I made my nails two weeks ago , it was good the girl was nice and everything, yesterday i wanted to remove my acrylic nails and i called to book the same girl to remove it , they told me okay , she will be available , when i arrived i didnt find the same girl , and i asked the receptionist does she a professional too , she said yes , she removed my naills with a machine , she made my nails bleeding , i complained multiple times while she was removing them , she assured me thats how we remove acrylic , she made my real nails as thin paper and whenever anything touch my nails it hurts me , really a bad experience, i dont recommend this place to remove your nails

I went there a few times. Their staff isn't experienced enough. I did my hair with three different hairdressers and only one of them managed not to give me a headache while doing my hair. They pull your hair so hard and use so much heat. Last time I was so frustrated I asked for a certain hairstyle and got a totally different one, but i couldn't change it not only bec they already used so much heat but also bec i didnt trust them to fix it. They would do ur hair just good enough but i will always prefer mohamed alsagheer!
