I came to add information at 3:15 about my bank and Three accounts I have that I haven't reported for my son's chip. She didn't want to stamp my form H1019-S. I asked her to stamp it because it's my handwriting and I can prove that I'm reporting my new accounts. She misspelled my last name changing who I am. I didn't say my last name so she got it from my form where it's clearly Ayala. Instead she wrote down Alya she should know by law the writing has to be correct for the report to work. I'm reporting her for having bad knowledge of making correct well written reports and not stamping my form with my handwriting. Because of these types of mistakes my son lost Medicaid because they say I didn't report the information.

This is are government? People in charge of seeing to it citizens of America should not go hungry or without food? Well I'm here to tell you folks I went there requesting help with food after already waiting 3 weeks an no help so I go to Pleasanton rd were you see a out help with food, well after standing in line over a hr an a half I was told I had to wait 30 days to get help, here I am a veteran an a citizen an I. Turned away from receiving g help, I told them I had no food no money an was begging for food, it didn't help I was turned away, turned away from the same place I served in the military for, Orwell goes to show you no one cares weather you eat or not.

Would not even rate it one star! Went to this place Thursday waited 2 hours on one paper to sign. The lady working wanted to have attitude and I was giving her everything, the supervisor came to finish my paper and she was amazing so sweet and actually cared. But the biggest issue was the female security guard. She was being rude and obnoxious. Also made a comment talking to some man about Halloween that she should be a hillbilly because she’s seen so many come in there. Then caught herself and said Oo i shouldn’t be saying things like this. No joke you shouldn’t. That was disgusting and I hope someone higher up sees this message!

Only gave 1 star to leave the review but this place deserves 0 starts . The staff are not helpful they treat the job like a paycheck. The manager/sir per visor seems races against black people and she is very rude . People like this should not work in the business of helping others ! Worst experience at a health and human services office in my life . They are no black people working there and they are mean to blacks

Ive went to the office WAS NO HELP WHAT SO EVER!!!!!! I've done everything they have asked of me. And still I am struggling to keep a roof over my head not only that but take care of 2 children anf a newborn on the way!!!!! Still they showed me NO SYMPATHY. I have also call 211 or the 800 number and still no results. SO YALL JUST LETTING CHILDREN STARVE OUT HERE?!?!?!?!?

Long wait times, standing. No forms for monthly expenses, #of people in your house or their contribution to expenses. No forms for prepaid Burial Exspenses,etc: "Just write it on a piece of paper." But there are forms for life insurance and bank info. Seems to me that government offices would have forms for info they normally require or request. Seems inept.

Although I was in this office for three hours today, it wasn't an unpleasant experience thanks to those who provided their services. The main desk was pleasant, friendly and helpful. A shout out to Michael, the case manager who walked me through the process. No bad comments at all to post.

I was having such a stressful day, and i got there to the office, and i have never been around such patient and helpful people in a goverment office! From the lady at the front deak, to the lady in the window and to the gentelmen who did my interview! Great crew!!!

I always come to this office and always have been satisfied with their help and on how I turnin my paperwork and they fax in my items,this last time I turned in my statement I was told that it hadn't been faxed in at all when I went in at 2pm and now 5:30pm

Is anybody else on food stamps still waiting to receive there P-EBT stamps?? My daughter is in online schooling and I was forced to do an application 3 weeks ago... and still waiting. Am I the only one not receiving them?

Was here for 2 hours and within those 2 hour only 3 people were helped. 7 windows available and only 2 open . Security guard was very rude as well. I can’t believe how this system works it’s ridiculous.

Spoke to Jessica, very pleasant, and even though the resource in question was not offered in their department she went out of her way to provide number of program that could assist.

The workers sit at the window and not help people they talk to each other just have you waiting then when you try to report them they give you a hard time.worst service ever
