Terra Bella was our florist for our wedding in June. We picked them because we wanted a sustainable local florist. They were a little challenging to communicate with for the planning phase – not always responsive, some errors on their notes and we really had no idea before the wedding what anything was going to look like. However, on the day of the wedding they blew us away. The flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS and lush and colorful and plentiful and we got so many compliments. My bouquet was so heavy other people had to hold it for me between photos! And they gave us some boxes so we could send the centerpieces home with guests! We were so happy we picked Terra Bella.

I use Terra Bella ALL of the time for work. Any occasion that calls for flowers, they are my go-to. Everything is always beautiful and delivered as intended. The one time that one of the delivery drivers had issues finding an address, she called me and I didn't think I would be of much help since I was unfamiliar with the delivery location. However, she stayed on the phone with me and we were able to figure it out via satellite imagery on Google Maps - go figure. Everyone is always friendly, quick to answer the phone or emails, and they have a lovely product. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had a micro wedding at Salish lodge and Terra Bella did an amazing job on our flowers! Due to the proportions of our long table, I built custom boxes (which they helped advise me on the best dimensions for them to work on) and they achieved my dream of all the natural/boho flowers for our tiny wedding. (They were also super patient when our mothers threw in a few smaller, last minute requests - thank you so much!!!) When we stopped by the shop for pickup everyone was also super warm and welcoming, as well as helpful in helping us carefully load the flowers in the car.

Terra Bella is hands down my favorite florist in Seattle! Not only are their ready-to-purchase arrangements modern, beautiful, instagram-worthy and so much more but their customer service is amazing too! What an amazing yelp event! I love flowers so much and I had to go. I was a little late and missed the tutorial but heard from other folks that the tutorial was great. The owner taught everyone how to make flower bouquets and flower tiaras. The shop itself was gorgeous. Apart from these amazing flowers, she had other tidbits like candles, cards, gardening essentials, etc. There was some rose and fruit plate at the event. I had a great time and would consider this place if I ever need flowers for an event. Thanks to Lauren for organizing this event.

I ordered my boutonnieres, corsages, and a partial flower crown from Terra Bella (Nordstrom location) for my September wedding. I was doing my flowers from Pike Place Market but was looking to delegate these to someone more skilled! I was SO BLOWN AWAY by my hair flowers. It was absolutely perfect. I was a little nervous because I didn't know what to expect but it was epic and I loved it. I will be coming back for other flower needs. Corsages and boutonnieres were also high quality and very nice. So happy with Terra Bella!

Nice arrangement, and beautiful fresh flowers. Bad communication and reconcilliation. I called in with a very strict price range. They ended up "accidentally" overcharging me, and even after the refund, they still charged me more than they quoted. I will not be calling again. Pretty flowers are easy to come by, good service is not. They could have easily added another $5 to my refund. "jessica" was the one that botched the payment, and would not comprimise on the price. Boo.

We live in Bellingham and have worked with Terra Bella three times to send flowers to family in Seattle. They are fabulous -- great to work with, wonderful arrangements, delivery no matter what. And the recipient is always thrilled. They really outdid themselves delivering a Valentine's bouquet during the recent big snowstorm -- when no one else seemed able to get around the city. I have been a consistent customer of Terra Bella flowers for over 5 years. They have the most gorgeous flowers and bouquets that you can buy in Seattle. I have never sent or received a floral arrangement that isn't absolutely stunning and unique and the recipients are always stunned by how gorgeous they are. Will continue to be the only florist I buy from as long as I live here!

Had such a poor experience trying to send flowers the same day with these people. I called at 11:30 their time and they could not send one of their standard arrangements out until the next day, for delivery in the city. If you don't make their 10 AM delivery departure, you are out of luck for same day delivery. Also, the website says they open at 10 but they actually open at 9.

I ordered some arrangements for our rehearsal luncheon and they all turned out beautiful! The florals here are unique and whimsical. Much more creative than many floral shops and not too much more expensive. Some of my friends got me flowers from here as well a few weeks ago and they were stunning! I will definitely use this shop for anytime I need arrangements in the future.

I went in to get an arrangement for my partner, and they gave great advice, worked with a rather poor description of what I wanted, and they got it done in plenty of time during a busy weekend. I love this place, the antidote to the outdated bouquet. Besides the more unusual and interesting flower and design choices, they often have a wide range of succulents and containers for living plants arrangements. So lucky to have them in my neighborhood. Reasonable delivery prices too.

The flowers were nice however, I was not happy the fact I was promised balloons attached with the flowers. There were no balloons for something I paid $100 plus for which look like it can cost for $40.
