We booked for Swedish massage 1. We weren’t asked for choice of oil before getting into the spa room 2. My masseuse didn’t ask me for any preference on pressure though I kept giving feedback during massage 3. In the form I had filled I asked to focus on my feet, hands but the masseuse didn’t do it at all 4. She didn’t even know how to massage. I have taken Swedish massage many times at your spa and I very well know what it is like to get a good massage 5. She randomly massaged and there was no technique. 6. She put so much oil that her hands were slippery while massaging. The overall experience was horrible. Why send someone who doesn’t know how to massage?? Why do we pay a premium for a spa that’s this pathetic!! This is my second time at this branch. We went for a spa in February at this spa and the experience was good and hence booked again but this time it was really bad.

During my stay at Grand Mercure this month. I decided to visit the tattva spa for a massage. Booked an afternoon session, and i was greeted by the spa manager at the entrance with a smile. I was required to fill in the general form with details. They offered me an herbal drink, which was delicious. My therapist Barnali (if i remember the name right), she was amazing. I end up getting a tattva special massage, which includes body stretching and body massage. This is a 90-minute session. The therapist was very detailed and focused on my area of concern. I was only disappointed with the facilities, the room was a bit dull, the ceilings were rusty and broken. The shower's facilities wasnt working properly, i mentioned to the manager to get the water drainage fixed. Overall, the therapist scores 5 stars, but facilities need some uplifting.

This place is awesome! I first want to say I believe this is the best spa in the entire city. They really understand and make sure that you are pampered and made to feel that you are the MOST important person there. Special mention to the manager , i believe his name is mr Raghu , he was quite professional and welcoming. He was indeed very supportive and had a deep knowledge regarding various therapies and gave me a good suggestion. It was my first experience but i must admit it was really GREAT. After a long , your massage was a treat! thanks so such. Will surely like to visit again.

It was great experience starting from the ambience, explanation of types of service they have and the massage itself. They were clear in explaining what is the procedure and taking us through. Icing on the cake was the arrangement of cake for my special day(which my wife planned and they executed neatly). Thanks once again for the experience. We took Swedish massage service Ms/Mrs. Malathi was there who is the person incharge the time we left and she made sure we have a good time.

this was recommended by a friend. you can never know which spa is shady, so, best to go by recommendation. my God! love, love the massage and the steam room. all their masseuse are well trained , it leaves you restful. had taken their signature massage both times I have been here. despite it being a little far for me, might end up taking a subscription. Tattva , the manager raghu , is a friendly guy and won't suggest you the more expensive option if you don't need it

Had been to kormangala tattva spa, had the most horrible experience at the spa, 90 mins of spa still the outcome was super bad and post the massage the shower was fully clogged and the water was coming out. Couldn't even properly take a shower. Not worth a penny. Still had to pay 8500 for such a bad experience.

Had the best deep tissue massage here. Jasmine was very professional and truly efficient. Massage included head and face too. After an hour there is a provision of steam bath and shower which is within the same cost. Everyone starting from the front desk were helpful. Truly impressed. Will revisit soon.
