Unacceptable, discourteous and rude customer service. Ordered a product which was “ready for pick-up.” I got off work, anticipating going home right away. I asked for assistance at the Service desk, they pretended to look for my order; the worst part was they’re blatantly disregarded my existence. Instead of directing me the customer to step to the side and wait while they locate my item, they had me standing there and instructed ALL THE OTHER CUSTOMERS, to bypass me to cut down their “wait time.” Very unacceptable, Rita had a very nasty demeanor, as well as the blonde with streaks who initially assisted me. Heidi was very nice, only pleasant one. Word of advice if you are dissatisfied with your life, change it. Don’t get upset because of poor REVIEWS, when customers are not being PROPERLY SERVICED. I also went to purchase a laptop; however there were no WORKERS in direct proximity to assist. The entire electronics area was empty. I asked someone working in the toy section for help; her response was “There should be someone over there.” I scoffed because of that were the case why bother asking for assistance? Whoever the upper management is, HIRE people who want to work, and do it genuinely. I was polite but it could have went another direction. Terrible experience. Oh the manager with purple hair was, “empathetic.” she apologized but I don’t think she cared, she just wanted to pacify me. Whatever your company lost $600 today, when I couldn’t get help with a lap top.

Every time I tried to go through a cashier instead of a self check out, it's because I have my baby with me and can't manage to scan the items and carry my baby at the same time. However, the cashier customer service is very rude, they always watch me struggle putting the bags in the cart, instead of helping me put the bags in the cart. Today I paid, and put two bags back inside the cart. I waited for more bags but the cashier never gave me anything else, or I should say, put the bags to the side for me to take.. I noticed he was already scanning the other person's items so I left. When I was putting my stuff in the car I noticed I was missing a few items. I went back, the cashier said the other customer probably took my stuff. Customer service told me to go back and find my stuff and show my receipt before leaving.I had to go back to the store and find my items. I told the guy in customer how inconvenient it was for me to go grab the items again while holding my baby. The guy in customer service never looked at me, or issue an apology, he just ignored me and kept looking at his cellphone and laughing at something. When I got home I noticed I was missing more items that I clearly paid for because they were in my receipt but they were never given to me. Worst customer service ever.

Had to make a payment at the customer service desk- terrible service. Standing in line for a minute while the Person working at the desk is on a iPad, doesn't realize there are people in line. Speaking very low, difficult to hear what the person is saying. Forgets to attach receipt to payment statement, until I mention it. No baskets at the entrance. Have to search for one myself. Carts in the entrance are a mess, all over the place. There's a spill of something on the floor close to the entrance. Half of the aisle in which I shopped for the items are scattered and unorganized. I download the cartwheel app, since there is advertisement on the store floor to use it. Self check out machine kept stalling for almost every item I scanned. When I get to the checkout turns out the cartwheel app that I based some of my shopping on to save, as advertised throughout the store, isn't working! Been shopping here for years, seems like every time I shop here the service and the overall quality of the store gets worse and worse.

Checkout line went quickly even though there was a lot of people. They had exactly what I was looking for in Target. The Target's Starbucks was a nightmare. I ordered a venti iced matcha latte and the barista was like will that be hot or iced? I'm at this point confused and thinking this person can't hear me and she's gonna give me a iced mocha latte. So reiterate. I'd like an iced matcha latte. The barista kept asking me would I like it hot or iced and I replied I'd like and venti iced matcha latte. I'm thinking this girl is having a really off day because she not hearing my order at all. Then another barista came over and she asked me what my order was and I said I'd like a venti iced matcha latte and she too asked me over and over if I'd like it hot or iced. At this point people started coming and they put my order in. I was able to tell them the rest of my order. I would not recommend your Starbucks.

The selection and prices are good- enough. However, I wish the staff were more helpful and it is best to come from and go to this location by car especially in extreme weather. Also opening more checkout lanes would be appreciated, lower waited times leading to less confrontation with who got in line first and so forth. They didn't always even have one employee at time in the customer service area, when they need at least two. When I needed help at this desk, I had to stand in a mostly short line for a long time because the employee (s) was not always there. My experience was that generally staff in all departments were ignorant to the location of items and did nor have the information regarding the RedCard. That was very frustrating and I'm still getting that issue straighten out. On a good note, the store was clean.

