It was frustrating to experience non-responsiveness over the phone. After multiple attempts, the call was finally answered, but when I asked for service, I was simply told to come back the next day because it was already past 1 PM on Monday.

Worst services I've ever seen. Please opt for some other place, they are very irresponsible. It's been a month since I've given my car to them, and still they are having sooooo many excuses to not get it done.

Behaviour of staff is good, but it is a small service centre with little parking space. There are only three lifts at the centre. It is advisable to book you car service before arriving at the centre.

SRM motors is working hard for their service's,its long way to go to build costomer trust and much important to satisfy their TATA customers. Its a recommended place to visit for your car services.
