Something has changed there recently because the last two times my family has ordered pizza from here it has been so far below par. The first time we were waiting in store and the manager was having a loud and expletive filled altercation with an uber eats driver in front of a store full of customers. The second time we had it delivered and both family pizzas were stone cold when they got to us, the garlic bread was crushed flat and the pizzas looked like they had been a part of an earthquake with toppings everywhere. Then when eating the pizza the toppings did not taste good, like they had dropped the quality of toppings they were using.

We have ordered from here on many occasions. Faves include the supreme and yiros pizza and the schnitzels. The schnitzels are huge, the chicken parmi is moist and tender but still has a decent crunch to the crumb. Have had the veal schnitzel with gravy which is also very nice. Two people in our family actually share one serving and they find it's more than enough. Only thing I'd suggest is having a couple of more sauces on your menu like Diane, Pepper or Mushroom. But your normal gravy is very yummy!!

First time we came here was 3 years ago and we thought we had found our new pizza place . Unfortunately the quality has gotten worse each time. I normally have a margarita but tonight's version didn't even come close . Plus my husbands pizza was not what he ordered. On top of this , the prices have increased but they have so far failed to update their list and when my husband queried the costs , he was met with attitude. We won't be back again !!

Got there early before opening time but the door was open strolled in and the man said we are not open but will still take your order. Pizzas were with in time as promised. Pizzas tasted outstanding as did the garlic bread. Great quality food highly recommended. Beats the other pizza delivery place in town hands down.

This is my favourite pizza place, one stop shop with options of pasta or chips with your pizza for those who have children in the family that have to be different and not want pizza that night. Always fully staffed and carry your order to the car if needed.

I've to say, the pizzas tasted great. But for the price of gourmet pizzas I expected more; toppings were sparse. Delivery time was higher than expected. While it arrived during the end of the quoted time - the expected time frame before ordering was 30 - 45 min but after I placed my Menulog order that increased to 70 - 90 min.

The pizzas were very 2nd hand when they arrived, and the han used had a off taste to it. The toppings overall were quite light on too. I call to complain but didn't answer. I won't be back unfortunately

Absolutely rubbish customer service, if your address is slightly hard to find they just take it back to the shop and wait for you to call them, instead of when they are near and calling you to find out where you live. Delicious pizza when its in time and actually hot.

Great Pizzas always delicious and exactly what we want stand out favourites Inferno and Dave’s special fresh thin and crispy and the staff are always happy!!

Pizza was not too bad, but toppings and base are quite similar to dominos. The guy who served me was fairly rude, and then muttered something about me not waiting for my receipt to the other staff when I collected my pizza.

Great food and good quality, turnaround time is pretty accurate so if they say ready in 30 it’s pretty well spot on 30. Would recommend

We travel from Parafield Gardens for these pizzas, 21/3 Saturday night we had the best pizza ever from there, tasty, crisp fluffy base and just an absolute delight to eat. Well done guys, see you soon …

This is our go to place for Pizza.... AWESOME Pizzas... would definitely recommend.. generous toppings and definitely not oily... LOVE LOVE LOVE... the rest of the menu items are equally great...

Originally told delivery order would be 1hour, 2 hours later still no pizza delivered! We rang 1.5hrs in, to be told it would be there soon. Another .5 hrs, still waiting!

Really good pizza and the garlic bread had heaps of flavour. We also didn't need to wait long for are food to be ready. Also friendly staff. I will be going back.

Found a hair on my food. Completely lost my appetite. No one is wearing hair nets or gloves inside while making food. Gross! Safety hazard.

Very disappointed, 1/2 of the pizza was burnt with very minimal toppings with next to no sauce. Won't buy from there again.
