Careful with your personal belongings… an employee might try to steal it. I misplaced/dropped my phone at Target and realized it within 3-5 minutes. I spent 3 hours looking for it at Target; I knew it was there and not stolen because my bluetooth Apple Watch continued to receive notifications. Team reviewed the security footage, but did not come back to update me.. I had to ask another employee to ask for an update after first lady didn’t come back to tell me what they saw. In fact, the lady who checked the cameras clocked out and went home.. instead of telling me what she saw after making me stand and wait for her. I return at 7:50am and start to play the sound (didn’t work the day before because the phone was off) and it was found. Apple email shows it was turned on at 6:56am.. so 100% an employee took it, they saw it on the footage, ignored me and told them to bring it back before they opened the next day.

I just had the best shopping experience at any Target or comparable store. I was looking for trouser socks for my wife and looked all over the store but couldn't find them. A young lady who worked there saw me looking and offered her assistance. She looked all over the store including calling other associates and asking them to check all over the store. After a while of searching I told her I would just check another store. I continued to shop for other items on my list and while I was on the other side of the store she searched the store to find me and bring me the socks I needed. She didn't stop searching even though I gave up. Gabby went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have ever experienced. I would love Target to recognize Gabby and let her know how much I appreciated her. Others should learn from Gabby. Thank you for making my day

I’m a regular at this target for all of my shopping. Lately, they have had AT&T sales representatives. Most reps take the rejection well, wish my good day and let me shop in peace. Today was a different story. A sales rep followed me into a aisle which was strange to me. I proceeded to be nice and tell him I don’t even pay the bills I’m not interested. He kept on going asked if I was a Dr… wth??? Anyways, i jokingly said “I don’t pay the bills, my wife has rich parents so I hit the jackpot!” ALL JOKES! The words were said sarcastically and he replied “well you’re going to have to learn things on your own one day and stop depending on your parents MY parents are rich too”….. YIKES!! LET ME SHOP IN PEACE AFTER A LONG DAY WEIRDO! Target needs to get them out of there ASAP!

This is THE worst Target ever. Management has always lacked at this particular location. The store is filthy, even when it has just opened in the morning. Clothes are a total mess, with many on the floor. Trash is everywhere. Watched a "sweeper" guy sweep up a few pieces of paper, but leave empty hangers, labels, price tags, and clothes on the floor. Three employees were complaining very loudly how they just did not want to work the full day. Another complained she was asked to do something and did not want to do it. I have never been greeted at this location. Employees are surly and unhelpful. After today, I will not return to this store. It is in serious need of a new manager and a retraining of ALL employees.

I was recommended to come to Target from the mall across the street b/c I was looking for a gift box & I found it. I thought it would work until I got it to my vehicle & discovered the gift wouldn't fit inside of it. I still like my purchase b/c I can use it for my next gift-giving. Come to check out & there's someone in front of me that has a lot of school supplies which is fine. I just felt like the cashier was just going entirely too slow yet I didn't seem to mind they were in good conversation(I guess). She was nice & talkative when I got ready to check out too.....lol. So all together, I had a good shopping experience.

Love Target Curbside! No charge for the service, no minimum purchase required, items are always ready super fast & never a long wait when I arrive for my items! Target is my FIRST choice when it comes to curbside. I recently found out a big grocery store in town upcharges any items you order from curbside. So even though they’re bragging that they no longer charge for curbside they still require a minimum AND they have increased in price any items you buy via Curbside. Target curbside is awesome in so many ways.

I came in on 9/9/22. To the balcones heights/Crossroads Target location in San Antonio, TX. There’s always the same lovely gentleman in the Pizza Hut stop shop working alone, and always has nice and fast service. There could be 10 people in line and he gets them the items in less then 10 minutes or has freshly prepared items waiting. I feel bad he’s always alone, and hope he gets help soon, but he makes the trip worth it each time! GIVE HIM A RAISE. I wish I could recall his name

Store is good, but the customer service is horrible!! I picked up an. Order 1 time and the girl literally chucked the bag my way and( in a rude tone) said "thx for choosing target" . I made a call to customer service right now, 4:50pm 11/05/21, Ito ask if they found them, but when someone picked the phone up they said nothing. I said 'hello" a few times and I could hear the girl chuckling. I said " I'D THIS HOW TARGET TRAINED YOU GUYS?!". THEN THEY LAUGHED I HUNG up!! .

