Tambo Peru Tours – Andrés León Pastor My husband and I invited our sons to a trip to go to Peru- Cusco and Iquitos. We contacted Andres Leon who is the owner of Peru Tambo. From the beginning, it was a trusting experience that I had to work with Andres and his agency. Three weeks before they arrived to Peru, he asked me to send the money to make the reservation to Machu Picchu through Western Union. I hesitated sending the money at first but I did and don’t regret it. Andres and his team kept active communication 24/7 through messenger and WhatsApp. They worked diligently to offer the best services from the time my sons arrived through the end. They arrived early at the airport and he arranged quickly for somebody to pick them up so they wouldn’t have to wait. Another experience of his services was that one of my sons got sick and Andres contacted his agency’s doctor to see him and brought him medicine personally that he needed to the hotel. I am so grateful for Andres’ communication and contact for all the services that Tambo Peru agency offered. I am definitely recommending his agency and I will contact him for future tours.

We used their tour service for Cusco/Machu Picchu. Everything was extremely well organized and we felt taken care of during the whole trip. Our contact Luz was always available whenever we had questions and gave us a summary of the day to come every morning. Would highly recommend the agency to anyone looking for a well structured tour package with service and safety in mind.
