It was a worst experience. I had purchased my engagement ring in August 2022, it was a simple platinum band with a single diamond. While purchase, they made it clear that the diamond won’t come off as it was factory fit. But now its not even a year and the diamond fall off. I went at the store with the concern and they gave me lamest reason by saying “ IT WAS NOT FACTORY DEFAULT AND I HAVE TO PAY 4500/- for a single diamond” firstly, I did not understand how can they know if it was a factory default and even if they have a way to know how is that my fault??? I guess they meant diamond was fitted correct by factory… to the point… BUT I just carved the diamond out of my ENGAGEMENT RING. Duh….how bad is that….Infact, the only mistake I made was I TRUSTED THE BRAND. Even imitated jewelleries quality is better. I am really disappointed….I understand such things happen…but atleast they could have understood a customers concern and must have taken a middle way out. Infact, as i lost the trust in brand… I did ask, if diamonds price was mentioned in my bill to know if they are charging me correct…but they said its not mentioned so how can I pay the amount they are asking for?