If I could give this place no stars I would. The disorganization the employees have here with the registers lines is ridiculous. I totally understand that the lines are going to be long because of what we are going thru now with Covid. However the managers there are so disorganized they cut lines and place other people in front saying something about “ I promised this customer a spot”just because they change the guy at the register. I was waiting patiently in line and then Diana comes and tell me to wait because this customer was here before you . Also Daniel the cashier does nothing, is super slow and is definitely afraid of her. He did not say a single thing he looked pretty over it. The employees there are definitely scared of the managers. I don’t think it’s fair they need to get it together.

It's been a while since I've been there, and they've moved things around, so I had to ask where stuff was. The prices here are crazy high. A pack of simple bendy hair barrettes was almost $7, I've seen some similar to these at the dollar store, and they work well. So guess where I bought them instead? Actually, the area there were they have the hair stuff is kinda planned out weird. It's hard to find things in the center area. I didn't mind the longer aisles they had before. It was easier to find things. At the Starbucks counter, they had one barista, then finally two for a line that was crazy long. They need to hire some more people at this Starbucks location ( at least for the weekend) because, let's face it, it's always busy. Maybe then those gross tables can get cleaned.

My experience this evening was very unpleasant. I asked Aaron from the electronics department if there was anyone in charge of the books area, since I couldn’t see anyone around to ask for help. He said “I guess that would be me!”, I then asked him if he could please help me finding a book. I noticed he was about to help out another customer, but instead of asking another coworker for help or being more considerate in his way of speaking to a customer... he said “well, we’re 7-minutes to closing and I’m about to ring up a customer”! I understand it was close to closing time, but for an employee who is working and part of his job is to offer customer service that goes to show you the type of an employee he is and the work etiquette he has, especially towards customers!

Only problem was they didn’t have what I was looking for and it had something to do with Social Media and folks being extremely manipulated. What else is new and shame on U Ms Manipulative for being such A PAIN IN THE U KNOW WHAT!! AGAIN JUST SAY NO TO THE SABOTAGE TEAM THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HELPING YOU. Hopefully when I GO up in there again they will have the Dyson Purification Cooling system machines. These Dyson machine (YES) are expensive but mine really has worked and we have owned our Dyson machine for years.

This Target is in a great location and I know it services a wide range of people in the community. The staff are always friendly and helpful and happy to assist customers. Unfortunately they are not always stocked with items that I need regularly, like a specific cat food that I buy for my cat. Also, I wish they would start selling petite size clothes!! I know that I cannot be the only woman in the area that needs shorter pants! It is a very diverse neighborhood with lots of immigrants that are not Tall! Target needs to do better to appeal to the community they are servicing with their products.

This location and the Pulaski location both have this KIDS juice months EXPIRED. I have let both stores know multiple times and each time I go the expired product hasn’t been pulled. The first time I bought 2 packs and was just about to open a bottle when I saw it was months expired. I had even purchased an orange juice carton and my boyfriend, 2 year old son, and myself drank the juice, by the time we were almost done with it I noticed the orange juice was expired almost 2 WEEKS! This is ridiculous I don’t know how many times I need to let them know and they don’t remove the expired kids juice!

Target ( McKinley Park)you really need to retrain your employees on customer service as well as doing their job .. I recently visited your store in electronics and asked the young man to assist me he made no attempt to get up and assist me he was to busy texting on his cellphone to assist me the customer.. I went to the service desk and ask for a manager they said it wasn’t one in the store but that’s fine because pictures are worth a 1,000 words what do you think about your employee being more involved with the phone than assisting the customer. My experience at this store has been okay. I did have a small altercation one day with another customer who was rude & a lil out of order. Security came & employees(who took her side)I had my kids with me that couldn’t believe how I was being handled vs the other woman. This store only wants good reviews & ignore anything else. Go to this store & see how many African American people work there. Walk through the store & see. But we live & shop here!!! They have 2 in the whole store that’s at the front entrance!!!

