(

Sat outside, They were short staffed and it affected the speed of getting our drinks and food as it would, we had a beautiful server Zoe, she was enthusiastic and held the pressure well. Food was good and margaritas were nice.

Staff I would rate five stars, but the food and drinks...no love. First, (17) complimentary very stale, hard to chew corn chips w/ tablespoon of salsa. 2nd, $12 margaritas served in a 10oz ice cream dish, the positive, 10oz straight alcohol which helped palette the “old El Paso” main dish. This is the worst Taco Bills I have been to. The food was definitely not up to the Russell street restaurant. Tacos with very little filling, dreadful service and the deserts where a joke , save your money and eat elsewhere

Normally we our enjoy experience at Taco Bill, but tonight was a bit disappointing. Puncho villa and Death by Chocolate were alot smaller than they used to be. Death by Chocolate had hardly any brownie and didnt taste the way it normally does. Also, the waitress obviously did not want to be there.

A little “Mexico” in the heart of Sunbury, by far the best spicy margarita around Melbourne. Popcorn Prawns and Jalapeño poppers are my pick as entrees, followed by Beef Enchilada with Modelo especial beer is the go to. Friendly service and great ambient…. 5 stars for me… My fav place in Sunbury

GyG is better but this is all we have - for now. Service is ok, and food suffices bc GyG won’t deliver and is too far to get it and come back with everyone’s order

Look I’m not gonna say that this is the best Mexican food I’ve ever had but also it is definitely the best Mexican food I have ever had. The food is amazing, the staff are amazing and the fishbowls are to die for. Side note, Zoe the waitstaff is incredible.

Quality and standard is going down day by day, family owned business !! They used to serve nachos for free, kids love them. Now where has that gone?? charges for drinks were different than the menu. Wouldn't recommend to patronize this restaurant anymore.

Sat at the table for over an hour and a half for our meals. Other tables that arrived after us got their meals before us. Table wasnt cleared of any glasses or empty water bottles or corn chip bowls. Disgusting lack of service. Will NOT be coming back.

Have always enjoyed Taco Bill's, but their food portions have shrunk with the prices up. Like a lot of things these days. Love the taquitos, you used to get 3 with a dipping sauce, now it's 2 with a drizzle of salsa. …

The desserts here are to die for! Highly recommend the death by chocolate. The staff are so accomodating- especially Zoe and her sense of humour.

Great Mexican food. The staff very young put polite. Lemon Margarita tasted weak and had a little lemon lime bitters flavor that I didn't like, otherwise give a 5star. x6 people only $150, very reasonable.
