I would like to acknowledge and give a huge thank you to Paul Cerda for helping me Saturday 10/11/14. Last month I ordered a pair of prescription eye glasses online (which was a dumb idea since they were huge and didn't fit) I waited 14 days and never received a confirmation number or email of my purchase of $190.00. I called this last week and spoke with several people from the customer service department that online referrers you to call, I spoke with several employees whom ALL told me false information! Not only did they tell me there was no sign of my order anywhere, A manager Brian (didn't give me the last name) kept insisting me that I could return my item at the optimal store. I spent my lunch on Friday in (shertz) trying to do this, Sat morning for about 1 1/2 hrs not to mention all the time I spent on the phone trying to get a True Answer about what the hell was going on! So this last Thursday I went and ordered another pair of glasses on 281 and , But in the store. I spent $250.00, or my dad did anyway. When I got home; Guess what, My package had arrived. So know I've spent 450.00 on glasses in a month. I have been given all the wrong information and waited around for 3 weeks to see if my order was or wasnt placed. All I wanted to do at this point was be able to print a stupid label to return the package back but I couldn't even do that because I never received any information about my online purchase. Long story short, After this HORRIBLE experience and my attitude toward Mr. Paul Cedra I appreciate him for going above and beyond what I was even asking for. I had a Dr. appointment in the medical center so I had to leave the store and asked him to keep in contact with me about what I needed to do to get this returned. After all the crap I went through this last week Paul did a great job and actually took HIS TIME to find out the correct procedures to do in circumstances such as mine. He immediately called me back within 15 minutes of me leaving the store. Not only did he say he had a confirmation number, A receipt, and that It would be priority shipped the next business day, He called the store off I-10 and 410- 4522 Fredricksburg Rd. with Linda G and Crystal L. and asked them to get all of this ready for me and knew I would be closer to this store than the one off Bandera. (I live in stoneoak (which I called also to see if i could return the glasses at his store and he never got back with me (Which is the man I bought my D&G glasses from); as you can see I was driving all over the place! ) Once I got to the store the ladies were extremely kind and helpful. I took it personally to the ups shipping. It is people like these you need to have on your team than some jerks who won't take the time to find out what their freaking job Entitles. And I know that online is different than in-store. But together you are all representing Target and I'm never ordering anything online and have already shared my story with plenty of people. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS STORE AND RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY AND ESPECIALLY THE MOBILE PURCHASE, NEVER DO IT HERE. Sorry for a big story and review but had to explain the whole thing. I was at target yesterday thanksgiving evening and waited for close to 2 hrs to buy a phone with AT&T on a 1+1 offer and the target guys took a wait list and asked us to come back when they text us. They texted today at 5:53 AM asking to come and they can wait only 15 mins. I kept checking the waitlist position and when i was second in the waitlist i went to the mobile area. Mobiles weren’t sold by Target directly. They use another vendor for that. They said i have to stand in line again as they informed in the morning and i didn’t come within 15 mins. I just argued i was showing up in the list and why they didn’t remove me or intimate that i am removed from waiting list if i wasn’t there. I was under the impression that i am still on the waitlist waiting for my turn. It took me to wait another 2 hrs finally to get my turn after several interventions by the store manager talking with the tech vendor. After store manager intervention, MOBILE VENDOR agreed to take me next after current customer is done. When the customer is done, he acted as if he forgot me and called the next customer in line. I agreed graciously as i didn’t want to make the other person feel bad. Finally when my turn came, those vendor guys took it hard on me and gave junk reasons to ensure that i get hard time in getting the deal i was looking for. Even though i am an authorized user to get upgrade and i am eligible for upgrade, they didn’t let me saying i have to be the owner of the account. When i said, open a fresh account, they said i can get new phone but i cant get an upgrade and account owner has to be available. I asked for ownership transfer and they said they cannot wait until i finish that with AT&T and i have to stand in the line where it starts and push me back further to make me stand in line again. They weren’t ready for the account owner to show up. I was ready to give my spot to someone and meanwhile my friend who is the account owner to come to target and this would have taken 10 mins. Any new line or upgrade has been taking more than 30 mins anyway. They were just planning on pushing me hard to leave as the issue got escalated. NEVER EVER USE THIS TARGET STORE. I dont have. 0 star to give. I DO HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF WAITLIST SCREEN AND PICTURES I TOOK WHO IS IN THE LINE ETC TO ADD AS ATTACHMENTS. Unfortunately this review is from my iphone and upload option was not there. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS STORE AND RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY FRIENDS OR FAMILY AND ESPECIALLY THE MOBILE PURCHASE, NEVER DO IT HERE.