This place is small but they always have what I need. Wide selection on infant and toddler clothes. Wide selection on maternity clothes. Great customer service every employee will greet you and ask if you need help finding anything. I just love going to this Target it's nice and clean and never over crowded. For my baby registry I made this my main Target and I love it. Just sad they never have any welcoming gift bags for baby registry. Will continue to shop here.

Several employees walking around having nasty coughs , clearly sick no masks. I was looking in the Christmas section at the wrapping paper, 7 months pregnant and an employee stood right next to me coughing , he had a nasty sick phlegm cough too. Telling another employee who kept cussing while they were gossiping that he hates being sick. They need to start wearing masks if they are going to come to work SICK, infecting high risk people.

Because with my last online purchase I ordered to pick it up inside instead of curbside like I wanted. They gave me no difficulties when I got there and realized it. I talked to guest services they gave no problems they came out and sent my items out to me curbside giving me no process to redue or a hard time. It was diapers I really needed for my child and I really did appreciate it.

This Target was very disorganized and the lines were backed up from the time I walked in to when I was leaving. They were funneling everyone to use self checkout and not opening regular lanes. I’m not against self checkout but when you don’t have enough to handle the traffic, open another lane to get people out quickly. Sadly you can checkout faster at Walmart now rather than Target.

I give this place 2 stars, because my mom and I went to Target at park north san antonio, it's like shopping at a ghost town, Target is losing customers because of lack of music, that place is dead quiet, there's nothing wrong with playing music as long as it's not loud, some customers like listening to music, they stay longer and shop more. SO BRING BACK THE MUSIC OR LOSE CUSTOMERS.

I don't think there's a target I've had a bad experience in. But this message goes out to women trying on underwear. Don't be nasty! I saw these cute pink panties and noticed some white sticky like residue. I left them there. But ofc took a pic bc yall wouldn't believe it otherwise. Idk what it is exactly but it's unmistakably in a specific area.

Came to this location next to Northstar mall. I'm so glad I did!! The young lady that helped me was very kind and patient handling my transaction like a professional she is. I will return here to find other things my family needs. I say give the girl a good raise. It was nice to see a happy employee on a rainy day.

Typical Target includes a grocery area, a snack bar and a Starbucks. Prices are in the higher side but you know that going in. The store needs some attention to detail, lately I've found it messy, trash left in the shelves and a lot of merchandise prices not properly tagged (and price stations not working).

I love stopping here because I can pick up a little bit of everything for work. I love the variety of coffees they carry and the produce is fresh. From lunch items to office items I am able to find everything I need and get a chance to stop by Starbucks and pick up an extra cup because you never know.

Using the Target app helps to make shopping easier. Before shopping, I used the app to price check items with Target competitors enabling me to create my list for things at Target that I could get at the lowest price. While in the store, I used my app to locate items from my list within the store.

They were out of stock on a specific cell phone I required but they price adjusted another more expensive unit they had in stock. Not just one but TWO of them. What a bunch of nice guys. I could not have left a store more happier than I am right now. BIG 'OLE SMILEY FACE. I am positively ecstatic.

Target Park North is my neighborhood Target! I love this location and have been shopping here for as long as I can remember. Service is great as always and I am an AVID user of the Target App and Drive Up curbside! Everyone who's helped me is great. I'd love to work for Target one day!

Although there are many needed items not available, I have seen employees being safe and cleaning. This makes me comfortable. I'm worried I may not be able to pay my Target payments, I've lost my job. But, I do believe we will be better soon.

Your average target. Everything was in it's place and there was lots of parking. The store was very clean and we'll lit. I stopped in for a few essentials and water. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

The sales people are ALL friendly and extremely professional, not like “the other place” (where I have to deal with, wall-to-wall unprofessional employees.) The overall atmosphere at Target is right on!!!

Don’t come to this location that often although when I do it’s always clean & organized. It’s also in a convenient location to restaurants & a movie theater so lots to do. Not to mention North Star mall.