I am very satisfied with the customer service at Target's Chicago, McKinley Park location, as well as the selection and variety of items. I was mostly shopping for clothing and personal items, and was pleased with the prices/current promotions. I visited the store yesterday and forgot my hat in the fitting rooms. When I called this morning to inquire about my hat they had it at guest services. For this customer service and overall shopping experience, this location gets 5 stars! Thank you!

KALANI,, is the target employee I had the unfortunate encounter with at this Target. She was extremely unprofessional and dismissive at my time there. She was in charge of the front desk for pick upds and my experience was sad. I had a pick up order and she walked away from me 3 times after I confirmed that my order was not complete…leaving it to her coworkers to take care of my situation. Not to mention it was raining horribly and I had to go in the store more than twice.

This location has improved tremendously in their customer service. I forgot an item in my shopping cart which was left in the parking lot. When I got home I noticed the item was missing so I immediately called the store. They said, they had found the item and that I come pick it up any time. This type of customer service goes a long way and I will forever appreciate it. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to check and see if the item was returned, so thank you.

I was at the toy department trying to look for a toy my daughter really wants and I see a worker. I asked if she know if they have it and she just says no and then says if I can ask someone else because that wasn't her department. She was Hispanic, curly hair and skinny, very rude. People that work there are VERY nice. The inventory is ALWAYS LOW. Do not advise going on Sunday. Half the things sold out. I used to be a loyal Target customer because the used to care about their customers. Now do not even bother caller their headquarters NO ONE AT THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. A friend told me an employee asked her to leave the store after someone complained about her nursing her daughter using a cover. This is unacceptable and against the law. No nursing mother should be asked to leave your store for feeding her child. I am very disappointed in you Target. When she contacted corporate she didn’t even get an apology. What an embarrassment to your brand.

It's always so busy at this location. Go here with patience because a lot of families come here and then they don't pay attention to their little ones running around the store. It always seems stocked well and cashiers are friendly. The Starbucks line along with registers will be long too. I suggest using self checkout if you have 10 items or less.

The pickup experience was a little confusing & I had to talk with 3 different staff members, who each said that a different level of documentation was needed in order to leave with my products from my online purchase. Went to buy a printer yesterday and had the best experience thanks to William . He went to the back and got two printers that were out of stock in the front to show us and compare prices. He was super helpful and super nice . Probably one of the best costumer service expensive I’ve had in a long time .

Great parking in their spacious street-level garage. Decent selection, good prices overall especially on groceries, and their $10 off on a $50 purchase, combined with 2 $5 gift cards made this worthwhile. Lately I've found Targets cashier's and front-end Managers are friendly, helpful and efficient.

What a horrible experience, I went to this target because it was the only one near by with 7 copies of the game i wanted to get for my nephew. And once i got there the lady working electronics refused to check the back and just told me it sucks. After i waited 15 minutes for her to even talk to me.

They don't have bike racks outside But they said, I was able to take my back inside the store but not to ride it. We were able to leave it by the front customer service but they not responsible if stolen. Bike riders would REALLY APPRECIATE BIKE RACKS OUTSIDE of Target!

I cannot redeem my $5 gift card. The gift card is unscratched. The $5 gift card is when I bought some items before. I am so upset and I think the cashier didn't upload the value on my card. I got the feeling is I got cheated. I won't go to Target anymore. I am so disappointed

Good deals in baby items when you buy 2 or 3 boxes of diaper they give you a 25 dollars gift card to spend on anything during next visit. -1 star because manager refuse to check the price on the floor but on her phone and did not like that service otherwise great store

Target is a nice store and this is no exception. Everything is clean and nicely laid out. This is a mid-size store and is virtually identical to its other mid-size stores. There's more than enough parking but despite having plenty of room, there are no bike racks?!

Living close to Target is amazing. The check out lines move faster than its competitor. The staff we've had has been kind and patient with us. When an item is not on the shelf they will check the back for your item. I wish this was a super target for that reason.

Plenty of parking store orderly and clean. Very stylish selection on all clothing. Easy to find sizes not like walmart. Electronic dept staff exceptional. Grocery area needs some work i just buy milk and a few other item. The store does charge 7cent tax on bags.

Prices are great for what you get here. Helpful associates, decent quality items, all in one shopping experience, good sales and clearance deals at times. Large parking lot and plenty of check out lines with 4 self check out kiosks as well.
