Disgusting customer service. A lot of staff/pharmasists but all were busy doing nothing or available to help waited well over 30 mins for panadeine extra. 7 were behind the counter talking amongst themselves. The store was relatively dead. Left my husbands script at home managed to have a photocopy on my phone and Two different upcoming scheduled hospital visits but yet that wasn't enough. He was after maxalt a stronger migraine medicine, they refused to despense it as it was a 'sensitive' Medicine. He has a brain injury and suffers from horrendous migraines. Absolutely no body had any interest helping him in any way. Will be going there with the script to make a formal complaint tommorow. Appalled didn't even end up purchasing the panadeine wasn't even offered an apology!

The customer service is terrible and their refund policy totally unfair. We asked for the product price 3x and they refused to tell us and then only showing us when they asked for payment. Because they pressured and rushjng us to purchase we bought the weong product. When we went back to ask for refund (as it is the wrong product, and that medicine is a lower concentration variant) they just refused saying "it was in your free will to buy the product". It is unethical when we are trying about health. Terrible store and inexperienced misleading staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I just watched how rude the cashier guy (K) replied to my hubby's question eventho he asked it nicely and he ASKED because he THINK staff would know better, anyway since we were in rush we decided to not bother with HIS RUDE behaviour n just bought what we needed. Please help to fix this issue as this is big part of your important selling point as ur shop is located very good - just in front of supermarket where we often buy groceries. Should train ur staff better to STOP chasing customers away and learn how to behave proper.

The pharmacist at this store was so helpful and patient, even when I approached him with a rather strange request. I needed plastic tweezers to handle strong magnets in liquid nitrogen. He discouraged me from buying plastic coated metal tweezers because that would a) cause a big mess b) freeze my fingers due to high conductivity. I visited this store again, looking to ease pain with a hurt wrist and he found just the right type of thing for me after carefully assessing my situation.

The Terry White Chemist staff at Sunnybank Plaza are so courteous & exceptional assistance whenever I procure my medications. They no doubt are young enthusiastic & vibrant staff who care & treat their customers with politeness & respect and make me feel very appreciative, thankful and most of all, caring & loving for these staff without paying them my compliments succinctly. EXPENSIVE 2. asked for the price, but they ONLY SHOWED PRICE WHEN PAYING, made me no time to react. 2. they’re always busy checking with another person, left me WAITing many times. 3. even the dosage is different, which is different from the product my doctor recommended, they still DIDN’T LET ME REFUND. 4. MISLEADING INFO. asked are the two products the same, she just said yes immediately without checking the med amount.

Terrible customer services! Whenever I pop by for a script, the lady with brunette hair throws the ticket number on the counter and looked at me in disguise. Last time she even dropped my phone on the counter after I handed her my phone with membership number. The other lady just had no expression and refused to talk. If it's not closer to the medical centre I wouldn't want to buy scripts there with my children.

Bought a saline drop instead a saline spray for nasal irrigation. Product was unopened and in perfect condition. Staff refuse to exchange the saline drop to saline spray because she claim its "medication" and refuse to exchange. When did saline become a medication? I m going to report to ACCC for this matter and please go to any other pharmacy other than this one as this pharmacy did not honour consumers right.

Rang up to book flu vaccinations for my elderly parents, both 80yrs+ and asked the cost before hand and was told it is free to pensioners. When my parents went in today they charged them $20 each for the shot. Bloody disgrace! Reply to owner : If you read what I wrote, it said I called the pharmacy and your staff member told me it was free. So that's not my fault, rather poor staff giving out wrong information.

I went to the TerryWhite Sunnybank today and my shopping experience was extremely terrible. A male behind the counter and a female manager I encountered were just incredibly rude and unreasonable, treating customers in a worst manner. Would never visit again. By the way, just notice the overall rating of this store is just 2.8, not surprising at all giving what I experienced today.

I absolutely love the personalized service I get from this Terry White location! I am a frequent flyer, and I'm on a first name basis with a few of the staff. They are always incredibly helpful and make sure I'm getting the best care with my medications! Shout out to Jacob for helping me keep things straight and helping me find the AU equivalent of US meds I'm looking for!!

I bought one box of amoxicillin 500mg on 30 Aug 2022, the expire date is 11/22. I didn’t even noticed that, when I got home, my wife told me it’s almost expired! Then I come back to the shop, they told me the medicine is fine, and refused to give me the prescription so I can buy somewhere else. What can I say. I will never come to this store anymore!

Ming is the worst pharmacist I ever met. I asked him about the vaccine register service, he told me "as you know is free of charge, so I can't schedule an appointment for it, and if I keep busy you need to wait for it and I don't know how long will it take" Well done MINGas a 13 years neighborhood, I won't come back to this pharmacy again!!!

Most disorganised pharmacy I've ever been to. The wait to be served is unbelievable. Not professional at all; no system in place for those ordering and waiting for prescriptions or for those just wanting to pay for something off the shelves. Everyone waits in same crowded area. Absolutely hopeless.

Decided to come here for both of my Moderna Covid-19 shots, and I'm glad I did. The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional, especially Ming and Tracy. The booking process was also really quick and easy. Definitely recommend this place, especially for the vaccination!

I undertook both of my Moderna vaccinations here at TerryWhite Chemmart Sunnybank Plaza. I was quite impressed with the customer service I received. The staff were both cordial and professional, particularly Ming and Tracy.

MING IS THE BEST ever pharmacist. He was busy with fully booked Covid-19 vaccination and yet still try his best to help me with my queries and the products I bought. I am very happy with his service and professionalism.

Terrible pharmacy and awful service. The pharmacist failed to return my repeat prescription, and did not file it. I had to go without my medication for three days. I recommend avoiding this pharmacy.

The service in this shop is very efficient. It only took 10 minutes to finish the flu shot. And when the pharmacist Ming gave the injection, I didn't feel it at all. Perfect experience.
