no proper response, called them many times to provide the test drive for TATA TIAGO AMT and they said car is available and after 2 days indicating no cars available and now making us to wait for more than a week..imagine how the services will be after the purchase!! compliant now in twitter and hoping to get resolution.

Poor customer service. I had to visit multiple times and call and follow-up for test drive. No one bothers to call back or take feedback. The staff is not fully aware of specs and differences. I am moving away from considering Tata solely because of this service levels. If pre-sales is so bad, imagine post-sales.

The showroom's location can be easily tracked. The service and ambience of the show room is nice. Different models of cars are displayed. Delivery process is also feasible. Purchased Tata Altroz and advisor associated with us managed and handled all the process hassle -free. Great service provided.

Great service. Great response. Made our car purchasing experience easy, hassle-free and enjoyable! It was a breeze! Everything was taken care really well. Special mention to our assigned advisor Mr. Abdullah, also Mr. Venkat and the other staff members that supported us during the purchase.

This showroom is not a worthy place to buy any cars. The management is very worst I have ever seen. I recommend TATA motors to shut this branch or else change the staff. They do not have any minimal response to the customer. Giving one star is not worthy here.
