My husband brought his truck to Taz to get a new engine put in his 2008 Chevy Silverado. He wanted to take it to the dealer to make sure it was “done right” but Taz was highly recommended by a long time friend he trusted so he took it there . It was the best decision he ever made ! Their craftsmanship, pride and attention to detail exceeded his expectations and went above and beyond his hopes! Taz had a better price and did a way better job than any dealer ever would have done ! He took care of our truck like he would have his own , with such care and excellence. Very helpful, informative and willing to let you know what's broken and how to fix it. Practical didnt take a lot of time and affordable. I've been in NM for nine years and finally found a great shop. Labor and parts guaranteed best quality. Friendly and down-to-earth staff. Clean, comfortable and homey office space. Will only be getting my car service from them from now on. Best in NM as far as I'm concerned.

We take all three vehicles, two of them older, to Taz Auto Repair and have always been highly satisfied with the service. After the Dog Head fire in Taqique there have been rodent infestations on our property and Ash figured out how to protect the fan, etc. from the mice at our home. Great work--we have recommended his shop to many of our friends!

Had an appointment at 10 am. The mechanic was out and they didn't bother calling me at 8 am when they opened to tell me. I live a hour and a half away. Wasted my entire Friday morning. Unprofessional.
