Recently went there. I purchased 7.00 dollars worth of Tastykake products as that is a staple from where I grew up. Bought roughly 21 products as everything we purchased was 3 for $1.00. Price was wonderful for me as I have to come to this store to buy certain Tastykake brands. When I got home turned out all the expiration dates were out of date. The pies were dried out. The other eclaire products we purchased were also dried out. I will avoid this store from now on.

They don't accept credit/debit cards nor do they have the capacity to accept EBT cards even though there are signs posted on the door and windows stating they do. The one man working there said nope we're not set up for it, CASH only. They have 2 coolers but they don't work so nothing refrigerator not even a soda or bottled water. They had flavored butters sitting on the shelves not in refrigerator. Would I return or recommend the store, NOPE.

Great place to get bread at a fraction of the cost from the stores. Products are still of good quality and freshness. However you may need to keep the bread refrigerated or frozen as it is at the end of its shelf life and this will help it keep longer. They have brand names that you will pay triple the price for in the big stores. I like this place for one of the best deals and savings going.

Great little place. Summer great deals on bread, there is a package of bread that is sold in a chicken chain, won't say the name, but it's great. Just toast it with some butter on the griddle and it's awesome. And as this is an outlet, the pastries will expire soon, and TastyKake is delicious, just avoid the lemon filled one, tastes like bathroom cleaner. IMHO.

Wonderful prices, amazing workers... been going there since 2009, we have a special needs son and his medical needs have takin us away for a year or so sometimes even 3 years and then we just came back ~ The owner/manager remembered us and even my sons name, that meant the world to our family ~ They will always have our business... love this place!!!

Butterkrust bakery outlet. If you get the better bread it's great because the price is not bad. They have the cheap stuff also for those who want to die of cancer just like any store. You can get cereal and jam too. Hopefully the cashier is in a good mood when you decide to check this place out. Bye for now.

People, with inflation so high and every costing more than it should, tastykake store is great for the biggest discounts on quality bread and pastry that will shock you at the register. Shock you on how much you save. Staff are so friendly and smiles from wall to wall. Fun and save money, real savings.

Love tastykakes by hard to find where we live. Just happened to be down here for my bday vacation, and we're staying a few blocks away. We went in and had a field day. Lots of tasty goodies. Great pricing and good amount of products available. Wish there was one closer.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of breads and baked goods. The breads are more than half the price they are at grocery stores! I went for the bread and my kids won out on the TastyKake classics I haven't had since I was a kid. Super friendly staff, too!

I like going there I get bread for the babies. But there is this one guy who doesn't like me and is rude sometimes. I haven't done anything to him and I'm nice to him , I just don't get it ??? Oh well I pray for him anyway.❤

I been coming to this place for many years but the one by Zazamorra St. On the Westside area. But I noticed every thing went high pricing.. the Bags Wafer Cookies was 99. and than it went to $1.50 and now it went up to $3.50. I think is ridiculous.

Have been here twice. Nice people work here, keeping a clean, neat, well-stocked place to buy discounted day-old baked goods as well as chips, candies, bottled sodas and a few basic groceries local apartments dwellers might need..

Love this place! We call it the pan(bread) store. Great prices, lots of sweets and the gentleman there is always very pleasant. Recent construction has made it difficult to get to the location though, hopefully it won't last long.

If you don't live near, don't bother. The prices are not really a bargain. Maybe they're supposed to be close to regular grocery store prices I don't know . I'm accustomed to these kinds of places having outrageously low prices.

Forgot I don't like BK bread anymore BUT was passing by and needed bread. NOT like it used to be AT ALL. Mrs Baird's is now the Best buy it's not the Original Butter Krust either, from Broadway St., "What happened"?!!!!!

I was finally able to make it to this store. I love bakery outlets. So much fun. Plus great pricing. There is a lot of construction in the area so it will be tricky to get to it bit once you do it will be worth it.

Go often to pick up different breeds, like hotdog, hamburger buns. Pkus grab a few snacks. Do not get many as many things are or are close to expiring. If on a budget or have large family, great place to go.

I love this place! They always have great deals and gives you a chance to try out different breads you see at the regular grocery store but are so dang expensive. The staff is pretty courteous and friendly.

Did my bread run for the month. It's always good until the last slice. My favorite is the brioche sliced bread. I make the best French toast with it.
