Went for large gathering with family, 10 of us. 4 were children. Not much table service, need to go up to counter otherwise you won't get much service. Ordered variety of dishes for table. The portions of the dishes such as kebab platters and Shwarma was relatively small compared to other arabic restaurants in Winnipeg. Our bill was already large and they charged us an automatic 18% gratuity fee as our group was over 8 people. This wasn't made clear even though they said it was clearly stated on there menu, which was virtual as they don't offer physical menus. Our bill went from close to 300 to 450 after this charge, which was far beyond the service we had for our large group. Very disappointing to pay this much for the Quantity of food, and walking away not entirely full.

Service at this place is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life, I have never been at place where they make you feel like ur server is your boss you take it or leave it. They don’t care I have been there 2 time first time I thought the server was just having a bad day, but second time it was crazy we had to wait over 45 min for the food to be ready. And the food was garbage. Shame on them. I’ll never ever go back to that place I wish I can give them 0 star

I have visited this restaurant on numerous occasions, and the food is delicious and fresh. Service has been quick and friendly and I find great value for money, particularly as a student. The cafe is a great place to study and have a snack or meal.

Super oily Falafel, dry meat in shawarma, samosas are spring rolls filled with potatoes, no humus dip for Falafel and on the higher side of price for such food. Definitely skip this if you have another option nearby like - best Donair.

I have been here once and never going there again. Service and quality of food is not worth the price. Try Ashur by Pembina and Grant.