The item has been showing available (on the app) at this location for 4 days and was still not able to purchase one in the store. As well as the infamous Starbucks Halloween seasonal cups, I called several days and I asked about the release day of the Halloween Starbucks cups and I was told with precision by Starbucks-Target employees that the release date will be the 21st of September and there is no way in the universe they get released any earlier. I called two days ago and I was told the same thing about the release day. Tonight I go by and I was told that the manager of the store - Oscar … had demanded that they get put out immediately which happened yesterday am. It really makes me not want to return to this location even though I’ve been shopping here for the past 8 years, my latest experiences with this location have been very unpleasant and a waste of time. Do better, communicate better with your employees so they can communicate better with your costumers!

I like to give credit where it"s due so her it goes. I personally don't enjoy the target typical "experience" . I won't digress further. Megan @ customer service was amazing, she had a spark rarely seen in a chain box stores. Vivacious infectious personally immediately enveloped me as I paid a bill for a friend, as a rule I consistently strive for promptness & courtesy, however I expect reciprocation, quid pro quo, I typically initiate the interaction, nothing lavish mind you, only enough shine to keep customer service laborers in a relatively doesile state. MEGAN, was extremely lpersonable she definitely went above and beyond,. Smile as large as planet juipiter. Event though I forgot to bring the card inside with me, Megan surprised me by allowing me to make the target credit card payment with nothing more the target bill. To date this interaction was my first experience with stellar customer service So here's to you Megan. Thank you for elevating the bar to hieghts in uncharted atmosphere Love to buy you a drink or dinner in appreciation..

By far the worst experience. If you need electronics go somewhere else anywhere but here ! I went with sis n law to get a laptop. A big sale you would think they want our business. The girl that was "lead" was the rudest ! They tell me they don't have the item and just shrug their shoulders, no options offered or maybe shipment will come in. I had to help myself in the sense of asking if they can call other target stores to see if they have it, even walmart does that! She looks at me and says I can give you the numbers and you can call. The lack of care, it felt like I was bothering them and wasting their time. Worst experience ever ! Never coming back to this target they made me feel like crap. Alright I'll just take my $400 purchase elsewhere.

I used to live near this store, and it was my primary shopping location. I was in the area and used it again. I absolutely hate the remodel they did. They removed the bakery and the deli, so there are no longer any freshly baked items including specialty breads, and the deli items are severely limited to one aisle with no specialty cheeses or meats. The produce section is small and limited. Lunch menu items and rotisserie chickens etc are gone. If I still lived in the area, I'd have had no choice but to consider using the HEB across Bandera Road. I really hope they don't remodel the Target near me, or I will probably stop shopping at Target at all.

I paged for a teammember 3 times and no one came, even though I could hear the chime alerting multiple employees a short distance away; this is not the first time this has happened. This was the first time I have been back to this store in a while since they have upgraded the layout. I could not find what the tablet/scanner said was in stock on the floor. I used to app to direct me to the right aisle but still couldn't find the item. Purchased other items but not what I had originally intended to buy. Disappointed and reinforced the fact that I will have to shop at The Rim or Alamo Ranch if I need anything from Target.

Closest to home. However, employees never greet you, make eye contact or even are close by to assist you if questions or assistance is needed about a product. Employees seemed sad, or at lost of interest in their presence at the store. Not a welcoming experience to be back. Products might have better quality, but there are two stores nearby with similar product quality and great helpful and smile ready to greet you, welcome you to your shopping experience that I will prefer to stop by and do my shopping and...the wait time is none. This store makes you wait for everything. Poor staff training about customer services.

