Great store split on two levels, gents ground floor and ladies upper ground level. The store has a nice feel and a good selection of goods. It is well laid out and uncluttered. For a store such as this however, I would expect a little more professionalism from the staff. Upon each visit it appears that they congregate for discussions amongst themselves and pay little attention and even hard to get their attention if required. Click and collect is from the menswear department, again be prepared to wait for staff to help and serve. Hence why I am knocking two stars off the review. Buying Ted Baker products comes with the expectancy that staff are there for customers and not to spend time chit chatting amongst themselves on the shop floor. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I went in the shop in Covent Garden last Thursday 1st of December around 17:00 pm I had the most horrific welcome. Was with two friends and one of them was drinking tea, a guy was working that day came to us and said “YOU DAMAGED YOU BUY” I do understand he concerns about it but I do believe is plenty of ways to aware the customer in a nice and polite way, I do work in a high end fashion boutique and I don’t believe this should be the way to treat a customer. It’s just a shame as we love ted baker and we were looking for our Christmas outfit that day, we just felt so unwelcome we just left. Would that treatment be different if I was white woman? Absolutely unacceptable!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service from this store today. Absolutely no one greeted me at the door, no one offered to help me or take my items to the dressing room even when I was carrying about 5 heavy dresses. When I was in the dressing room no one came to see if I was ok and when I went to the till, I expressed my annoyance to the staff and the lady patronisingly said ‘Awww’ - what the hell? So I decided not to hand my money over on this occasion. Sort your staff out so they at least act like they care.

I love the Ted Baker brand the designs are absolutely amazing. I love the pastel colours that the designer uses and I like the way the accessories match the clothes. The little going out bags are to die for. This particular shop is not in a prominent place but it does have a good range of clothes. However I am not very keen on the decoration of the shop. The music theme has taken over and it is overwhelming to the senses. However the quality of the clothes are the same and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I love some of their pieces of clothing, however, their customer service / company policy of returning online items is cumbersome and so 1990s compared to the likes of Mango, Net-a-Porter, ASOS, Gymshark who make it super easy and pleasant for the customer to shop with them online. Ted baker do not provide a prepaid postage sticky label, no options like courier service or pickup so it’s a pain in the butt to return items. Common ted baker get with the future of retail!

Elizabeth created a special shopping experience. Her enthusiasm and interest in finding items I would like made it easy to shop. I love when someone suggests things I might not normally consider. She knew the line so well and quickly understood my style and size so she put together some great suggestions. The customer service was excellent! I had so much fun in the store and found some great pieces for my wardrobe.

I enjoyed very much shopping at Ted Baker Covent Garden today. The staffs was very friendly, attentive and helpful especially Kay and Irmina. Kay was serving a few clients yet making sure that I’m ok with the sizes of the dresses that I took and Irmina go extra mile to chit chat and attended my request. We bought a beautiful evening dress! Will be back and high recommended check it out

A fashion brand renowned for signature subtle touches and understated twists. This particular store overwhelmed by an astonishing over-the-top musical-themed sub-text/backdrop that maximises centre stage, diverting attention from the merchandise. The shop's the show here. Staff are engaging, 'in tune, striking the right note', patient and professional.

Let me see if I got this right. My wife brings in some clothing we bought together online. She has the email receipt. She has the credit card with my name that was used to pay for it. She has a picture of my passport. And you won’t refund because… you aren’t sure of what exactly? Store policy? A little common sense would have gone a long way.

Shop looks very clean and sounds positive. The manager Giusy was very polite helpful and understanding!!!! She helped with my problem very eficiently and on very professional way. Her customer service skills amazing and impressive. Thank you for your help and customer orientated attitude, you reinstated quality of Ted Baker brand in my mind.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this outlet! Bought a bag and a scarf as gifts and Elizabeth helped me pick them and gave me an extra bag to pack the stuff as gifts. She was really sweet and I enjoyed talking to her during the store visit. The store has a good collection and is easy to navigate.

Some of the best customer experience I've had in a while. Went in to see if I could have a replacement button for one that popped off a jacket of mine. The manager reviewed the coat, and without question offered me to take a brand new one as a replacement. Really above and beyond what I expected.

My favourite, flagship Ted Baker store in the UK. The staff are always excellent and can't do enough to help you find that special item. I struggle to leave the store without buying something! I swear they also have lots of items here that aren't available on their website to order!

Service in ladies was great bought some boots (rilans in snake print) assistant was really helpful, lovely and we had a laugh too !! Far superior customer service to my last 3 visits at floral street store! I will go back simply just because of her service.

Absolutely amazing customer service from the team here , very friendly helpful and nice to chat to. Had fun in the lift with silly buttons to press , have a go if you can !! Did purchase a T shirt which had to be ordered on line with free delivery !

The sale assistant looks to have no interest in entertain me when I wear just somewhat a dirty pair of sneakers, normal sling bag and ‘no-class-outfit’. But the supervisor is very nice tho. I went there on 28th of June 2023 around 11-11:30 am

Great place for men's clothes. Good quality and interesting designs, and there service is always great. If you've got a bit of cash, have a look in Ted Baker, it'll be good experience even if you don't come out with anything.

Nice stuff, nice staff and amazing ambient. Prices are maybe too much if not on sale but #### is nice. Staff like in Slefridges and Harrods - enjoy their looks and don't ask questions that don't involve their fashion sense.

The staff in the women area is not that friendly. One of them even didn't wrap my cloth and just put the dress into a plastic bag. Although I still like their brand and design, hope their customer service can improve!

Excellent customer service as always. First time at the Floral Street branch. Perhaps might go there in the future as it is perfect for browsing/ shopping whilst having a very relaxed stroll/ day in Central London.

As i just visited London over the weekend i enjoy going into Ted Baker to shop as they have more nicer things. I decided to buy a jacket and a skirt. they Jacket they had but the Skirt i had to order.
