The company reached out after the move to see how was everything and ask about the details of my experience. It shows that they really care about their customers. I did one bedroom move. Alex and Yakov wrapped all the furnitures well and everything was moved carefully. It was a hot sunny day and they did a great job. One thing however that I thought could be better was the final bill.. I disclosed the elevator booking time and sent photos of most things to be moved. The time was booked much earlier than elevator time to prep. On the moving day, there was no call prior to the arrival and a lot of time (35~40 minutes) were wasted with movers and concierge talking about where to park, which I have no control over.. The loading time also took awhile imo considering I had all the boxes packed and ready and only disassembling done was sofa legs; it took a long time from elevator to truck. The hourly rate seemed higher than some competition, and charging full rate on all these time ended up costing much higher than expected. The work itself were done well and I appreciate the hard work.

These guys brought amazing value. Excellent communication, really quick, hard workers. Very polite, respectful, worked fast, careful, easy going guys. They made moving so much easier!!! We had lots of last minute little things, they were kind and told us to “just point” and they took care of it. Made moving feel ten times easier. Wrapped up things carefully, moved quickly despite my neighbours chatting in a doorway! Really perfect service. Polite, fast, well done job. Quoted us accurately, easy to plan with, the two guys we had were named Abdullah, and Gudrat. They were careful around our many pets, when I asked for an item to be handled with care, it was taken seriously, they kept it in perfect condition, and handed it to me at the new place. Respectful, hard workers. Frequently handled items that I thought would need more than one guy, took corners I thought we would have to dismantle furniture for. Amazing work, couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend!!!

The best experiences I’ve had with the moving. George was really nice and made sure everything goes as planned and as he said they are trying to make the moving less stressful for you. Their rate is suitable and they charge only for hours not the equipment or boxes. You can ask whatever you need for the moving They came on time, double checked before the arrival and they started to on time. They were fast and reliable, and they were really cautious with the movements. Also, they rapped anything that we didn’t have time with blankets and made a cover for the mattress. The truck was a good size and they didn’t have to smoosh things together. The load of was easy too, and they put everything as we directed to each room. Overall, I was so happy with the moving and I didn’t have to lift a finger with during that time. Also, the price estimate was accurate and they didn’t charge extra. Absolutely recommended

Had a great experience moving with Abdullah and Vladimir. Even though we were moving on the Canada Day long weekend they were very prompt with arrival. Abdullah communicated very well and they got to work very quick. After a precise pickup they both unloaded very quickly whilst still taking care of all our belongings. We were very impressed by their professionalism and satisfied with the move. We had a great experience with takeoff moving from start to finish. Thank you so much to our movers Alex, Abdullah and Marin they worked tirelessly and did an amazing job. They took great care of our items and house, and asked questions when they needed clarification. They arrived early for the job and worked efficiently and carefully. We especially appreciated when they put down runners/mats so pretty much every inch of our new house was covered to avoid any marks or dirt. I recommend Takeoff Moving Company to anyone who's moving. These guys are the best. 3 men and all 3 know exactly what they're doing. I have no complaints at all. They're very professional respectful, punctual and don't slack at all. They were so good we gave them a $100 tip. I mean if we had more we would've gave them more. Marin and Morris were by far the most professional movers I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing in my life. We were so stressed about moving prior to scheduling the move but as soon as these two gentlemen showed up our anxieties were immediately alleviated!!!