This stores stock is a complete mess. Men's apparel was wiped out, no restocking happening throughout. Clothes were untidy and unfolded. The shoe section was a joke. There weren't any shoes left. Maybe this store does have enough help right now, but this was basically like the Walmart I shop at in Boerne. Super sad. Just gave up on trying to find what I needed and decided I'll try Big Lots. I will admit the customer service was good and the few employees I did see were working and helpful.

This is one of my favorite Targets! But lets be real, there is no such thing as a bad Target. I always enjoy visiting my neighborhood location and love how clean and bright it always is. Staff is always friendly and nice from the starbucks to the register. Using Target Circle is a MUST for deals and ease of shopping. Being able to check what is in stock and scan things to find deals on the app is amazing. Definitely check it out!

Got here a little late the best service I’ve ever had. There was a gentleman by the name of Anthony and another gentleman by the name of Sebastian. BG sent me a message right these guys went above and beyond carried out the stuff for me loaded up my vehicle in Ventura, they were amazing please if you ever deal with this target lookout for those two young men they made my visit. signed up for covid vaccine booster.... nowhere did it say that i needed to bring my vaccine card or vaccine picture!!!!! then when i finally found my picture of my vaccine card, they didn't even ask for my ID or insurance card.. they are rejecting people from getting vaccine booster because they were not advised to bring in proof! advisory needs to be put in appointment section so people aren't wasting their time!!!

This visit was to the optician outside of Target and the optical dept inside. I have been going to this location for about a decade. Dr. Nguyen is this kindest lady, so patient and good with kids, as well as adults. Inside at the optical dept, Paul is one of a kind, he is just the best. I'm terrible at picking out frames, he just grabs a pair and wow they look good. Paul knows what best fits your facial shape.

I have really been enjoying the curbside pick-up option. I love that there isn't a minimum purchase that forces you to find groceries that you don't really need. I was using curbside at other stores and forgot something. I really didn't want to go back and go into the store to purchase the one item or be forced to buy a minimum amount for free curbside. Then I tried Target and it's my new goto!

My family and I were walking through the deli section when we noticed a pigeon flying around, so we kind of stopped to see how they would address the issue. Suddenly an employee runs out from behind the deli where they cook everything and wacked the pigeon to the ground with some sort of wooden spatula used for pizza ovens or something. Eww, DO NOT SHOP HERE! CAVEMAN AT WORK! DISGUSTING!!!!!

Tedd the store manager is a bigot who makes disparaging and derogatory remarks about customers and employees in front of others. He is incredibly unprofessional to speak so poorly of people so loudly in front of customers the way I had to witness. For a company that prides itself on being accepting of all peoples this poor excuse of a man is far beneath what Target should be hiring.

Target is one of those rare stores that you can't leave with only the items on your list. The reason being that they always have great products at great prices, and before you know it, your cart is almost full. Just walk the aisles and you'll see. There is always something else you didn't know you needed. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I've never been dissatisfied.

Poor inventory management at this location. Last week they were out of stock on all purpose flour. The week before, they didn't have any khaki pants. This out of stock situation pops up pretty much every time I've tried to shop there. I now shop elsewhere, or when I specifically need Target, I drive to the Stone Oak location. They manage to keep proper inventory levels there.

I’ve shopped at this target for so long, and thought it’s time to leave a review! This has to be one of the best Targets in San Antonio. So clean, employees are so friendly and ready to help! I’ve had such great experiences with them. Drive Up is super fast from the time you place to pick up. I never like going to any other Targets because this one has set the bar high.

Menswear a shambles. Wanted black, round neck tee shirts. Product sizes AND types were jumbled on pegs. Champion brand had only vee neck. Haynes and Fruit of the Loom had 3-packs but mixed colors: 2 black, 1 gray. I don't want gray! PLUS, there were no prices on either the garments or the shelves. I try so hard to shop at Target, but once again I left empty-handed.

