Poor customer service. I personally do not think I’ll come back to this particular store. This store is pretty tight, so it only has limited choices but most of all, the lady who claimed she’s the only person working in the store alongside with a trainee doesn’t have a good attitude. It’s understandable that a trainee is still undergoing training but since a customer had already lined up and asked her a simple question, then after the trainee had checked with her supervisor, the supervisor could’ve easily just addressed it instead of asking the customer to go to the back of the line and queue up again for her to serve the customer directly later because the trainee doesn’t know the answer! All other customers that came after me had already been served as I had to get back out of the store and come back in to queue just because she had a trainee at the counter and with a simple excuse that the trainee couldn’t help me (and by the way this is not even a question which requires any advanced knowledge, it’s just a simple retail question). The supervisor couldn’t even spare any time to train her trainee there and then as part of responding to the question?! There’s many other pharmacies around in the city so if you require any service or have any questions at all, this probably isn’t the ideal one to go to.

A really great and service friendly place, for those living, working or just shopping in the CBD. It is a newly renovated and very reputable company,a la, Terry white!! Three points for just for existing and always being open after others have closed. If your after fast service, thoroughly examined prescription s and good staff that help you, then here's the place for you. The bonus is you will not be waiting ages for your prescriptions. Everything just runs on time and staff are very very discreet and comfortable to converse with. The ladies actually know their stuff!!. I say that because I once worked in pharmacy and it used to be a great, important job..I am talking about the retail sector. Now Days, most pharmacies do not endorse ,or make their full time staff go through training, on the level that they used to. It seems they learn retail in general and that's great but I believe a great chemmist has full time staff that have knowledge based on everything they sell. So if you want staff that know everything from S1, 2, and 3 I think belongs to the pharmacist, then please get yourself there . Knowledge in this type of work is important I believes !!!

Apparently to BUY the pills I'm looking for, I need to fill up a short form first. This is FAIR, I have no problem with that, but before I fill the form I asked the pharmacist what brand of the pills that they are selling. At this point, I'm just asking for information of what they have. I want to know what brand I'm buying before I actually fill in or sign any form, and I have told this to the pharmacist a couple of times. From this point the pharmacist started to become unfriendly and rude very fast. Note that when I talked to her I was calm, I was not in hurry to go anywhere at that time and do not intend to be a difficult customer. So, I switched my attention to the assistant as she was also calm and remain friendly during the whole time. The assistant was nice and actually tried to help, but she don't really know her stuff and keep going back and forth between me and the rude pharmacist. TLDR; Pharmacist = very rude, Assistant = friendly, but less helpful There's another chemist/pharmacy just downstairs in Melbourne Central, just go there instead of this one.

During the time that I have been in Australia, I have never experienced any type of problem regarding customer service. However, on my first visit to Terry White Chemmart Melbourne Central I received the worst treatment from a staff member whom I believe was the manager; she took away the products that I had already paid for with a foreign credit card, I tried to explain that I had received an email in which could verify that the payment had gone though, even so I did not receive my products, I only received a bad treatment, yelling and indifference from the manager. I have the necessary elements to demonstrate that they charged me and did not let me take the products I had already paid for. A total disappointment.

Stopped at Terry White Melb Central to have a prescription filled today & was asked to wait 5-10mins. After waiting next to the counter for 15mins I was told they didn’t have my medication in stock but it could be ordered in for tomorrow. After calling around other local chemists first to see if I could obtain it today without success I returned to the Terry White counter to request the medication be ordered in but was then informed ‘their supplier doesn’t carry’ my medication. If you have half an hour to kill & don’t want to achieve anything productive go to this store otherwise I suggest you don’t waste your time with these guys.

I am surprised that the store review is so low because I have visited this store many times this year and the customer service has been great, so much better than any other pharmacy I have been to. I have got my mum and dad both received multiple vaccinations there and the staff given shots there have been very polite and gentle, and professional to us. Once I got the date wrong and visited a day earlier for a vaccination and they were really nice and changed my booking on the spot. At least so far I have only got good things to say about their outstanding service.

