Honestly I would avoid this store there customer service is absolutely ridiculous have no care within providing customer service you get alot of grief just for even picking up any parcel and being told to take my services elsewhere which I will be as it's awful being told that by a staff members honestly they all need to be retrained within providing customer service or very least hirer people that are happy to provide excellent customer service by making there way out. Even addressing it to the store manager clearly didn't seem to acknowledge or take into consideration I hope in future terms no other customer suffers the way I have in getting simple service. AVOID THIS STORE BIG TIME. Definitely need to retrain staff members about customer service or get rid of them completely and hirer better individuals that have better attitude.

Awful shopping experience even though I shopped several times. I now shop at the other Tesco instead Rubbish store for the following reasons: - incorrect product labelling for most products - Staff super rude no body behind the tills to serve tobacco - staff talking with each other in their own language in front of customers - staff blocking narrow aisles with fat cages - staff and manager outside the store smoking or on the phone even though there is a queue inside - Nearly every sandwich has hit their sell by date regularly - shelves regularly empty e.g Coca Cola - rubbish like plastic and cardboard everywhere - doors shut before 11 normally 10:45 which is shocking - shop lifters left right and centres Next time you want to shop here wear a bullet proof vest for safety and don’t bother asking rude staff for assistance

This Tescos is horrendously expensive. For example, a normal sized block of butter is £1.65. You can't buy individual baked potatoes, you have to fork out £1.45 or a similar price for two potatoes wrapped in a huge amount of packaging. An individual avocado is £1.They are so expensive I will purposely avoid shopping there as much as possible, unless it's for wine or maybe sausages. The cash machine outside often runs out of £10 notes but the 20 button doesnt work, and I don't like to take out loads of money all at once. They do not offer cashback and there is no where else to get cash within walking distance without having to pay. The staff are nice but I think they have stupid policies about the staff behind the till not being allowed to drink water, which is ridiculous.

Very disappointing store, I'm 6 months pregnant and on my way back to home, went in store to get water coz i was feeling dizzy and unwell and i had feelings of being sick, i asked one of there worker if i could use there loo?, he said yes sure its just there(he showed me) I was gonna go and all sudden there manager stopped me and said u can't use it as its only for staff. I told him im pregnant and felling sick and dizzy but he didnt listen and showed me way out. I was shocked . He was a asian guy, very very very rude. Couldnt blieve how he treated me and I even told him im pregnant. If i ever see him again in my life i will slap his face.

Overall its ok for a quick shop. Staff could be more helpful. Today i asked repeatedly for help but staff didn't really bother to show me the product i was looking for. At the end I left because I felt it was rude how staff responded. It has late opening hours which is good for shopping after work. But i wouldn't do my weekly shopping there as the assortment doesn't match my needs and if it does it is mostly out of stock. In general I am not happy with most of the Tesco stores in London they feel outdated and could improve customer experience and assortments. They should have a look at the competition and adapt a little.

Poor excuse for a Tesco... Poor selection of items. Why do they stock 3 types of thick rolling papers and no thin? Never any sandwiches in the meal deals... fridges always left open. Literally once saw staff cleaning the floor with a stick moving tissue paper around the floor... get these guys proper cleaning equipment... The only good thing is a few and I stress a few of the I'll staff are exceptional.

Incompetent staff especially this woman who calls her self a manager. I witnessed her verbally abuse a uber driver who came to collect a delivery no apologies for making him wait but shut the door on his face while the girl in the hijab who also works there laughed. I was so appalled I left the shop and went to sainsburys!!! Honestly don't know how people so rude like them sleep at night!!!

Security handled a couple of potentially violent and disruptive incidents extremely well and with sensitivity. He was helpful and very welcoming. I saw him manage and older mentally ill woman with so much kindness and care whilst keeping the store and customers safe. I was impressed..it was my 1st and 2nd time in the store. A lot was going on for him

A very small Tesco, but ok to pick something up if you know they might have. The till staff seem to be friendly but the guys working in the shop floor are just rude. They walk around with though massive metal trolleys and will not stop if you are in the way. Have been hit a couple of times, not hard, but not the point. I don't use this place anymore.

Just witnessed staff was hit by a customer and all the colleague was watching including security. Worse security ever. he was watching that women was getting hit . Let alone stop guy hitting her didn’t even say anything. Worse team ever. No respect no care . No humanity left in this store. That girl (Rahima)was calling police her own.

Went into get some breakfast stuff, looked at the reduction section where I found something that was not markdown, was told cant mark down and have to pay full price on something going out today. I was told good day, not told there are alternatives. Just nothing I can do. I was served by an older IC5 male with grey hair.

Staff is always been nice to me since I m quite of a regular but today I got accused of stealing in front of everyone!!!! I think you should train more your staff that was rude and so unnecessary especially because I paid all my grocery. From now on I ll go somewhere else to buy anything I need.

Staff extremely helpful. I am elderly and needed to rest a minute. Someone found me a chair . The girl at the checkout drew my attention to a slit in two of the ripe bananas I bought and said I could change it on my way out. She was charming. Altogether my experience was pleasant and positive.

