Tarrant Roofing did an outstanding job working with my insurance company to replace my roof, gutters and window screens. Sales Representative Justin McCoy did a preliminary inspection of my property, took pictures, then pointed out areas of concern, wind damage and hail damage. When my insurance company’s insurance inspector arrived, Mr. McCoy shadowed their inspection and afterward advised me the insurance inspector did a thorough job and seemed to identify the same concerns Mr. McCoy had relayed to me earlier. After coordination with the insurance company, all the repairs were accomplished in a timely manner. The crews were thorough, quick and professional in all interactions with me. Through all our interactions Mr. McCoy was professional, personable, responsive to all my questions, and was able to explain technical details well to a layman such as myself. His assurances and patient assistance went a long way to keeping my anxiety and frustrations to a minimum through the whole process, overall fret-free and painless on my end from start to finish. I am thoroughly impressed with how Tarrant Roofing, and especially Justin McCoy, worked with me from start to finish on these repairs. Without hesitation I would work with them in the future, but I hope more that no weather events occur requiring I need repairs anytime in the next couple of decades. Most companies are about the money not caring whose pocket it comes out of but Tarrant strives to make sure it’s not yours! I don’t normally take time for reviews but truly this company now shares a special place in my heart and has my continued respect! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!:Had roof and gutters completely redone. After work was done the first storm we had it caused multiple leaks in the roof and skylight, took forever for them to come out and do repairs, made the repairs and after another storm same leaks in roof happened. Had to come out again for repairs. Throughout all this if we've had to constantly call the vp and protect manager to get people out to do the work. Interior painting done descent, looks like i couldve done better work. Been almost a year and still waiting on repairs to be finished luckily I called in and found out the vp and project manager we were working with have quit yet again, this is the third time now this has happened and we have been left out of the loop and every time we have to start all over and explain our situation.

Brian Wilson was our sales rep. Great guy, on time, very professional. Got 3 estimates and Brian was only one who explained what hail damage looks like and encouraged me to contact my homeowners insurance. Material arrived day before job started. Next morning 8:00AM crew arrived...removed all old shingles and debris. Worked until dark on day one. Came back out and cleaned up and finished next morning. Looks great... First photo is the end result with Iron Ore paint trim, door and garage door. So glad we went with Tarrant!

7 months later from my last review and still have yet to have workers come out and do repairs that were never done with original services. Have called in probably 50 times and each time saying ill get a call back or they'll have to someone reach out to me but that never happens. If i dont keep reaching out they would never even know I exist, not sure how they track what jobs have been completed but clearly its not accurate or they dont even track them. Have heard every excuse in the book at this point.

Their door to door sales tactics don't necessarily work when the signs at the entrance to our neighborhood clearly state no soliciting. In addition they are tailgating in to these neighborhoods they have no business in. If you can't read a sign how on earth can you expect to install a roof??? Now on November 9th I had to AGAIN ask your door to door salesman to leave my property and the neighborhood. They are trespassing both on my private property and in the neighborhood HOA property.

This is the worst experience I have ever experienced with a roofing company. They are not professionals and are not responsible for any damages they cause. They drilled a hole in my freon line, causing my whole ac system to be damaged and costing me a whole new system, even though the one they damaged was new as well. They are not taking any responsibility for what they did and are not willing to reimburse me any amount of money. DO NOT USE THEM.

After making numerous requests that they stop soliciting in our neighborhood, we continue to have representatives from Tarrant Roofing knocking on doors. The neighborhood is gated and is clearly marked with a "no soliciting" sign. The only way they could be getting in is by tailgating another car. Please stop this shady business practice.

Highly professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the claims process. Work was excellent - they said what they would do, and then did what they said they would do! FIVE STARS.

Michael, Jorge, and the roofing crew did a magnificent job on our new roof replacement! There were absolutely no surprises-The Quality of work is outstanding, and we are very HAPPY!