I visit this pharmacy regularly and always find the staff helpful and informative. Today i witnessed the pharmacist on duty deal with a very unruly, horrible person who hurled abuse at her for something that was clearly not in her control. Just wanted to say well done on dealing calmly with a horrible situation, you didn't deserve to be put in such a horrid position & shouldn't have to put up with such mannerless, fowl mouthed people! Thank you for always giving me good service and kudos to you for your professionalism.

Vietnamese lady (the one all the other complaints are about) stole visa document that we were getting certified and held it for ransom, refusing to return it unless we paid double the price. When we refused, she tried to scribble over the form so that it would be invalid and we would have to start again. Thankfully another pharmacist took our document back off her and gave it back to us. How is this even legal? Edit: They DEFINITELY remember this. Bunch of liars, too.

I would give a 0 if that was an option. The attitude of the doctor was not acceptable at all. He was rude, impatient and showed me no respect during my 5 mins consultation. He did not even wipe his hand or wear a glove when he applied med on my infected wound!!!! Pharmacist was rude and cared nothing when I reported the bad performance of their doctor. The prescribed med was 3 times than myChemist! I would never ever come back for anything.

A very very happy customer! Ron is a superstar! I was in and out very quickly and saw him deal not only with me in an extremely polite and friendly way but multiple people. He even handled the very annoying ones (there are always some!) very graciously! Loved it and I will always go back to this pharmacy now! I had the bad luck of going to another pharmacy in QV and this one was in stark contrast!

Brought Dad and Mom here for Covid vaccines yesterday and we were treated with the utmost care and respect by pharmacist Tien We are sad to see the negative review below. My dad is not good with English and he could make the online booking by himself. It is very mean to treat the pharmacy like this when they risk their lives and health to provide vaccine service to the community

What a fantastic and helpful pharmacist, could not catch his full name. I have rung 20 odd pharmacies and spoken to several pharmacists to inquire about an out of stock medicine. He was the only guy who took time to explains in details and discussed various other options. What a champ! Everyone else said, " sorry, we are out of stock."

Team is very professional, know their stuff and the customer service is great! Have gone out of their way to help me on many occasions. I Think any of the negative reviews on here are from people getting this confused with the other pharmacy in Melbourne central, this is the one next to the Fossil store and it's great.

Hopeless! Non-existenet customer service and useless bookings management system. Could never get a booking changed through their website or via an email. NO contact whatsoever, did not even attempt to solve the problem. Just took the money and marked booking as complete. Will be following this with Consumer Affairs.

I once forgot a doctors note for my script and frantically called the Terry white team from the airport and they were able to send across a script and note for me before I left through customs. I can’t say enough about their service - they went above and beyond and i can’t recommend them enough.

The Vietnamese lady manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. The pharmacist who did my vaccine shot (Thein) was a delightful. She should take a page out his book. I will definitely not be coming back because of the extremely POOR attitude and service that was given to me by this manager.

Misleading and deceptive advertisement. This sign at the door says walk ins welcome, but when I walked in at 5:30 pm they said they only accept appointments. I asked if I can book an appointment with them (for another day), they said no they are about to close. They closes at 7 pm.

They said mask required and i need to buy mask. After I bought mask, they said that the doctor is not available. Then why did I buy mask?? Are you trying to sell me your product or service? Its just a waste of money and time! Let me know if you want to refund my money back.

Misinformation given from the Vietnamese lady. (I asked for pseudoephedrine and Telfast for nose congestion and allergies and she said it is not for that symptoms). Furthermore, no privacy was given while asking for private and confidential information.

I was skeptical given some of the reviews; however, not many places do Canadian passport photos in the city. I took a chance and for 17.50$ and exemplary service, I was delighted to receive no questions on my passport photos. Thank you so much!

Small pharmacy with a slight mark up, though the store brand stuff is reasonably priced. The service was excellent! We were helped by a man named Thien who was as nice, helpful and enthusiastic as you could hope for! Really good experience.
