alarm! The cashiers and security guards in this supermarket are robbers! I took my family to buy items in this supermarket over the weekend, and finally chose a lucky scratch card at the counter. I won a bonus of 1 pound for the first time. Then I changed to a scratch card and won 5 pounds for the second time! However, when we went to the counter to redeem the bonus, the cashier deliberately scratched the winning area with coins many times, and then told me that I didn't see the number and couldn't give me the bonus. Oh my God! Everyone in line saw that it was the cashier who scratched my card, and the surveillance was watching! I discovered that this was not the first time they had extorted and deceived customers like this. I immediately shouted in front of everyone: Do you want to put the 5 pounds in your pocket after get off work? You lied in front of God and in front of my children! Your dirty mind should exist in this world! Later, in the face of justice, the cashier hypocritically returned my winning amount to me! But I didn't apologize and wanted to ask the security guard at the door to drive me away. I'm sorry that I'm not a weak woman and I'm being bullied by you. I want everyone to see your hypocritical face clearly! I told the police that I was lucky enough to win only 5 pounds today. If I had won a larger prize, would they have done something more terrifying because of their greed for money? It's a disgrace and a disgrace that trash people like you exist in the UK!

The security guard especially the short asian one with beard racially profiled me and my girlfriend and asked to go through my personal belongings then when he realised his mistake he began to speak with in his own language with the management laughing giggling making obscene racial offensive indian hindi words such as these kalas bhai are choors which I'm sure means these blacks bro are thieves u have to be sure check them out ..now I bought this up in the bar few doors away and it apparently has happened to some other ppl on regular basis this is not acceptable he is racist n biased towards the lgbt community

It's run by bounch of thives . The cashier charged me for wrong item and said he going to refund the amount into my account. He lied and. When I asked the manager to sort the problem he lies as well . None prefecional people working there and using the customer trust to scan their wallet. I've been a good customer to tesco. Not shopping any more . They deleted the feed back after . Scammer company

Hello Tesco, Normally I never leave reviews and I love you, but recently, I've had a bone to pick with you. I've been visiting Tesco express on Hurst Street and have noticed that the stock has been sooooo appalling. They never have anything in stock and the variety is just another story. Do something about it...After all, every little helps.

I pass this Tesco every weekday on my way to work and back. Admittedly, it's a small store, but one can pick up essentials quickly and easily, so they are never inconvenienced with long queues or wait times. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and there's always the reassurance of a security guard in attendance.

It has the basics that you would expect from any supermarket. I had to use the manned checkouts as I bought some wine. It had a security tag. These tills were a little slow as only one was manned. They were a little slow opening up a 2nd till. Situation wasn't helped by only 3 of 4 self service tills open.

Unfortunately my local shop for the last year. Filthy, messy, and parts of it stink. Half the checkouts permanently out of order. Stock never replenished because the staff just put other stuff there. Wouldn't be out of place in a developing country. Worst Tesco I've been to, and that's saying something.

Always shut the door at 10:50pm while marked on the door closing time is 11:00pm, Security forced customer stay outside the door by not allowing enter the shop during marked opening time. Complete impolite security staff with physical touch with customers.

Not a bad little Tesco but I object very strongly to having a security guard watching everyone like a hawk when they've popped in to get some lunch. I don't appreciate it and won't be shopping here again.

Got served by and Indian woman today, she was laughing and joking with another member of staff while serving myself which I found very rude and arrogant, not one bit of manners, dreadful customer service

Your coworker needs to undergo employee training. They have been dishonest about promotions and, even after being corrected, they continue to question customers in a rude and unprofessional manner.

Always pleasant and happy to help. Shelves are always full. Just wish they did a more budget range in the express stores rather than the more expensive brand names. Not the staffs issue though.

Amazed to see unwrapped pastries etc on open display during this high risk COVID period ! A sure way of infected many people if someone with COVID coughs or sneezes nearby.

Store would be fine in terms of range of items except for the extremely high prices. Need a clubcard for _any_ offers - even buy 3 for 2.

Staff are extermely unhelpful and rude. Always on there phones or chatting while blocking isles. The place isn't well stocked either.

Really small selection of produce. Shocked that they didn't have smoked salmon. The staff can lack knowledge but most are friendly.

The amount of times I've stocked my freezer with fresh meat at 10% RRP thanks to the reduced section here.