The remodel really helped this Target look more modern but the aisles aren’t as clearly numbered so it’s hard to find things sometimes, especially in the beauty/skincare department. Also, the bakery was removed during the remodel which is very disappointing. The croissants were pretty good. I like that this target is never busy and the staff are all peaceful.

I love the Target drive up service. When I need something quick, it’s so easy to just use the app and order and pay for it. It’s ready in 2 hours or less and Target communicates with me to let me know when it’s ready. I use the app to let Target know I’m there and someone brings me my purchases. The employees are friendly and prompt. It’s a win-win!

When there is zero employees manning regular check out but monitoring self checkout only, there’s a problem. A basket full of items and I was told to go to self checkout. About 15 people waiting in line and not one single employee register open. Laziness at its finest. Staff that is walking around actually doing work were the nicest.

Marcus in the toy section was so helpful!! He assisted me with looking up an item. When it was not available he assisted in ordering from another store for curbside pickup using the app. He is really doing a phenomenal job. I watched him take his time and help other customers with their needs as well. Great job Marcus!!

A cashier attendant helped me process a payment with the Target app since I had Target card there, but didn’t have the physical card. She explained each step well and in a friendly manner. They repackage used wireless routers and sell them as new routers. There is nothing like speaking to a TWC/Spectrum representative who tells you that she sees that very router already activated somewhere else in San Antonio. I tried to take it back but their Manager refused. So I am out $250. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Every employee that we came across was polite and professional. My daughter and I are not fans of the style of clothing that Target sells. Not only did I think of my grandmother when I saw the clothing but damn... they be pricing things as if they were Gap . Sorry Target you're not Gap, you're more like Walmart .

Love Target! Whether going in to shop or doing online shopping and doing drive up pickup!!! Before the pandemic I loved using this service, especially if I needed to go during my lunch break, I placed my order early and would be ready by the time my lunch came around. And it’s free!!!

Went in there to purchase an E-bike that they showed to have online. They did not have one in stock at all. On the other hand I did find a Tracfone for $60.00 that I am going to purchase on Friday. Very handicapped accessible but they have a very limited amount of e-carts on hand.

Nothing special about this location, it's just another target. It's located in a good location and the staff are generally always friendly and willing to help with great customer service. Good location just off of Bandera with plenty of other shopping stores around.

This is literally the best target. Culebra location is always ridiculously busy. The rim is busy and other places I just don't feel safe or like the area of town. This store is always clean. Staff are friendly when I have to interact with them. 5 stars for y'all.

Christmas shopping at night, about a month ago. All employees were eager to help. Ernesto, at checkout, was especially patient, kind, and friendly. Night time is when you might expect to find grumpy employees who just want to go home, but not here! Thankyou!:)

Great Target with plenty of selection. Staff is always nice, store is always clean and never too packed. Great place to go for slightly better quality clothing than Walmart at a reasonable price. They have a grocery and produce section with a bakery too.

I was able to quickly locate what I came for- however, not today but most days I struggle with finding an employee to assist me. When I do they are always friendly and do what they can to help me but I can't find them and lately there are NO cashiers!

Terrible drive up customer service. It happened twice that male workers doesn't care when they put the items in the car and tossed my package and the pack was open and wet inside. I had to get out of my car and return it inside the store.

Disorganized merchandise and the employees weren't very helpful. The woman at the self checkout was not friendly at all. This Target felt more like a Wal-Mart. I like Wal-Mart. When I go to Target though, I want to be at a Target.

This Target is convenient for us depending on traffic on bandera. Customer service is good, not like other Targets where team members say hello and offer you their assistance.

Fast, easy, convenient. No hassles, no employee attitude. Target is normally the better of the two and you notice it as soon as you pull in to the parking lot.

This is my local Target. I love the updated beauty section. It much more open and they have a wide selection of sample size products. Came in for pet supplies.

The self serve snackbar does not have popcorn. Some Targets, like the one on Blanco, do. Otherwise this is a very nice Super Target.
