Called the store multiple times for them to just pick up and hang up repeatedly, then my daughter whom just had a baby loaded the car seat took it to the store for them to say she can’t exchange for a credit etc mind you it was purchased on a “Target baby registry” maybe the staff here needs more training on customer service and return policies.I also called the Roosevelt location which to my surprise they actually answered the phone and stated she could in fact return with the bar code from the store’s registry, also I called corporate to make them aware how this location works with their customers it’s a shame no one at this location can properly answer a phone let alone deal with a return. Awful customer service I will only shop at the Roosevelt location from now on.

I went into target today, and some of the items that I had digital coupons for did not scan off correctly. I was able to get some help from the front desk, and Lyric seen where the digital coupons did not come off. She did say that for the past couple of days when the phone number is entered the digital coupons were not coming off correctly, but to scan the app in your phone when you check out instead. She took her time to explain that to me (and Lyric was able to show me how to scan it for the next time) and was able to correct the issue. Lyric was/is amazing and she has great customer service skills. She is a real people person and that is what makes Target the place to shop!! Keep hiring people like Lyric, and again.... Thank you for the great customer service!

So normally this store does great but today I went to the optical and felt less than welcomed. We did arrive about 3-4 minutes prior to closing. The TM made sure I knew that. But rather than taking care of us or being a little friendlier, it was very evident they did not want to help us. We have two prescriptions to fill but we will go elsewhere to do it. I think leadership at that Store needs to set a better customer service culture. I know when people walk into our stores we stay until the customers taken care of.

The last few times I’ve used this Target it’s been a bad experience. Tonight I picked up my order. Several things were missing. Person who brought items out to my vehicle let me know they were canceled even though it did not reflect in my order summary. Got home and one of the kitchen cleaning products had leaked in the bag and ruined several items. Tried calling the store 4 times and every time someone answered and hung up! Get it together Target Mandarin. Don’t forget we have options.

Since no manager was around to listen, I’ll post my concern here. This store is full of people lacking common sense. The masks that they are told to wear while at work are to be worn properly, not to be worn under your chin! That is not helping protect anyone! Makes no sense to even wear one. If this is your employee, they need proper instruction on how to wear PPE. This is one of the many I saw as I went to pick up my order today that wore the mask the same way.

Great store, perfect location for me and the employees are kind, friendly and thoughtful! It also has a Starbucks which is a win/win for me. I can always find what I need at this location, and it is one of the few 'brick and mortar' stores I actually still enjoy shopping at. They have an awesome selection of items offered here as well and I NEVER leave empty handed! Thanks Mandarin Target! Keep up the great work and you will have a shopper for life!!!

My wife bought a beats fit pro in this store as my bday gift when I was on deployment last month. I didn’t like these cause they are not comfortable as the air-pods from apple. I haven’t use it. It’s on the box with everything included. I tried today get a return and buy the apple ones and they didn’t let me return saying the policy for electronics is only 14 days. If you wanna buy any electronics.. Stay away. Totally unacceptable.

Apparently this is “the only target in Jacksonville that does not accept WIC.” The local WIC office says Target does accept WIC. I will take my shopping elsewhere. It’s not worth it to come here if I can’t buy something simple like milk. The manager even told the cashier to throw it away. So rather than giving it to me it went on the dumpster. So wasteful. Shame on you, Target. This is discriminatory.

very clean store!! they usually keep alot in stock. as well, they normally have some really new products just being introduced to the retail market! my only issue was when I tried make a Red card payment and the systems for Target don't support in store payments for debit. I'm a new user so I didn't know I couldn't pay it there after making a return. OTHER than that it was a great experience!

God dang it i hate this place! I had such a rude experience at this location. So one day I felt a little nauseous and I went in to buy some medicine and I threw up in the clothing section and they got mad at me and almost banned me. I just wanted to scream at that worker. This experience was back when it just opened I’m pretty sure they have a new manager though I hope there better now.

We have been on the hunt for a 3rd dog for our Christmas scene can't have 1 of our (alive) dogs feeling left and he went above and beyond to help us get the display since they had no more left! He handled unsecuring that dog in a 100% safe, fast and efficient way! Also score some sweet light up boxes. Thanks man!

The customer service is always good and I simply love the store and website. The customer service rep that handled my return for my most recent transaction, was amazing! Which is not common in this age of COVID, in my experience. She made it so easy, quick, and seamless, which was a very pleasant and appreciated surprise!

Target is one of my favorite stores hands down! There prices are usually not to expensive and tend to be affordable. Of course if you are getting an iPhone; it’s not like it’s gonna be $20, but sometimes they have deals on electronics. A lot of times they will have online only deals, so those are nice to checkout!

Went in for a pickup order. The person at the counter was helping a customer with a return and the return girl helped me real quick instead of ignoring me and continuing with the return line (only one other person that came right after I did) Thanks! In and out in under 10 minutes.

Target in Mandarin Jax FL is an amazing store with great customer service very clean and everything is easily accessible, I love the pickup and indoor options especially love that there is no minimum like other competitors in order to enjoy drive up or in store pick up

Target is no longer the store that you go to buy everything BUT grocery items unless you are willing to pay a bit extra for the convenience. Pharmacy & grocery options as well as pricing is slowly but surely becoming competitive with the Walmarts of the world

This store is very well stocked, organized, and clean. All staff members have been extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. One clerk went out of her way to help me with my Target Circle app and get additional discounts. Always a lovely experience here.