Incorrect product labelling and prices. Went to till and was charge more tahan the price tag was. Staff rude and did not want to resolve problem. Hed to go myself to the shelf, make picture and show to the guy that i am not wrong but he is. I'm not feeling comfortable and safe there.

Large amount of stock for such a small shop. Staff work hard to keep the shop stocked and to provide good services. Very conveniently located. Would be ideal if the cash machine was inside as you get people hanging around you, would avoid using the cash machine.

Its ok, the staff is always stocking up the shelves so it feels like they do their best to keep the store replenished, although they are very busy, and many things sold out. Yes maybe attention to details is lacking abit, but you just go in and out anyway ...

Well at least the staff are friendly how ever this place is infested with begers and be really carful using the cash machine outside i would recmond if u feel unsafe at the cash machine going to fair deals store at the cross roads safety is importent

I now have to use a walking frame therefore I rely upon friends to go shopping for me(I'm lucky)as I can't bare the thought of the problems I would have getting round that shop to find dirty and empty shelves and frequently sullen unhelpful staff

I came here this morning, i were very happy with everything until seeing the black and Halal students ladies steal the goods. They took the goods and put them into the backpack. Then they got out and laughed. Oh my god, they are really horrible

Got accused of stealing by rude security staff,after I payed for my shop,checked receipt all items payed for,yet he still was arguing with me,no apologies, manager walked off mid conversation with me lack of customer service basic skills

I saw mice scuttle into the warehouse/staff area and when I informed Farid Ahmed the store manager he was exceptionally rude and just laughed at me this is very concerning its a health hazard I would avoid shopping there

Quality of food and selection are good. But quantity and price of food are crazy, significantly more expensive than asda. Blackberries are £1 more expensive and there are only 4 tomatoes in a pack compared to 6 before!

Food is always old and due to expire on that day, fresh sandwich fridge always barely stocked! Always boxes and metal crates in the isles, makes it very difficult and often impossible to move around the shop!

SECURITY GUARD WAS EXTREMLY ANNOYING FOLLOWED ME AROUND THE WHOLE SHOP AND EVEN RAN TO THE TILL WHEN I WAS TRYING TO PAY i JUST LEFT MY SHOPPING AND WALKED OUT REALLY BAD HAS REALLY PUT ME OFF SHOPPING THERE

Very convenient and local; it is always well stocked, clean and tidy. The only negative is the store is small and when it's busy it can be a nightmare moving around due to the queue waiting to check out.

Nice clean store and had the shelves packed with all the necessary items I needed. Friendly staff. Have visited this store many times and have never been let down the product selection or service.

Badly stocked, shelves always half empty, staff over charging customers, not scanning items properly, not having correct items with correct prices so once up at the till the subtotal is wrong.

Only really basic goods sold here. As one would expect, the range of goods is severely restricted from their Superstores. Nonetheless most staple grocery items are available for purchase.

Very small branch, couldnot find so many basic grocery items, staff members were busy chit chatting instead of working. The only good thing was the polite young worker at cash counter.

The Manager there is always in high spirits and lovely, ever since knowing him. He's a bright light in the shop. Can't remember his name, but he was there last evening around 22:09.

Currently out of Marmite, large size Marigold gloves and Ryvita. Good place but stock occasionally haywire. Very popular ATM outside, though.... a week later, still out of Marmite.

Bad staffing. Need to get staff that will work the till. People leave because of long wait to get served as they will not open another till and treat their female staff very badly.

Amazing staff as usual. Lower Clapton tesco express. All the staff do know the regulars. Always polite. Always there to help anyone. Public people need to be thankful Xxx

Handy local, tidy selection. Fridges storing alcohol have been off for months now. I suggested it must be store policy by this point. Was given no comment.

Floor needed washing, some of the shelfs or fridge for ice cream have not been stocked up. One of the fridges is not working so i just gave it 2 stars

Poor customer service. Needs to improve. Also I see some people stealing from this store and no one notices it not even the workers or the security.

Regularly rip you off by charging more at the till than items are priced on the shelf. Always ask for a receipt and check it before you leave!

Expensive shop and bought a pizza which was not frozen correctly and had freezer burn. Had to wait 20mins to be served as only one till open.

This store is filthy and the staff are ignorant and unhelpful. The floors are black and everytime I go in there the fridges are open.

Tesco's has a decent range of boxed chocolates to gift. Lower prices with use of Club card when paying at tills.

Just a very average chain grocery store. Convenient. At least it has nicer stuff than most places in the states.

Would be nice if it offered a few more basics... oftentimes out of stock. Always disappointing. Staff are fine.

Great little store with the loveliest staff, Sohaq and Bash are always so friendly and helpful !

Some staff are not wearing masks or any gloves if you want to catch c 19 come into this store.

Always queuing there, missing products, in some days you even can't find a Coca Cola there.

All the newer staff are just rude. They open after 7 but close before 11.
