Umar is a decent guy, that's the only reason I burnt my petrol for searching his shop at midnight. The hype created proved over-rated, believe me, and I will explain this in detail. 1. The oil being used to fry Mozzarella balls, Zingers, Beef Patties and even Fries smelled really bad, and anyone could know by seeing that it was being used over and over for a long time, let's assume a couple of hours, but believe me, it was more than the couple of hours use. The colour of the oil was blackish brown. The oil also had a burnt smell in it which fries also carried because there is no separate arrangement or utensils available to fry the zingers, patties and fries. It goes without saying too that he uses oil on his shop I have never heard of the company "Aap ke sath" or something similar. Don't expect Sufi, Dalda, Habib or even Mezan, Kausar, Shan etc. 2. I went there after seeing a review on Urdupoint.com, and believe me, this is the second time I went for eating after watching there review, and it's the last one – totally disappointed. 3. Urdupoint.com must have taken enough money to review his shop where they have claimed that the person named "Umar bhai" is a UK return and studied in Oxford if I remember correctly. The number one thing which the UK returned failed to adapt is cleanliness and hygiene because he offered me fries in an improper washed plate and upon asking he said, “Sir, don't worry, I am going to put my shop paper on it, and you won't see it. 4. No proper staff appointed to attend the customers. It's a 1-MAN SHOW. His friends were sitting nearby. He said "YAAR TAMASHA DEKH RHAY HO HELP HI KAR DO" Then a fat lad came to help him without even wearing the gloves or hat. 5. I am still having bad burps, especially the burnt oil burps if I phrase it correctly. 6.I was expecting it as they claimed that he was an educated person, so I thought that the arrangement and management would be nice but found it totally opposite as I found that most of his customers were from Iqbal town, galli mohalas friends and friends of friends. 7. Mozzarella Cheese balls in burgers is a new thing, but it would have been better if he had added some oregano to make the cheese flavored vs. tasteless. 8. The bill was 2630 and had to wait more than an hour to eat the cold burger from a UK returned educated person. However, in the end he showed some decency by giving me 30 rupees discount by saying it in English it's from my side. I had to pay 2600 for the meals which were fried in a blackish brown oil of an unknow company I have never heard of, wait of more than an hour, unhygienic conditions and utensils unwashed (which I didn't use I preferred their packing which looked clean at least). 9. No token, receipt system or first come first serve basis. Don't go with too much hopes like me. 10. Give it a shot - 320 rupees / burger. Don't order 8 like me but once give him a chance to serve you.

I tried their beef burger, wings pizza and shawarma. I don't like their shawarma. In beef burgers if they use jalapeño instead of simple cucumber taste will enhance. Now talk about sitting area family Hall was very hot due to weather u can't enjoy your meal because of hot weather. Over all food is good and all of their staff is coprative

Mr umar is a good person i can say. But his business is total disappointment. Totally uneducated and useless staff. No line no ques no billing system. Just order your food and wait for 1 or 2 hours and keep giving them reminders and they always told you k( bas sir apka order ready hai) and then wait for 1 hour more. Sometimes there waiter came to you again for like 30 minutes of your order and say ( k apka kia order hai). There is no taste and value left in his burgers as it was use to be. Taste. 3/10 value. 4/10 cleanliness.0/10.

I have tried them long ago, it was not that much great experience as i had it now. The bar b cue shawarma is one of the best items. The sauces combination is much great giving my buds the ultimate taste of shawarma. Size of shawarma's are normal but as compared to prices, it justifies the amount. Their special grill bread shawarma is also a good option if you are having a large appetite.

You give order and they keep on saying "ar rha hai, la rhy hain, bs 5 minute" continuously for atleast 1 hour. After 1 hour, when we ask angerly, they would say, "Hum bhool gy thy, or bhi order thy to yaad ni rha"....BAKWAS SERVICE... NEVER BUY FROM THEM IF YOU HAVE URGENCY.. Visited after almost 2 years. Good to see their expansion. Moved a little further from the previous place. Taste is great as before. Mozzarella cheese stick burger with grill chicken & beef chapli. Matka pizza is a new addition to the menu. Will rate it 6/10. Rest was 8/10. Should introduce cans instead of regular bottle.

I've ordered from them twice. Food was hot when It arrived from foodpanda. PKR 360 Zinger plus fries is just really good. But I still wonder how these places manage such prices. I have tried the monster burger. That was nice too. If you are in Iqbal Town Lahore definitely give them a chance.

I just tried their mozzarella Zinger The Zinger was good but the mozzarella sticks were not good Mozzarella is filled in the bread and then fried the bread covering was very thick To be honest the cheese in that mozzarella sticks didn't even taste like mozzarella its salty cheese and it feels like something is mixed with cheese to save the cost Overall it was good i liked it But the next time i will eat only Zinger

I ordered a tortilla wrap but it was spicy like i taste only spice and nothing else when i told them about it they said you are our first customer yet that's why it happened what a lame excuse. Cooking area was also seems to be unhealthy and unhygienic
