Comprehensive Review of My Experience at DPS Motors - New Nexon Facelift 2023 Creative + S **Pre-Sales:** I recently bought the New Nexon Facelift 2023 Creative + S from DPS Motors, and I must commend their exceptional pre-sales service. My initial interaction with Mukul Ji, a truly remarkable salesperson, was exceedingly positive. His customer handling skills are exceptional, and his dedication to customer satisfaction stood out during the sales process. Initially, I had canceled a booking with another dealership, but upon visiting DPS Motors and experiencing Mukul Ji's service, I decided to make my purchase here. He invested significant time in understanding and addressing our queries and concerns, helping us make an informed decision. I'd like to express my gratitude to the entire sales team, including Kashish and Aman, for their customer-centric approach. Their efforts truly make DPS Motors stand out, and I extend my best wishes to Kashish and Aman for their endeavors. **During Sales:** Mukul Ji expedited the process, swiftly arranging a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of the car in the showroom and ensuring our preferred color choice was available. Despite spending a considerable amount of time at the showroom, Mukul Ji and his team ensured our comfort throughout the process. He efficiently managed all the finance-related paperwork, streamlining our visit for the delivery. **During Delivery:** On the day of delivery, Mukul Ji had the car prepared with Teflon coating and anti-rust coating, showcasing DPS Motors' attention to detail. Following a thorough inspection, we proceeded with the paperwork and received our new car. The overall buying experience at DPS Motors was exceptional. I would have rated DPS motors 5/5. However, I would like to highlight a few areas for improvement: 1. A copy of the PDI checklist should be provided to the customer, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction. 2. All promised inclusions and exclusions, especially accessories, should be clearly documented in the sales agreement to prevent any miscommunication or confusion. 3. It would enhance the customer experience if all promised accessories are fitted on the delivery day itself, minimizing additional visits and saving time for both the customer and the dealership. 4. Invoices for any additional payments made by the customer, such as Teflon coating, should be promptly provided with comprehensive terms and conditions to maintain transparency and trust. Addressing these suggestions in the delivery process will undoubtedly elevate DPS Motors as a prime destination for purchasing Tata cars. I look forward to a continued positive experience during the post-sales phase and trust that the outstanding matters will be addressed promptly. What you may expect here 1. People - Entrire team of DPS Tata Motors Service center is Well trained , Well behaved and Highly professional set of team. This applies to all from Security Guards at the Main Gate to the After Sales head who sits in his cabin. 2. Process - Extensively process oriented team. They calmly listen to their customers and make genuine commitments accordingly. They handle your valuable car properly. No reckless driving at all. They update at every stage of Service.They conduct proper tests with customer prior to deliver vehicle. 3. Technology - They have following cutting edge solutions to serve their customers - Contamination proof paint booth - Smart automated car wash (using treated water) - High quality handheld tools - Properly illuminated work area - Latest high precision Wheel aligngnment and Balancing system. - For Electric vehicles, they have special bay and trained technicians - 30 KW DC fast charger, 7.2 KW AC fast chargers 4. Facility - Located at a very convenient location. Clean and hygienic customers waiting lounge, actually entire facility is clean and well ventilated. I own a Tata Nexon EV MAX, I am writing this review after getting my 5th and 6th paid service done at this service center. Dear DPS Tata Motors Service Team, You got a nice facility and best possible people and latest technology. I urge you to keep it Well maintained and keep of enhancing the quality day by day.

DPS TATA Motor Car Service centre is as usual other service centres available in Delhi. However, it has been approx eight months since it opened. During the service, the following issues have been observed :- (a) Waiting time - Failed to provide vehicle in time after service. Even though the appointment was already booked. (b) Washing - Hydrolic not available to wash the bottom of the Car. Most of the mud is still not removed after wash. (c) Vacuum Cleaning - Improper vacuum cleaning of Car and non availability proper nozzle for vacuum cleaner. (d) Charges - Needs to be double checked. Please ensure how much and for what they are charged. (e) Transparency - Customers cannot view their car during service. For this CCTV must be installed in the Customer Lounge, so that they can view the live status of service without interrupting. The following good things that I noticed:- (a) Cleanliness - Workshop is neat and clean. The Customer Lounge is also neat and clean. (b) Courtesy - The behaviour of staff is very good, they frequently asked for Water, Tea and Coffee to the customers on arrival and waiting time. (c) Staff - After pointing out the issue to the advisor, they expedited it to resolve it. (d) Space - Sufficient space available to attend a large number of cars at a time. (e) Connectivity - Service Centre located on the main road. Overall, I have more exceptions to this Service Centre and ensure they will be immediately resolved the points as observed by me and other customers. And in the future achieve 5 ⭐ from all customers.

