"I love Target! This place would be a one stop shop for me and I would spend so much money there, except for one thing: aside from stuff that's been in the news about Whole Foods lately, never in my life have I ever been to a store that's so poorly stocked!!! Doesn't matter which Target in the country you go to, they're all the same- their stocking and inventory system is seriously flawed"
"I feel compelled to document this feedback regarding Target Employee, David O"
"The Millie Moon baby wipes we bought here gave me a chemical burn & I am horrified to think we were using these on our 6 month old baby"
"One of my favorite Target stores to go to"
"If I could give minus stars I would"
I love Target! This place would be a one stop shop for me and I would spend so much money there, except for one thing: aside from stuff that's been in the news about Whole Foods lately, never in my life have I ever been to a store that's so poorly stocked!!! Doesn't matter which Target in the country you go to, they're all the same- their stocking and inventory system is seriously flawed. I can't tell you how disappointing it is coming here with a list, and then seeing empty shelves where this item that you planned a trip around buying, isn't there (and would have been there at any other store). It sucks, but for this reason, I try to shop here as little as possible. Another annoying thing is the reserved parking for low emissions vehicles. If you're going to mark spots with these signs and not even enforce them (oh trust me, they're filled with almost exclusively large, gas guzzling vehicles), then why bother even marking spots for them. Very frustrating! Lastly, if you're not used to city life, this location might be a little uncomfortable for you. It's in a really nice neighborhood, but directly west of this Target is one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the country, and this Target is the local Target for people from that neighborhood, too. It doesn't bother me, and isn't as bad as some of my other local stores (not too many people being loud and disturbing), but it's its own way of life on the West Side, if you're not used to that.
I feel compelled to document this feedback regarding Target Employee, David O., who works at the 1101 W. Jackson Blvd Store in Chicago, IL, usually in the self-checkout location. Typically, I do not enjoy self-check out at any store. However, self check-out at this Target is always efficient and aesthetically pleasing, especially when David is there. The machines are always clean and everything is always well-organized. When David is working, I never have to wait more than a minute (at most) for help if the machine is stalled or unresponsive. Moreover, David provides a personal touch with his kind, compassionate personality. I have never seen him in a bad mood, upset, or outwardly overwhelmed, no matter how busy his section is or how many customers/coworkers may be in need of his attention. Thank you for nourishing and nurturing employees like David! It makes the decision to choose shopping at Target (1101 W. Jackson St. location) that much easier.
The Millie Moon baby wipes we bought here gave me a chemical burn & I am horrified to think we were using these on our 6 month old baby. When I contacted Target they didn’t take any responsibility(not even a refund for the toxic product) & told me to contact the manufacturer myself. If you look at the Millie Moon products on their website other parents have complained of safety issues regarding the Millie Moon diaper brand causing rashes. Will not be shopping at Target ever again.
One of my favorite Target stores to go to. My shopping experience was ruined. At the self checkout counter I bought a few items. I noticed on my receipt I was over charged $28 for items I didn't purchase. Glad I checked my receipt. I immediately went back into the store. Apparently employees knew that the self checkout out register was causing problems but still allowed customers to use it. I was late for work during the process of getting my refund. Thanks Target.
If I could give minus stars I would. I purchase through the app with a 2 day shipping and it's been 5 and I still don't have my item. The only thing target offers is a refund and what I want is the tv!!! That's why I did the order in the first place. I called customer service and they don't seem to be able to help me. It's embarrassing how easy they would take your money but they won't help you when the order hasn't arrive.
I Can Make Peace With The Fact That I Will ALWAYS Have A Good Shopping Experience At West Loop Target . The Customer Service Is Always On Point . I Always Find What I Need Without Having To Disturb The Employees That Are Trying To Finish Their Tasks ( Shout Out To You Guys ! Keep Up The Good Work !)Thanks To The Target App . It’s Such A Vibe .
I went through self checkout, I always wanted to come to check out this target. It has mostly everything that i was looking for and everyone was very friendly! The self checkout guy was so sweet and extremely helpful. I was able to do some price adjustments with no problem. Will definitely check this store again!
Jason has awesome customer service!!!!! It was so busy, but he did not ignore any customer (at self-checkout) and was super-nice and courteous to all and addressed each customer immediately. It wasn’t typical, so it was refreshing to hear and see. Thank you, Jason!!! It does make a difference.
It's usually great for shopping for everything. Typically well organized and stocked. Helpful staff. Beware of many people bringing their dogs in the store, despite the no pets policy. I love the drive up option and am glad they have kept it in place.
I don’t know what’s going on with their phone service but maybe it’s me but no one is picking up in any department. All I can say if you get a call from this store try to answer the first time since it’s hard to get ahold of someone.
Care to explain why you have visible surveillance cameras in the Black haircare section of your store and nowhere else? Target may preach diversity & inclusion but your racist actions speak louder. Do better.
THANKU 4 having the best attentive @ patient employee, MR. TERRELL.......HE HELPED ME GET EVERYTHING I NEEDED@WANTED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE STORE. GOD BLESS TARGET@ITS EMPLOYEES & EMPLOYERS.......
Poor customer service they need to open more cash registers. They’re always long lines and you have to wait forever too. Check yourself out at the self check out Good morning.
Pretty standard target. They have a big parking lot and the entry way is nice. You can take the escalators and natural light is nice. Other than that, it's like most targets.
Clean store, stocked well, and convenient parking. Sometimes lines can be long. Staff tries to accommodate but they could do a better job of opening lanes more quickly.
Cashiers are amazing, but there's not enough. Check-out lanes close as you approach them. Self check-out is hard and service is slow. Overall, they're understaffed.
Shout out to Eugene for helping me find the one item I needed. I was on my lunch break shopping for a last minute gift and short on time. Thank you!
There's a big variety of products at this store. Take your time looking. I'm sure you'll be satisfied!
Fantastic store. Always clean. Usually can find most items. Never have to check another Target.
Second time in the store to get vacancies store clean and quiet. GIT my two shot in and out
