This new terminal is much better by comparison. The previous location was smaller, overcrowded and riskier for both drivers and pedestrians. The new location has better features like a cafeteria, a small store and separate rooms for Viazul (the "high-end" company) and the regular national routes (for those who pay in Cuban Pesos). Like most terminals in Cuba, you are likely to run into the usual problems: no flushing water in the toilets, absence of toilet paper, disorganization, etc.). On this date, the Viazul rep did not accept non-printed reservations (like mobile phone reservations), and overbooking is likely to happen. Still the best (money-wise) means to travel in an island with a struggling, old-fashioned and bureaucratic transportation system.

The staff charges you extra money and put it into their own pocket. The bus was late one hour and the driver chat with the staff for another two hours. BTW, don’t close the door of the washroom, you would be locked in there.

Terminal muy limpia y organizada, se encuentra bien distante del centro de la ciudad. El servicio fue bastante rapido, tome un ómnibus arrendado con destino a la Habana.

Buena atención y organización con los pasajes los baños están limpios y cuentan con una caja de agua potable y puertos de carga para móviles.

Una instalación nueva y bonita, falta un poco de ventilación, pero tiene una jardinería bonita y hay un incremento de las salidas de ómnibus.

Muy buen confort tiene la nueva estructura de la terminal. Muy buen trato recibido por parte de los trabajadores de la misma.

Falta mucha limpieza a la terminal, malos olores y moscas abundan. El lugar es amplio y bien iluminado.

Mala ubicación, fuera de la ciudad, locales cerrados, pocos servicios públicos de todo tipo...

Al igual que casi todos los servicios estatales de Cuba, deficiente en el trato y la calidad.

Mucho mejor que la de las tunas y la de Villa clara, muy limpia, muy amplia, y con seguridad

Extremadamente lento el servicio y calor insoportable .