Wow... With this word, I would like to begin my review of having my vehicle serviced there. Why? Let me answer it briefly 1. Best ever facility/premises I've ever seen 2. Best ever approachable advisor for any of your concerns about your vehicle 3. Best ever equipments for washing and servicing 4. The best ever attitude of their engineers and advisor (Mr Sabu Mathew) to listen and handle each of customer queries 5. Best ever experience of almost everything I shifted from Toyota to Tata with many doubts about their services, but trust me, they've just surprised me with everything. Most of the staff members are actually hired from Toyota (including their AGM Mr Harish Kumar who, by the way, is very soft spoken and dynamic) and having the DNA of Toyota in their blood. All I can say is that I would never look to any other service center for sure, and luckily, I purchased the vehicle from DPS Preet vihar, from where the recommendation came to me. Thank you so much, DPS Tata, for your wonderful services and I really believe that you will maintain your facility, staff and everything in the coming years such a way that it will delight each of your customer in future. It was a pathetic car service experience in DPS Tata Moters on 10th of December. It took 7 hrs and Rs. 4700/- for 4th minor service of my Tata Punch. Initially my car service was assigned to completely non-experience technician who was not able to understand that what are points written in job card. He used most of the time to understand the job card details. He just filled water in winshield tank and said that now service is completed. Later another technician Raju came and he did some of service that was mentioned in job card. Then car sent for washing, it was a manual wash and bottom of car was uncleaned. Some issues observed by test drive person and he asked the technician to fix it after the test drive. However, none of the technician took care the issue. I heard technical person were discussing that this is external vehicle and they didn't did any work after test drive. Tata advisor was more concerned about selling the warranty of the car instead concerning about better service. I visited this service center because I was getting multiple calls and messages that they will provide best service but actually it was completely opposite.

Everyone knows that Tata Motors have been getting really aggressive these days by banking on its great quality products and this demands more dealers across cities and states. DPS motors is promoting its new service center with latest machinery but this is leading to a high volume of cars at the center and this is perhaps more than their handling capacity apt for a satisfactory service delivery. I waited for an hour before stepping to their front desk for an service center to contact me. Apart from this, everyone waiting at the center including myself realised that they were taking an hour or two more in car delivery than committed at the desk during the job card opening. Sharing the photographs also for my car after i checked it the next day of the service. I think, these are speaking clearly rather than I write my assessment.

Firstly, timeslot provided was 1 pm but car picked around 2:30 pm. Then, in evening car was delivered around 8:00 pm. I wasn't even provided with an opportunity to assess the service quality. Still I managed to assess the quality of service which is very pathetic. I raised immediate issue with Mr Shyam, who has now assured have my vehicle picked and serviced again! Car was so much over heated due to the excessive use of the clutch by your Drop driver, that fumes were coming out of the bonnet and there was so much foul smell. He wasn't even a trained driver. I'm scared he has burnt my car's clutch plate. I still have car service reminder on and it is showing service is still due!

Worst service and treatment towards customer, all they are busy in just collecting cars no one is interested in telling what’s the actual problem with the car. What they only want is money nothing more nothing less I am posting a video of what they did to my car and even after that they shamefully demanding money for doing absolutely nothing. They are bunch of liars, I was standing beside the car only and called the assisting person that what’s going on he lied to my face that the mechanic is scanning your car and that too when I was myself personally standing near the car and car was absolutely abandoned not even a single person was in or near the car.

I was attended by Mr. Kartik and he attentively listened to all my requirements and provided me with detailed estimate. Although i was waiting at the customer lounge, he updated me about all the processes (undergoing / completed). In short: Comm. & Transparency : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service : ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness & experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall : 4.5/5 (Highly recommended) Tip for DPS TATA: “Just maintain this level of service and customer experience in future also.”

Worst Tata service center ever- last month i had given my Tata tiago for service i had faced following issue :- 1) Car not delivered on time 2) Much Much overpriced they just scares you to that apka ye part khrab h uska 5k lagega jo ki khrab nhi hota and ye log jaan buch ke usko change krke they charge you for money. 3) The will not correct things what you told them to do . 4) worst washing and open my doors without my concern Recommendation- don’t visit there try Sagar Motors instead please

Clean customer lounge, service was done very fast, main time was taken in the Allotment of Service advisor and Car wash, line of automatic car wash was very long but it is washing the cars continuously without stopping for a single minute TATA selling thousands of cars in a month, so you have to see crowd in Service Centres also, So be prepared for this as well And honestly I am very happy with Tata overall, bcoz our Indian Company is growing day by day

They are complete fraudsters who are looting the people, this is the condition of my diesel filter after a major service of my bill amounting to Rs. 33000 of safari storme, They didn't not changed the diesel filter but the in the bill it is clearly mentioned... Because they think that who is going to check it so they are just going on with that..... Don't ever go their and if you go just don't let your car serviced alone with their people

Super slow service..... Lazy staff.... Thank you for the quick reply... This is today scenerio (8th dec 2023). Ask your staff about it sir.... Not I am the only one, there are 3 more guests at that time who think the same. The staff is particular more focused in selling thinghs example extended warranty.... Rather than arranging a simple number plat Bracket which was not arranged in 3.5 hrs of service.

Well I have been repeatedly asking them for a change of part under the drivers seat of my new Tata Safari which was damaged by them after 1st service but no action has been taken yet . It has been 3 months now . Worst Service I have even seen in my life from DPS Motors .
